New Morley's in Ipswich

Absolutely grim...no idea why it's still open......avoid

Morleys is a living meme. Awful food looks like it's been spat on. There's a man that looks like he is literally dying because he ate your chicken.

It was literally inedible I don’t understand how this is open. First of all the guy took half an hour when the chicken is just sat there anyway, I ordered 6 wings meal (chips and drink) came out chips were tinted green, chicken was dry and flavourless and half the meat was BLACK, my friend had a chicken burger that you couldn’t hardly bite through and felt like it had feather tips in it, I took one bite and gagged and spat it in the bin, I’m not a fussy eater but it was literally POSION. The beef burger was raw in the middle and gray tasted like foam, and was COATED in slime... EVEN THE PEPSI DIDNT TASTE RIGHT HOW CAN YOU GET THAT WRONG?!?! Anyway yeh 10/10 big up Morley’s would defo recommend if you want food poisoning. I wouldn’t eat it if I was homeless.

I was there tonight. Nobody was in the shop. I ordered 2 burgers.Not in menü. A half and a quater pounder. I got 2 half pounder menü for a 10 gbp Instead of 7. No problem.he is a bussines mán. The guy went back side. I could not see what was he doing. The place a bit dirty and the man clothes also a bit. I was very hungry so i gave him a trust. The meet in the burger is the cheapest and the worst quality whatever..some salads in and a bit souce. The chips was not fresh i think he had prepared 1-2hours before. Anyway if you do not want to waste your money on an awful meal then skip this place. I will never go there again

You people clearly never tasted good chicken if you think that was tasty and up to standards

Nice food, normally nice service but on several occasions has got my order wrong... Disappointing

used to be my favorite chicken shop in town. new management have added a £3 delivery cost for my regular order and as such I'm regretfully no longer a customer. heartbreaking as I've been ordering from these guys on the regular for years.

Literally every bit of chicken I bought was cold. But then that's probably because at 8 on a Tuesday night the place had a huge stack of cooked chicken in the heat cabinet and who knows how long it had been in there.

Ordered food through just eat, they got the drinks wrong, the burger had cheese in it despite me not asking for cheese (I’m allergic) and the chicken popcorn was clearly reheated in the microwave. Never ordering from there again 🤢

This is the best chicken shop, I have ever been to. Best chicken I've ever had, all the bossman are nice, friendly people and are approachable and always have a smile. They have clean and tidy seats and tables and even have a card reader, so you can use card payments too. The meal deals are an absolute bargain.... Everything in the shop is under £4 and those are meal deals with chicken, drink and chips..... I'd 100% recommend this chicken shop to everyone. Go to Morley's!!!

The old man takes ages to make the food a group of me and my friends went for a few chicken wings and we had to wait 45 bloody minutes even though he said we would have to wait 15 minutes. He didn't even apologise for the wait or give a well deserved discount or extra food for compensation instead he was angry and started shouting. Never again. Food is nice not worth it because service quality and waiting time are both dreadful. The bloke isnt even at the counter half the time. Also, when does the bloody shop open??? Me and friends have tried to come here multiple times only to find it closed most of the time! Sort this out guys.

I ordered from new Morelys on just eat about an hour ago. The chicken fillet burger I had came spicy and I HATE spicy, the chicken was awful and the lettuce looks like it has been sat out for a week. The chips were filled with grease and had no actual potato inside. The quarter pounder burger my partner got had burger sauce all over the outside of one whole side of it, the cheese and burger were hanging out the bun and looked like It had been dipped in grease! Along side the terrible food I also ordered a 6pc spicy wings for my partner and they didn't deliver them. When trying to call the number doesn't work and just eat can't get hold of them either. So that's a whole £10 wasted on foul food and we didn't even get it all.

Si encontrábamos algo de comida caliente. Tenía 6 alas y una de 4 piezas de pollo con patatas fritas, el caliente, las alas tenía un sabor delicioso y el precio no estaba nada mal! El mejor pollo que he tenido en Ipswich. El propietario también es un hombre muy agradable y era muy accesible!

My son ordered dinner via just eat and the bread had mould growing on it. Inedible and not fit for consumption. He's reluctant to complain but I'm angry on his behalf.

I had the spicy chicken wings. 6 for £1.99. Tasted nice and good value for money. Worth visiting if you're tired of the other takeaways on the same street. Smart interior decor. Strongly recommended.

The chicken is veeery delicious, I ate today for the first time, and I think I'll go there again! The shop is tidy and clean.
