The best restaurants in King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

Ordering simple and reasonably priced, food was ready when collected. However, food is pretty bland in flavour. Curry was disappointing and bbq ribs were just weird, no flavour at all!! Chow mein was OK but we've had better. Disappointing. 3* given but being generous.

While visiting family in King’s Lynn we stumbled across this delightful pub by chance, we popped in for a drink and what a lovely place. Staff were friendly as were the locals. Will definitely return. If you like your beer try the Norfolk Nibbler, beautiful. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Drove quite a long way to visit the place on a nice busy Saturday. Arrived to it being closed despite saying open on Google. Disappointed.

Sunday lunch had the beef very tough and sliced in strips. Vegetables under whelming, carrots, peas, plain cauliflower and broccoli just loaded up with roast potatoes to look like a plate full. Desserts weren’t much better panna cotta way too thick! Only saving grace was excellent service won’t be going back in a hurry!

We came today for lunch I had chess ham quiche £8.50 I think and my daughter had the Stilton one £9 we also had a full salad which I didn’t realise was another £1.90 each so all together it was £29 with a portion of chips and 2 drinks the salad was nothing special quite disappointing to be fair the quiche was tasty but very small portion in fact it could have been servered on a teaplate very over priced and disappointing

Popped in the tearoom with my partner, son and dog and had a very nice experience. Sat in the courtyard as we had the dog which was nice on a warm day. The food was good and very reasonably priced. I had the ham and cheese ploughman’s and my partner had the tuna salad, both were really nice. We look forward to returning.

Not my favourite. Does what it says. You will smell like a burger van when you leave.

Great ice-cream on a hot sunny day, but the Liverpool lady who was working there makes the place great, really easy to chat with 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Rose and Crown 👍 We went along for a music event and chose to also eat there. Good honest pub. No frills. No airs and graces. Friendly staff Good menu Fair prices We had the chicken and veg pie with mash and the scampi and chips. Proper food! Very tasty. Followed it up by two ice-cream sundaes 👍

Four of us had a lovely meal, 3 different meat roasts (meats cooked to perfection and well presented) and a very deluxe bangers and mash which my partner loved. We had a choice of desserts, they were all fantastic in their own ways, a real treat. The restaurant was busy, service from the young team was very good, thanks for giving my Dad a meal to remember

Had a fantastic 60th birthday celebration Sunday lunch!! 14 of us, lovely service, from booking to finishing. Everyone commented on how beautiful their meal was. Would definitely go again/recommend!! One slight hiccup, one of us ordered lamb but was sent beef twice, chef said it was lamb!! Clearly wasn’t, family member was happy to accept the beef?!?! All the meat lamb, beef, turkey was lovely though All in all, a very enjoyable lunch Thankyou for accommodating us!!
