The best restaurants in Alexandra Ipswich East of England

This café has a great location facing the marina in Ipswich. We took the opportunity to sit outside on a pleasant day and very much enjoyed the coffee and the wonderful view of the boats. We visited twice while we were in Ipswich. You order at the counter with your table number and the coffee is delivered to the table.

2 of us got our food but mine was missed. Staff were rude and felt it was my fault!! Eventually got a refund as mine did not arrive. They blamed someone one walking out and the place was too busy. It was lunchtime but seen many other busier places. I was not the only person complaining. Staff need serious customer facing training to firstly apologise and handle situation. Will not be coming back.

Pizza Express hosted us for our daughter’s 10th birthday and made it such a great experience, even though we were not easy customers. The food, setting and service was of such a high standard and I could not fault them at all. Thank you for making it such an amazing day with amazing pizza.

Walked in, three of us, my friend and wife got served, a large party of drunk men walked in, spouting jibberish. I was then ignored and they were given precedence. Only after I gestured in a ‘what the hell are you doing’ manner to the staff did I get asked what I wanted. Poor service and expensive costs. I personally would not reccomend this place.

Best Oriental Takeaway spot in Highams Park. Good portion sizes and it seems they’ve changed the recipe because everything tastes better. Defo my go to cheeky takeaway spot

Never turned up! They accepted the order at 9.20 and never sent it out. It was being prepared from 9.20 until they closed! Save your money . Had to get just eat to step in and issue a refund .

Food was good as usual just half an hour later unfortunately

"I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this place. You could be attacked by crackheads, and it is not a safe place! It happened to me on Saturday night, October 26. Someone was bullying my friend, and I asked her to please not do that and to keep her distance. Then they did what they did. The thing is that the staff didn't do anything about it .

Ordered food over to good to go ,shop was shut and nobody answered . Had to claim my money back Why advertise if you closed ...would buy from again

Tasty Food Good Serving size Friendly staff Price wise a bit on the higher side (as per my friends) Went here while roaming around ipswich and ordered and mixed doner wrap and a pepperoni pizza. The doner wrap was really good. Very tasty and enough for 2, the flavors were good. Pepperoni pizza was just okay, nothing great about it. Infact it needs a better serving of Pepperoni. Overall a pretty good place for a quick bite.

Ordered a chicken kebab meat and chips the meat turned up raw. I contacted the shop and they didn't want to do anything about it.

This should have been a twister wrap meal with 2 bits of chicken in , these cowboys put one in and cut it in half, never in my life have I seen anything like it utter disgrace . Football was on so either they was running low or someone was hungry . The utter cheek of it…. Bunch of muppets

a wet muddy puddle had more taste then my ice cream. i requested a refund but the manager was so rude and when i walked out he told me to go F myself.
