Chicago Express Pizza in Ipswich

Food was good as usual just half an hour later unfortunately

Although we had to wait a while we were told the town was grid locked so understandable but the food was wonderful. Thank you

worst pizza i have ever eaten. it was so spicy that I had to throw it away and ordered NO SPICY. do not recommend 0*

Good pizza, side and bottle of coke for a good price. Pizza a little on the greasy side but tasted nice.

sent the wrong pizza, wouldn't pick up their phone, sent the wrong side as well. The two pizzas they did get right, chicken ones has enough chicken on it to feed a mouse. Not ordering from here again

The menu is a mess , full of contradictions and confusing but the food is very good so hard to complain about

If I could give 0 stars i would customer service is horrible i went in there because i had their menu at home and it said 3x16” pizzas for £10 but when i went there they started saying that only one pizza was £10 and making excuses then the boss came and said he would smash out faces in because we argued back saying it says 3 pizzas for £10 I would like to say this was the first time i’ve had problems with them but it hasn’t I ordered a pizza from them over a month ago and they told me it would be 10 minutes. After 1 hour i called back and they told me that it still wasn’t ready but when i asked for a refund they said they would deliver in 5 minutes. I am sick of this behaviour and sick of this place. I put a picture with the deal. STAY AWAY

delivery guy entered the wrong post code then got defensive on the phone untill he realised his mistake

Ordered a meal deal with pizza wings and drink. The drink has been opened before arriving but still fizzy so weather it was the takeaway or driver this is disgusting

Our go-to pizza place, great food and speedy delivery! Order direct online through food hub it’s much better and cheaper than just eat!

used to order from this place a lot a year ago, and suddenly they stopped delivery. so glad to see the place back. Great pizzas then, great pizzas now. 5☆

Arrived 30 mins earlier than requested even though I specified a time over the phone. Wasn't especially hot despite early delivery. Very stingy on the toppings on both pizzas. Wasted £40.

Do not try and order online. Waste of time and truly poor service

Ordered an 18 piece and only came with 12! Wasted 10 quid and also when I asked why they only put 12 they had a go at me! Listen to customers!!!

Just ordered lazanja. I must say never had such disgusting food. The meat inside are full with unchewy pieces . I know they dont make it them selfes, just warm it up, but they should really test before they sell something. There is so much better frozen stuff to buy.

Open till 11? Ordered online it's only 7.05 and closed but let me order still.

I highly recommend it as the in store customer service is very nice and very polite and even gave us extra things like garlic dip and a garlic pizza all for free
