Amazing kebab and great staff !

we always normally have a good takeaway from here however todays was cold and not to the usual standards which is a shame

Just raised prices across the board by circa 20%. Wouldn't mind so much if they also filled the take away boxes properly with food. A box of doner meat was only half filled compared to usual. Won't be visiting again anytime soon.

My order was 45 minutes late despite an early order being made so plenty of time to meet planned delivery time. Then the burger sauce was missing

Fast service, polite and lovely hot, tasty food.

Arrived well before estimated time.

I ordered the large special shish kebab, food arrived hot and well cooked, lamb was juicy and well seasoned there was a good amount of sauce and salad in the takeaway tray, the driver phoned me as I was at an awkward delivery address and found me with ease.

Ordered food at 9.55pm via uber eats, updated around 10.15pm food was on its way. 10.55pm still no food so called to be told they had cancelled the order as had no chicken (order had not been cancelled via app as still showing in delivery) called restaurant and they cancelled whilst on the phone. My point - took 1 hour for restaurant to cancel and was only done because we called to chase it up! Sadly can't review food as we are still hungry 😕

Really great lamb donner wrap and veggie burgers

Food looked ok but upon eating both of us were really unwell. I didn’t eat much of mine as there was a funny taste to some bits but won’t be ordering again. Also delivery is a bit odd in that we got a notification half an hour after it arrived to let us know it was on the way, not a major issue but given how the food has made me so unwell it does make me wonder if it was even cooked for long enough in a disorganised kitchen

If you have both coke and Pepsi as options please actually have both products. They are different - Pepsi has asculfame k which I cannot have as it triggers migraines so it is going straight in the bin. Hopefully I get it refunded. Pizza was OK.

Didn’t pay attention to order notes. And I ordered a donner burger. And you’ve sent a bread roll with donner meat inside. No burger?

Called as they did not have the options required and spoke to someone who told me to just put it in the comments when ordering. I asked if he could take the order over the phone and he said no, only online. I sent order and paid but the pizza was incorrect even though I put it in the comments and a burger was not delivered as I was told it was a system glitch. I asked why they did not contact me to discuss before the food was delivered to be told they were too busy. Please do not order from this place to avoid someone not having food and not knowing until it is delivered.

The meat was poor and undercooked. So chewy I couldn't eat it.

Food was cold and I swear I had enough onions with my chicken doner to open on onions shop!! Chicken was ok but lacked a bit of flavour. My partner was pleased with his burger though!

Order was late so rang restaurant. Was told on the way. That’s fine. 40 mins later no order. Rang again and they said delivery left 10 mins ago. Finally received our food .. freezing cold. Shocker.

I have always used this place but no idea what's happened today. Food short and all cold. Had to get a refund and reheat. Just one bad experience does tend to put you off.

After 80 minutes waiting for our food. The driver persistently said he was outside our house. He wasn't. My wife had to walk up and down the road in the rain to find him. Food stone cold. Awful service. Rude driver! Will not use again.

Food cold had to go find the delivery driver in the street. So disappointing because have used for years and never had issues. Because it was so late and cold and the app updated as delivered 30 mins before it was!!!!! (To tick a box and meet a deadline) I am sorry my business will be going elsewhere.

Pepsi max was a diet coke Again! Even though i put Pepsi max in the instructions. Also they dont have a sauce option so just had a dry kebab. Rubbish meal.

Today was not good. Normally a brilliant kebab shop with perfectly cooked meat, but today the food was over cooked and cold. So disappointed

so cold food, soggy cold chips, so overdone wings like it was fried till burnt & chilli sauce was so watery, no taste whatsoever. What a waste straight in the bin!

The food was cold and disgusting and when I rung up to complain that I ordered no drumsticks but ended up with 2 the man was very rude and said that's all we had left . This was at 8pm and my combination kebab was cold. Will never order from here again

I have just ordered 3 different meals I specifically asked for NO drumsticks and got 2 out of 3, when I rung up they were rude and said that's all we had left. I have always used bbq mania but the food was shocking today .. cold and everything wrong !!! I will not ever order from here again

I've loved bbq mania for years but this was not there best chicken meal crammed into a small box not presented well at all chips were soft and grease from the chicken gone into the chips etc ..not nice , kebab now in small container not presented well either and all this more expensive

I ordered a large chicken donner and chips and got barely any meat considering it’s a LARGE mostly just chips cost nearly £10 unbelievably unhappy

Don’t waste your time or money, ordered food with a delivery time of 35 minutes, tried to call to find out where the food was as an hour had past but no one was picking up the phone. The food finally arrived after almost 80 minutes, for the pizza to be stone cold. When i tried to ring them, guess what? No one was picking up the phone. I won’t be using them again after being a loyal customer since moving to the area. Don’t waste your time or money ordering here, if I could give it zero stars I would!!!

It was ok. All a bit cold, greasy and flavourless. Probably love it after a long night out but not for an evening in at home.

One meal had chilli sauce when should of been garlic sauce . 1st mistake they made . Had to bin it

We just had the cheese and chips which were excellent fresh good tasting cheese. We had 1/4 with cheese fresh tasty We had the done chicken wrap that was incredible the flavours on that chicken wow amazing guys seriously thankyou.

Very pricey but decent portions and,most importantly, extremely tasty!

We’ve ordered several times from here. Last two deliveries, the food was not as ordered, missing items only discovered after food delivered. The prices on the menu posted through our door to us also does not match the price we had to upon delivery. Had to repeat my phone order for 6 piece chicken meal several times before the person on the phone finally understood and then even tried to upgrade the meal even when we didn’t ask for the upgraded items.

Very rude behaviour from staff, weird looks and loud talking....food is a average. Avoid if you can.

I had been visiting this place for a few years but I finally decided to give up. Staff is very rude by British standards, they have no manners and will make you uncomfortable as soon as you enter. Gave them benefit of doubt every single time, but they crossed line with me and a friend last night, made bad jokes on us and speaking at top of their voices. That's it for me. Please avoid at all cost.

I never EVER write reviews. I am extremely disappointed in the food I ordered I was really looking forward to my Shesh kebab but unfortunately the chicken was pretty much undercooked and may as well of been alive on my plate. I asked for lots of garlic sauce and got barley any also the doner meat was also very undercooked. I won’t be coming back again. Probably one of the worse kebabs I’ve had.

I ordered a quarter lb Berger meal and a three piece chicken meal,the drinks come with the meals so I ordered a Dr. Pepper and a coke cola on the internet for a home delivery. When the meals arrived we did not have the can of coke cola,so my wife telephoned the shop to tell them that we were a drink missing. She explained to the man about the missing drink and was met with attitude from the person on the phone saying we did not order a coke cola so we didn't get one, and with that comment he put the phone down on her. I looked at my tablet to see if i had a mistake, but I hadn't I had clearly ordered two meals with two drinks. His attitude stinks and we will not be using this takeaway again. From a very disappointed customer.

This is normally a lovely kebab but it was very greasey and cold today and the pitta breads where soaked in orange grease they got one of my ordered wrong and when I phoned to let them know they replaced it and it was hot, it's a shame the rest of the order wasn't hot

Ordered via website and called up to add something to my order, first they hung up mid conversation so had to call them back. Then when it arrived and paid them to add something extra they didn’t add it. Called them back and spoke to someone else who lied and said it was them we spoke to (when it wasn’t) and also told us that we didn’t ask to add anything extra and it’s our fault for calling a busy time? Rude.

Delivered quickly, price compatible, food tasty. Very delicious onion rings. Fries not too soft and soggy. Enjoyed my vegetarian burger and my partner have been pleased with his kebab.

Delivery: Good on time Food: I had chips and a chicken wrap. Chicken was soggy and the wrap was not constructed, just fell apart. The chips were hard and kinda felt like they’d been sat around for a while. Overall I felt quite poor. Don’t think I’ll return again

Ordered from here tonight , to save cooking . Very disappointed with the lamb Shish Kebab , had about 5 pieces of Lamb and a small pitta bread , not worth the £6.10 at all .

Very busy, but well cooked food

Terrible. Never again! Waited well over time so called only to be cut off mid sentence by them. Called back again to be told on the way. Chips stone cold, chicken not cooked, still very pink in the middle. Total rip off charging £1.90 each for baked beans and coleslaw. The pots were smaller than a kids yoghurt pot! Never again!

Had the mixed lamb/ chicken shish and the doner kebab. Both very nice. Chips leave a bit to be desired.

I never normally have a problem. Meat trays are awesome! Unfortunately I ordered a calzone the other week. It had so little meat in it. Must try harder!

I love getting my kebab fix here... Having been here regularly for about a year now, they are consistent and delicious!

I had a chicken Shish kebab. It was below average when compared to those I’ve had in other places around Ipswich. Pitta bread was hard around the edges, making it pretty much inedible. Chicken didn’t taste that great either. Not the worst I’ve had, but definitely had much much better elsewhere.

That was one of the worst take aways I've ever had to eat, small chips undercooked. Lamb kebab overcooked and tasteless. I can't describe how bad it was

Nice and quick! Didn't wait too long! Pizza was alright not my taste as too doughy but nothing wrong with it.

Was staying in a local Hotel and we fancied takeaway came upon this place. Kebabs were really good, fair pricing, quick service Very happy!!
