Food has improved recently, they now serve proper salad with kebab rather than the pile of onion which is all they used to put before

After 80 minutes waiting for our food. The driver persistently said he was outside our house. He wasn't. My wife had to walk up and down the road in the rain to find him. Food stone cold. Awful service. Rude driver! Will not use again.

I have been to many kebab shops but this one is just amazing, great staff good food!! I am never disappointed

I have just ordered 3 different meals I specifically asked for NO drumsticks and got 2 out of 3, when I rung up they were rude and said that's all we had left. I have always used bbq mania but the food was shocking today .. cold and everything wrong !!! I will not ever order from here again

Don’t waste your time or money, ordered food with a delivery time of 35 minutes, tried to call to find out where the food was as an hour had past but no one was picking up the phone. The food finally arrived after almost 80 minutes, for the pizza to be stone cold. When i tried to ring them, guess what? No one was picking up the phone. I won’t be using them again after being a loyal customer since moving to the area. Don’t waste your time or money ordering here, if I could give it zero stars I would!!!

We just had the cheese and chips which were excellent fresh good tasting cheese. We had 1/4 with cheese fresh tasty We had the done chicken wrap that was incredible the flavours on that chicken wow amazing guys seriously thankyou.

We’ve ordered several times from here. Last two deliveries, the food was not as ordered, missing items only discovered after food delivered. The prices on the menu posted through our door to us also does not match the price we had to upon delivery. Had to repeat my phone order for 6 piece chicken meal several times before the person on the phone finally understood and then even tried to upgrade the meal even when we didn’t ask for the upgraded items.

Very rude behaviour from staff, weird looks and loud talking....food is a average. Avoid if you can.

I had been visiting this place for a few years but I finally decided to give up. Staff is very rude by British standards, they have no manners and will make you uncomfortable as soon as you enter. Gave them benefit of doubt every single time, but they crossed line with me and a friend last night, made bad jokes on us and speaking at top of their voices. That's it for me. Please avoid at all cost.

I never EVER write reviews. I am extremely disappointed in the food I ordered I was really looking forward to my Shesh kebab but unfortunately the chicken was pretty much undercooked and may as well of been alive on my plate. I asked for lots of garlic sauce and got barley any also the doner meat was also very undercooked. I won’t be coming back again. Probably one of the worse kebabs I’ve had.

I ordered a quarter lb Berger meal and a three piece chicken meal,the drinks come with the meals so I ordered a Dr. Pepper and a coke cola on the internet for a home delivery. When the meals arrived we did not have the can of coke cola,so my wife telephoned the shop to tell them that we were a drink missing. She explained to the man about the missing drink and was met with attitude from the person on the phone saying we did not order a coke cola so we didn't get one, and with that comment he put the phone down on her. I looked at my tablet to see if i had a mistake, but I hadn't I had clearly ordered two meals with two drinks. His attitude stinks and we will not be using this takeaway again. From a very disappointed customer.

This is normally a lovely kebab but it was very greasey and cold today and the pitta breads where soaked in orange grease they got one of my ordered wrong and when I phoned to let them know they replaced it and it was hot, it's a shame the rest of the order wasn't hot

Ordered via website and called up to add something to my order, first they hung up mid conversation so had to call them back. Then when it arrived and paid them to add something extra they didn’t add it. Called them back and spoke to someone else who lied and said it was them we spoke to (when it wasn’t) and also told us that we didn’t ask to add anything extra and it’s our fault for calling a busy time? Rude.

Delivered quickly, price compatible, food tasty. Very delicious onion rings. Fries not too soft and soggy. Enjoyed my vegetarian burger and my partner have been pleased with his kebab.

Delivery: Good on time Food: I had chips and a chicken wrap. Chicken was soggy and the wrap was not constructed, just fell apart. The chips were hard and kinda felt like they’d been sat around for a while. Overall I felt quite poor. Don’t think I’ll return again

RUDE!!! Charged for 3 pizzas only made 2 claiming they ran out of dough (really) over charged and messed the order up again ...never use this shop again

Ordered from here tonight , to save cooking . Very disappointed with the lamb Shish Kebab , had about 5 pieces of Lamb and a small pitta bread , not worth the £6.10 at all .

Very busy, but well cooked food

Terrible. Never again! Waited well over time so called only to be cut off mid sentence by them. Called back again to be told on the way. Chips stone cold, chicken not cooked, still very pink in the middle. Total rip off charging £1.90 each for baked beans and coleslaw. The pots were smaller than a kids yoghurt pot! Never again!

I never normally have a problem. Meat trays are awesome! Unfortunately I ordered a calzone the other week. It had so little meat in it. Must try harder!

I had a chicken Shish kebab. It was below average when compared to those I’ve had in other places around Ipswich. Pitta bread was hard around the edges, making it pretty much inedible. Chicken didn’t taste that great either. Not the worst I’ve had, but definitely had much much better elsewhere.

That was one of the worst take aways I've ever had to eat, small chips undercooked. Lamb kebab overcooked and tasteless. I can't describe how bad it was

Was staying in a local Hotel and we fancied takeaway came upon this place. Kebabs were really good, fair pricing, quick service Very happy!!

4/7 the last orders have been wrong, today was worse then normal, today i ordered a kids chicken nugget meal with mayo (sons autistic), 3 bbq chicken wrap meals and 2x doner meat and chip meals....well i recieved it over an hour after i first ordered, i was 1x drink short and mayo wasnt even on the chicken nugget meal, 3x bbq chicken wraps.....i calledd to ask where the extra drink was as was 1x short no chips with the wraps and mayo was in a tub....so i call up especially as i gave driver a tip and i was charged for a full meal x3, i then had to eat the wrap on its own. ...3x chips all half box size sent nearly cold and extra wrap sent extra drink sent and a tub of squashed bbq sauce (leaked in the bag the lid wasnt put on properly), this was most definitely the worst meal as yet....im really not gonna recommend the place and thinking it maybe better getting my meals else where from now on

I always get the doner wrap...it comes really tightly packed with meat and never fails to hit the spot.

We ordered food first time trying we are not from the area chicken and chips were lovely but a little dry 6 pieces of "southern fried chicken "was 2 legs a thigh. And 3 mini type strips....

Third time I have had the wrong order sent to my house, I tried calling the place only to be shouted at by a rude pig. Wont be coming back stick your wrong orders up your arse.

Do not eat here very greasy food give you kids meals instead off adults food cold and won't do nothing blameing customer or there very busy and won't put right very rude !!

Food was cold and I could tip Grease out of my food container asked for no onions on the kebab but yet there were still onions garlic bread was cold and greasy... rude service called up and complained yet staff refused to accept responsibility and said we couldn't have a refund so got stuck with cold and greasy food

Without a doubt the best kebab we have ever been to, so clean, tidy & lovely staff. 5* rating aswell that's always a plus. Thank you BBQ Mania.

Rude service, cold delivery, stale pitta, incorrect delivery and charged for items never received, on the plus side it was delivered quickly, under the circumstances I wish I'd never bothered and will certainly never use them again and I would urge others to follow my lead

Ordered on a Friday evening and the food was delivered in the time they said it would be. The food was very good, the meat had been well marinated. Overall would recommend and return.

Pizza was piping hot, donor kebab was perfect!! We also got chicken which was nicely done ! Ordered from here many times now, get a free Pepsi too to wash it all down.. Plus our meal came too £20.10 delivery driver only wanted £20 so service was good!!

my pizza was lovely, first time ordered from this takeaway as our usual one was closed. My hubby's chicken was really dry though, so would only consider ordering pizza or maybe a kebab or burger if our usual place is closed again!!!

I regularly use BBQ Mania & they really look after me... I order the Xl mixed doner & it is always huge! And more importantly great quality. The staff & delivery guys are always very friendly. I would definitely recommend BBQ Mania ☺

We often get wrong or missing drinks which is annoying when you're diabetic or have allergies. Otherwise no problems.

I quite clearly asked them not to use the buzzer, yet what did they do? They used the buzzer of course, waking my sleeping baby. They managed to read the additional part of the note about the food, yet simply chose to ignore that simple request. The food was fine but not enough for me to order again after that experience.
