Kebab lovely as ever. Delivery nightmare, got the promised delivery window on the app. Walking home, get a call from delivery driver asking where I am. Tell him 2 minutes away. Get down my road and have to stand in road to stop him driving off with my food. He tells me delivery by xx time which is earlier than app time. Get food, eat lovely food. Finish food. App still says food will be delivered between time later . So lovely food, but late night delivery not good.

food was cold and just low quality , all bags were soggy as well as the chips . just all round unimpressed

I order a large chicken kebab…but it’s very low quantity..I don’t understand..it’s not worth money

Didn't even cut the pizza. The minimum spend is £30, but then after you add stuff you don't even want (to make it £30) they add on £3 for delivery and a 50p service charge... The food I want comes to £16. Never ordering from you again. Plus turkey ham is disgusting.

The food is now over priced, the quality of food has gone down drastically, ordered meat and chips and burgers. The doner seems couple of days old how they are managing to sell this I have no idea. This place was one of best kebab placw a long time ago and now it is now the worst. Never ordering from here again

Food arrived over an hour late and cold. I called the restaurant within 20 minutes outside the delivery time and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. Over half an hour later making it 1 hour I called again asking where the driver was and was told by the 2nd person that he had only left 20 minutes before my call - I then asked why they were not honest the first time I called that the driver had not left as yet as I then went and prepared my drink waiting for the meal. The 2nd person said they were not the one who answered the call the first time and repeated that the diver had only left 20 minutes and is on his way, I then thanked him and said that was good then at least the food should be hot rather than if it was out for delivery for 1 hour to which he agreed. Just as I was ending the call the doorbell rang and it was the driver (it would have taken him more than 30 minutes to get to my location). The food is all cold and I will not be ordering from here again as the pizza does not even look fresh having been prepared possible from over an hour.

All I wanted this evening was donner meat and chips corsing through my veins. Not only did they deliver, they performed. If my therapist Debbie wasnt doing such outstanding work with me, I would have most likely shipped this kebab off to Vegas, and provided the most tear jerking, heartfelt vows as we tie the knot. 10/10 would recommend, just make sure youre prepared to live the rest of your life knowing nothing will ever satisfy you again.

Absolutely horrendous they put menu through door that morning order food came t0£13 00 but when text came through wanted 1760 pound with this I cancelled and on reflection will never trust this shop again Total sham

really really bad experience everything was unsatisfactory. the chicken wings did not taste of chicken and were really fatty. the wrap was COVERED in grease and oil making it uneatable. the best part of this meal was the canned drink even the salad was oily and far to moist causing the container to be damaged on arrival. won't be choosing this place again binned almost all the meal. fair warning to others go somewhere else.

Waited an hour & a half for my order of Halep kebab & onion rings. The food is the worst I’ve ever had! Literally chopped pitta bread & donner meat in a tray of grease & water with a spoonful of chilli sauce on top.

Delicious as always, plenty of fresh ingredients, great combination of flavours.

The kebab and burger was great, but the two cheesy chips were awful couldn’t eat 90% of them, the chips were like they had been cooked 5 hours ago and reheated :(

Used Istanbul regularly in the past, but quality was declining. Tried again tonight and was very pleased with the result. Tasty and fresh, hot and not as greasy as in the past. Chips also much improved. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work.

They take your money and don't deliver the food. Was told I would get a refund and never did get it. Awful customer service. This place has gone to poop as of lately. I ordered something different this time because the last 2 times I was disappointed. The food never made it this time due to a delivery driver that doesn't know how to type an address into Google maps. Ended up losing my rag with the driver that left me stood outside waiting for him in the cold for 20 min after he rang me and told me he was here, I rang him again after another 10 min and he had gone to do another delivery somewhere 😂. Cancelled the food and drove to burger King. Customer lost here.

The best kebab in Ipswich! Always fresh, hot and tasty. I asked for extra of their red cabbage as it’s honestly the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted and they didn’t disappoint!!!

Good portion size. Well prepared. Only complaint is it needed reheating as it had begun to get cold by the point of delivery

Definitely would recommend it! Donner was tasty, especially the chilli sauce. Had one thing missing and they sent the whole order. Customer service I rate highly and may be my new go to kebab spot.

Just had food turn up and after reading reviews I checked food first before paying for 2 large chicken kebabs and omg I saved my self 20 quid no salad and chicken same a 1 large but shared between 2crazy good luck with business

we ordered our food at 1am it got to 1:45 which was the estimated delivery time nothing had changed on the app still said it was accepted my restaurant. I called them twice before they answered and they told me it was with the courier.The app changed to out for delivery until 20 minutes later it changed to delivered yet nothing had come therefore i called again took another 2 times before they answered and they told me it would be 5 minutes away. Them five minutes gi past and nothing had changed

I have not got my food when ringing the restaurant they didn't even ask for my address they just said its on its way and it will be soon I order at roughly half 3 it's now 5.23 and still no show.

The quality is going down hill. Once and even up to last week it was amazing, now poor quality everything

Food came late and all food was soggy/chewy and chips rates like they had been in the box too long and wet spent £25 and didn’t even eat it

I was missing a kebab and chips

Dinner was hot when arrived, but bag had a leakage. My lamb shish was lovely and fresh but they had forgotten to put chilli sauce on. Unfortunately this made it very dry and lacked the flavour I wanted. The halep was what was leaking it was very messy and very watery. Unfortunately my husband only ate a quarter of this max as he said it didn’t taste like it usually did. Was not nice as it lacked flavour and was exceptionally soggy. Very disappointed, never had a bad kebab from them before.

Absolutely delicious! Perfect amount of salad to meat ratio in the chicken kebab and love the fact it’s presented in the pitta, rather than ‘build your own’ that so many lazy kebab shops are doing

I bought chips they are already cooked chips and reheat gave me the chips were full of oil and unhygienic the worst chips I had not recommended at all

I am very impressed with the service the food was still hot and I will definitely be ordering from you again
