Waited 2&half hours for my food to arrive ice cold I will never buy for this takeaway again , it used to be my weekly regular- never again Only so many chances I can give

I ordered through just eat, I rang Suffolk grill and requested to have grilled veg they were very nice and polite. By the time I could hang up the phone it was at the door!

Great food but recently there has been a really harsh price increase. Family kebab has increased by £3.50. Shocking!!!!!

ordered a kebab and chips first kebab i have had for 6 months, wish i hadnt bothered doner kebab is my dirty pleaser no pleasure here.turned up on time if not early but most of the chips went in the bin very tough chewy chips kebab was tiny pieces of meat not nice at all probably the last of the meat. worst kebab i have ever had and how do they make chips so awful .

I swear the majority of these reviews must be fake.... We had mixed grill... Meat was tasteless and poor quality meat, chips were soggy pitta and salad was the only good bit!

That’s the go to store, for a tasty kebab or wrap.

I always use Suffolk Grill, quick delivery food nice an hot. All the food is delicious too. Pizza, Wraps an burgers are a must.

Have only just discovered this little gem!. We order chicken shish kebab and chips. Always really good meat and non greasy chips!. Garlic and chilli sauce is lush too. We get home delivery, always on time and the staff are so so friendly.

Wouldn’t recommend eating from here, have just witnessed the ‘chef’ pop out for a cigarette, go back in and use his fingers to remove something off of the doner meat which was rotating behind the counter. He didn’t even wash his hands! We were sitting in the car outside so had the perfect view.

Ordered several pizzas from here over the past 2 years and every time they have been so outstanding that we no longer use any other pizza delivery. I can recommend the donner meat calzone - there is nothing quite like it! Can I also point out that they have a 5 star food hygiene rating. Pizzas are always loaded, fresh, perfectly cooked and very good value. We live near the restaurant, so never had a problem with delivery time.

The chips were wet and the garlic pizza was like eating a rock, should of had a packet of crisps instead because that’s what it felt like i was eating, avoid at costs

It took 2 hours to get the pizza that arrived cold and dry, they weren’t ready even to replace it or offer anything else, Never ordering again.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced freshly prepared tasty food makes this better than the average Kebab joint. The extra large chicken Kebab with salad and a ladle of chilli sauce is my choice and doesn't disappoint.

Garlic bread was dry. Chips luke warm and burger was overloaded with pure onions no lettuce! Wont order from here again :(

Watched a piece of chicken get knocked off the grill, picked up and placed on counter.... When they thought no-one was watching it was then placed back on the grill... I then confronted them and was given two lies !!! First i was told it was a new piece but then told it had been washed... If this is how they treat food with customers in the shop then i DONT want to know what they get up to behind the scenes !!!!

They don't actually read the notes or the delivery time so don't bother preordering as they will just get it to you early and it isn't great cold

The delivery was prompt but the food itself was packed such that it all got soggy and messy with the sauce etc. Also the fries were soft and soggy. Next time its probably better to go and supervise oneself to ensure its properly done.

Shocking. 50% of the order missing, request for no sauces and no onions was completely ignored. Food also turned up cold.

Kebab was not what i ordered and was cold on arrival. Apparently JustEat have not updated their menu. The offered me free food next time which is something i guess. Asked for a refund through just eat admin.

Great food but one pizza not delivered and no bottle of drink. Had to call and then only the bottle of drink was bought and no explanation about the pizza. Gave up trying to resolve it in the end!

My go to kebab shop for me and my son! Never had a problem with service or any issues with the food apart from my eyes being bigger than my belly 😊

Because the driver couldn't find my property, and lots of phone calls made trying to help, 20 mins late is unacceptable. However A re order was offered. Hour and 20 mins later, I wasn't gonna wait any more, food was obviously cold. Shame because the food was nice. Saying all this I would use Again now they know where I live 😉

I ordered 2 wraps 1 chicken and 1 lamb donner The donner one was lovely but the chicken one was not what I expected its not chicken breast its like the frozen breaded chicken breast you get in iceland thrown in a deep fat fryer so realy chewy On a positive note though delivery was really fast I suppose because no proper cooking was involved But the donner meat was fine
