Millennium Pizza and Kebab in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Waited for ever for the delivery, so called the shop. WOW what a terrible response, no sorry it's late we are busy, just what's your problem and I am a regular customer. Very bad customer service Seriously guys, your customers are your business

Last time ordering from here, two times in a row they have put the wrong toppings on my order and then refused a refund both times, very fortunate I'm not allergic to the incorrect toppings, easy payout waiting to happen for anyone that is.

Order wrong again. Not like I order the same every single time.

Have had several deliveries from Millennium over the years but tonight I had to phone then to say my food was cold, I was met with 'no love , we cooked it fresh and delivered it, so it's not cold' so I must be an ignorant liar then, spent £30 on the order as well, won't b going back that's for sure, very disappointed.

I ordered from here they forget one of my pizzas so instead of bringing it they said I had to wait until the next time I order I just called to make my order now there saying that they don’t deliver to me

Absolutely disgusting food, first time ordering from here, chips were absolutely soggy, crumbled as you picked them up, and RAW, pizza drenched in grease and also not properly cooked. Of course the only response was “food is well done before leaving” did i uncook it or something??? utter lies and ignorance. Waste of money, in the bin it went.

Delivery slower than advised. Food not hot when arrived. Prices raised recently. Used to be great, now it's just about average. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I am not someone to leave a review, however I feel like I need to. Over the duration of 7 years me and my family have always ordered from millennium however tonight’s order shall be our last. Not only did we wait over the recommended 45 minutes, when the food did arrive it was cold. I had a hair in my chips and a piece of metal in my pizza (which I didn’t realise until I ate a piece and felt it cut my mouth)! When we rang the restaurant to make them aware of the metal (incase a child ate this - and did not request any compensation) we were passed over to who we can presume is a manager. The person on the telephone showed no remorse, didn’t even utter the word sorry and implied that we planted it there which is absolutely appalling! .There is poor customer service and the food is really NOT worth it.

Not sure what has happened to Millenium Pizza. Used to be great but now they give me cold food every time and the order is always wrong, different management and too many people working there but nobody doing any work, also they employ only people with severe learning difficulties now.

Chips came drenched and soggy. They tasted like bleach, made me feel sick. Ordered chicken nuggets as well, there was about 4 in the box. All tasted like cheap ones you cook from frozen. Ended up throwing the lot away. I wouldn’t eat it again if I was paid to.

I was drunk and it still tasted like a pizza you microwave to cook. Absolute rubbish. Would have eaten anything how drunk I was but not this. Chips were not very nice either. Two stars for staff that seemed nice and polite. Food=0 🤮

Lovely food and lovely people. Lost 1 star due to my 3 yr old not receiving her fruit shoot with her kids meal. Apart from that we are happy and will order again.

Best Pizza in Downham by far, shame the new management do not provide the same service as the old management, waited 45 mins for a pizza that was ready 35 mins before, guy too busy talking about his new car to notice, so cold food that i could not eat, they were not bothered when i told them.

The am out of orders I've had from here and ozzys am disappointed to say the least I've just tried to place an order just for me as only just home from work being a carer and walk to all my calls to then be told minimum order has to £8 told her ok not to worry to then be told to pick it up. Sorry but no I've walked enough today but thank. Not happy . I would of paid for delivery

I ordered tonight the food was delightful but the guy at the door said he knocked off at 10 and he was trying to chat me up at the door which was inappropriate I am married and i dont want this attention . We will never order from here again . It is a shame as they do amazing burgers.

Excellent food, Poor service. I've never known a kebab to use such fresh ingredients in their food it really is lovely. However the service is horrendous and really let's them down. I've ordered 4 times and 3 of those times the order has been wrong. The first time I paid extra for jalapeños on a pizza and got normal sliced peppers. The second time we got a meal deal and didn't receive the bottle of coke that was part of the deal, I spoke to the business via Facebook and was told the next time I wanted to order to mention it on the phone. The third time I called to order instead of using the website, they offered me a discount off our order and told us they'd send an extra bottle of coke to replace the one we didn't get. Again we didn't get the bottle of coke, we told the drive and he begged us not to call the shop because he'd get in trouble and that he'd bring us a bottle later on or the next day, we gave him a chance but he never brought us one. I contacted to store about this on Facebook again and they've not bothered to reply for over 3 weeks now, the last time they replied in minutes. The service is so bad which really let's them down as the food is some of the best kebab food around, sadly I won't be ordering again.

Just moved to Downham from Essex first time ordering a Kebab and was delicious!! Arrived super kick wasn’t greasy and tasted so fresh will defiantly be ordering again

Ordered a meal, had to wait an hour which I didn't mind , when got delivery had a dessert left out. I rang them and they said to check the bag, I had checked before I rang,asked for money back which they didn't seem keen on by the sounds so said for them to bring the dessert,got told 10 minutes but more like 40 minutes

Doubt I'll ever have a better local pizza place than Millennium in my life. Awesome pizza every time and the staff are great. Would recommend to anyone within distance!

Vile. The Donna meat was incredibly fatty and the chicken was like rubber. Tasted like cheap meat tbh. On a possarive the salad was nice.

Ordered my food at 10:00 still did not turn up at 11:00 rung and they said they could not find my house when I live in the middle of downham! Said they was coming back out but never showed up! Also man on the phone to me was very rude

When I fancy a kebab locally this is always my restaurant of choice, store is a little tatty but the kebabs are always very good and as I am only picking up that is all the matters.

Pizza was burnt, didn't taste good, waited about an hour for it because the bloke was too busy facetiming someone on his iPhone, never going here again very bad all together wouldn't recommend

Pizza is well priced and tastes good. Unfortunately the pizzas are quite greasy. Sides are quite small and are more expensive than other places.

One star for effort and refund!

We had 2 pizzas from here, costing about £17. Both my wife and I thought they were amongst the best pizzas we have had for a long time. The toppings were generous and none of that miserly half a dozen bits on top that can be the case with certain pizzas. Unfortunately, we are not local otherwise this would be a regular take-away for us.

I have used this pizza shop on several occassions and this is the first time I have wrote a review, i find there food very costly and there menu delivery costs mis leading the first time it was £10.00 minimum delivery then they rang me back to say £12 then £15 meaning I added food which I didnt need or want. Then when I rang tonight they again kept changing minimum spend and were quoting £20 minimum spend even though I told them I had ordered there before so I know this was wrong
