Recently went to this Nando’s with a friend, and overall it was a lovely experience as always. I’ve never had a bad experience with this Nando’s but there was just a tiny issue, the garlic bread I ordered was very hard and extremely tough to bite into, I really gave me teeth a challenge trying to eat it, but overall the experience was lovely, food was great and the service was quick and friendly as usual!!

Nice dessert place, however customer service is mediocre

As someone who enjoys coming to wiff waff (especially for karaoke every other thursday), my short lived experience this evening was so offensive. Every time we’re welcomed and its always a fun night however i wish i could say the same about today. As my friends and I approached our table before we even managed to sit down we were chased by an employee (though you wouldn't tell) instantly asking us for ID (all of us 18+) which is fair enough but she was passive aggressive about it and after she told us we have to order something to stay there as if there was an assumption we wouldn’t (we didn’t even get the chance to sit down). Personally by this experience my friends and I felt as though we were profiled and instantly had assumptions made about us and the way she approached and treated us was so inhumane that we left immediately. Wiff waff… you will not be missed.

I'm immensely impressed with this venue, first time, very welcoming and when inside I was shocked with the charm of the place. Incredible interior, great drinks and fab music. Thanks for a great night.

The food was delicious, but the portion sizes are tiny.

Small takeaway in the heart of Ipswich on St Helens St. Fairly new opened a year ago, with seating for small parties and dine in. Reasonably priced and delivery available

4 of us had delicious food and great hospitality meal early Friday evening, being looked after by Has.

A massive thank you to Jenny and the fantastic staff. The food is always delicious, consistent, fresh and the different chose of dishes is remarkable. Great customer service and atmosphere is outstanding.

Ordered a full English and chicken cesar salad, beans were probably the cheapest you could get, mostly all bland sadly, no seasoning which is a shame cause the staff are lovely, my salad was horrible, as if they chopped up an entire iceberg lettuce, ran it under a tap, didn't spin it or drain it and just dumped it on the plate with the chicken and croutons, more water on my plate then cesar dressing...actually upset, bad start to morning

Never had food but coffee was very nice

Stopped for lunch on a lovely sunny Tuesday in October! I had the most delicious Cat Club sandwich. One of the nicest sandwiches I’ve ever had. The pesto made it extra yummy. Hubby had a fish finger bap. All lovely while sat outside in the sun watching the boats in the marina. Felt like we were abroad.

The food is alright, but the management are terrible. The management constantly give inaccurate change at checkout. If an item is £8.99 and u pay with a £10 note (as they refuse to accept card) . They will ONLY give a £1 as change. I understand 1 pence is nothing in the grand scheme of things but it's the principle and a correct restaurant etiquette. The staff truly look like they are forced at gunpoint to be there and could care less about you and your experience at the restaurant.
