Domino's Pizza in Ipswich

Awful place they messed up my last order so I rung up then got promised dough balls on the next order I’ve juts been there to collect my pizza and Dough balls and apparently there’s no dough balls got home the pizza is freezing cold and the cheese is just all coming off on the first bite

Lovely quick service, 15 minutes from order to pizza.

Minus one if possible. Yet again football is more important than fulfilling customers orders. Lying to you about “being outside of your house” unable to find the address when, in truth, the order hasn’t even left the kitchen. Unacceptably rude staff. The “manager” doesn’t even listen.

Terrible customer service from the manager. Utter refusal to help when pizzas were delivered to the incorrect address. The girl on the phone was lackadaisical and lost. The manager was rude and unhelpful. The driver was inept. On top of that, redelivery and refund were refused on the grounds that "my system says the food was delivered".

Would not take the queens currency for payment for food,card only jog on dominos pizza,I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere

Sometimes have to wait a while but pizzas are as good as any dominoes. The lady also gave us free extra sauce.

Ordered around 11pm tonight, website says delivered, we didn't recieve our order and no one is answering the phone. Avoid using this business. Lack of customer service is shocking. Whoever recieved our order enjoy ya free food 🤬

Delivery is good but since new owners took over they don’t put hardly any sauce on the pizza second times this has happened it’s too plain especially if you order bbq base, may aswell not bother

Always spot on when ordering from here. Perfectly cooked pizzas, and topping changes are always carried out, speedy delivery too. Not too expensive either, If you use the deal pages you can always get a pizza for around £11-£13 which is around the price of a main meal in Hungry Horse or any similar establishment. I thought Dominoes had finally got the memo about undercooking chicken wings, but alas we are back to underccoked mush on a bone.

Is the pizza here good? Yes. Is it insanely over priced? Yes. £20 for a pizza is insane! If you're planning on getting pizza, walk 3 mins down the road to Aldi/Co-op. You'll get 10 times more pizza for your money at only 2 times power quality.

Cannot fault this branch of Domino's! Last time we ordered, we accidently ordered a pizza forgetting to change the standard bbq sauce for tomato sauce which I could not eat so we called the restaurant to see what they could do and they sent out another one free of charge, didn't even ask for the old one back, I was so humbled by the kindness of the store to do that for us and make sure I was not left hungry. Thank you so much! We have since ordered again tonight and the food came very quickly and was still very hot, same as when it arrived last time, so although Domino's can be expensive it is worth it because it is quality! If this continues, we will be loyal customers! Well done Domino's!

This was the worst dominos pizza I've seen. Like a child had made it. The pictures don't even show it clearly how bad it was but it was totally uneven base, burnt bits, weird shape didn't fit in the box properly, massive bubbles in the crust, sauce so far from the edge, hardly any toppings... If I hadn't totally had enough of time wasting and struggling to get a pizza after different app issues telling me to call the store, then it was too late for delivery so had to drive for collection instead.m, then they forgot dip and we had to wait while they were looking all over the store for it... I had zero motivation left to deal with dominos again by the time I got home and seen the state of the pizza. Otherwise I probably would have taken it back and they would have given me a different 1. It was so disappointing especially after all the stress and effort to get it.

The guy messed my order up didn't even get my name right and I was in store ordering. But as I have got used to in Ipswich that hardly anybody speaks English... I am thinking of taking up a new language as English is of no advantage... funny thing is that I keep getting asked if I speak English????? Ipswich!?!?!?

Ordered for collection for lunch and when we got there only 2 of the pizzas were done, the third took another 10 minutes so the first 2 were like warm by the time we got back

I'm not a massive lover of pizza. However, when with friends we do normally order a Dominos such as last week. The thing is, for a while now I've not really enjoyed the pizza from this company anymore, there is just something that doesn't look or taste the same anymore. I think the price of pizza is expensive anyway, but next time I'll try somewhere else for the price I pay here.

I don’t know what’s the different from other Dominos but first time I had a hard time finding the ingredients on the pizza

myself and my husband ordered dominos on a regular basis 3 years ago then dicided to go on a diet together we have been on diet for last three years we came back to dominos felixtowe road the wait time on collection I was told on the phone was over 30 mins so I said ok I can wait that long for top quality food I went there to collect my order 45 minutes later know that half an hour was just a rough estimated time when I got there I was told by someone asion person apparently the manager that I was going to have to wait another half an hour then another 15 minutes after that then I got my pizza ordered a large taxes bbq I was told it was made wrong 1st time so they gave me both pizzas so I said thanks when I got home both pizzas were wrong both had tommoto sauce on which I don't like 1 was pepperoni with minimum cheese on the other look like a meat feast with bbq sauce on I was not impressed

Speedy delivery. Good offers. My partner enjoyed it it was spotless. I have tried vegan pizza this time and it was good. You can taste the difference between vegetarian and vegan. I might stick with vegetarian after all. But surely have made me feel better eating slightly healthier option 🤣 they added vegan dip too. I usually eat without it but I have tried this and it was surprisingly nice.

Way better than Bradford road. Order, service, communication service all much better but Bradford rd have a tougher challenge being on the rd side.

Called to check if they are still doing NHS 2 for 20£, the guy just hanged up. Don't shop here if you are NHS staff, find another domino's shop. These people are plain rude.

I would give 0 stars but it won't allow me to. Ordered pizza to collect got back home started eating and the pizza is so dry one piece of chicken on each slice if I'm lucky crust is dry and hollow making it crispy, the bbq sauce does not taste like bbq more like tomato. Was so looking forward to it my partners was better but they didn't add the chilli's that we ordered. When we called up they expected us to drive back and take them back and pick up a new one the manager was rude and would not help, insisting he can't deliver a new pizza because we collected it. What happened to customer service what a rubbish meal oh and to top it off the wedges are hard not gonna use again seems like most customers who use this branch leave unhappy.

Usually spot on and friendly staff in store. Delivery today with missing item..to be told by driver "not my problem, we are busy" then just getting back in car. Expect a bit more than that to be honest..like basic manners and an apology...have a word Dominoes!!

Always helpful staff.Recently we ordered cheeseburger pizza and we love it.Garlic bread is always full of cheese and juice.Quick and great location. Most of the time I'm happy to come and collect by myself so I can also enjoy watching through the window at preparation of our order.Great offers most of the time.

Telephoned Ipswich, Felixstowe Road branch approx 5 times, no answer until the fifth try! This was at approx 23:30 hrs on a bank holiday Sunday, with the web site stating they are open until 01:00hrs. Chap said, they were so busy they had stopped taking delivery orders. What kind of service is this? It is against the law to advertise a service that you cannot deliver! As a regular customer I said I was happy to wait however this was still not acceptable. I'm very disappointed & will not be returning to this service or recommending it.

Abit exspensive..asda do a good pizza 6 toppings 14 inch deep pan £4.50..not cooked but took home cooked it very nice..so good ..thats were i go now for pizza.

I cancelled my order after 2min of placing it. Even if I have been assured I will get my money back in the next two days, I still haven't got anything after more than two weeks. Won't buy from this branch again!

Awful. Placed an order; the app said 34-38 minutes... I called 45 minutes later and they said it would be another hour and hung up on me! Rude guy on the phone, would happily help dominos track who it was and make sure he didn’t get to answer that phone again.

Couldn't really understand what was being said and I speak 5 languages plus the buy one get one free is a scam. Look at the menu!!!!!!!

I don’t really know where to go with this so have decided to detail my experience here. When my order arrived I had a query as I thought it was wrong. However, my delivery driver spoke no English so I couldn’t resolve. I rang and was told I was wrong with my query and that the driver did speak English - but he didn’t! It scares me that we have people in driving, customer service jobs on our roads with no command of our language. Is this even legal? If so then it shouldn’t be. Won’t use Dominos again.

It’s ok, staff friendly and appeared very clean, didn’t have to wait too long, on,y downer, they don’t do anchovies! Seafood pizza not the same without anchovies!

I usually get pizza on a Tuesday and take advantage of the 2 for 1 deal. This makes them less than a tenner each and better value. Have delivery and have never waited more than 30 minutes for my food which is always hot when I get it.

Ordered from here quite a few times recently and it's always delivered so quickly (never any longer than 30 mins). Food is always tasty & hot. Food is usually delivered by the same people (2 different drivers) and both of them are lovely and friendly every time! Only complaint is that occasionally if I order a drink or an extra garlic and herb dip they forget to give it to me. Other than that, 5*

Sent the wrong pizza and when I called we were told we would have to wait over half an hour just like a new customer as they were busy even though we had already waited 45 minutes for the first one to arrive. Was made to feel like the fact I asked for them to make the pizza again was my fault. Official complaint logged with Dominoes. Never had such poor customer service. Would post 0 stars if I could.

DREADFUL!!! the guy all took the order called Dan was rude and disrespectful unprofessional we spent £70 on pizza to receive on wrong pizza which had meat on which was meant to be a vegetarian called them up which they said they would replace which they did with the same meat pizza Called them up again by this time everyone else had eaten theres spoke to Dan again told them they had messed up again to which he was rude and shouting down the phone which is totally disgusting will not be using dominos again pizza hut from now on will be getting my custom...plus the pizzas are over cooked to virtually burnt..

Dominos pizza is my favourite pizza chain. This specific store are military with their pizzas. Many other stores vary in sauce ratio, cooking time etc, but not here. I always enjoy my order and will always return. Thanks to all the staff here! Good job!!

Awful establishment, all the employees are foreign and extremely rude! The pizza's are over cooked and generally very dissapointing! Not happy at all!

We order every week (occasionally twice a week) and most times we don't have a problem. Tonight the delivery guy came to the door and said the amount which is the first time we have had to give payment first (which isn't a problem) so i gave him the money. He then just opened the carrier and nodded his head as if to say take the boxes out. So i went to take it out thinking it was a bit rude, as I grabbed the boxes he pulled the bag out of the way to the point where i almost dropped the food. The only words he said was the price and i think thats pretty rude. We don't normally have a problem and the delivery guys are normally really nice but this guy was particularly rude. One other problem we have had is with another delivery driver. We live in a block of flats which has a entry system. The phone rang and my partner buzzed the guy in (which we knew was working because a friend had been buzzed in less then 5 minutes ago) and we waited. A few minutes later the phone rang again and we spoke to him through the system by the door and we buzzed him in again. This happened a third time so we went down and gave him £40 for the pizza (which was around £35) and he just walked off. So we spoke to dominos and they made him come back out later to give us our change. They were incredibly good. So the week after we order again and the phone rings and we buzz the guy in. The phone rings again and we so the same and the third time my partner goes downstairs. She goes outside with the same guy and shuts the door and rings up, I press the door open button and it opens. He laughs and says it wasn't working. So a few weeks later when we order, then the phone goes and the guy says he has to be somewhere so he can't come up. So we go down and the same guy is sitting in his car waiting, he waves us over to collect the food. I said that he was not very good at his job and he replied by saying that he has a job to do and can't wait around. Now we have never made him wait at all, in fact he has cost himself more time but refusing to come upstairs like every other delivery driver. After we got the food we waited and watched through the door, he didn't leave for over another five minutes, he was on his phone. The dominos is great but they should sort out a couple of their delivery drivers. We are getting really annoyed with two of their delivery drivers and we aren't the only people around here that have had the same problem. A lot of them have complained as well but still nothing get sorted and dominos keeps on giving free pizzas or a discount on the next order. Essay Over.

Standard Domino's franchise, but service can be a bit poor and the quality of the pizza is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's gorgeous but other times it is dry and hard.

I ordered a deal,I asked a member of staff if NHS 50%discount will apply to this deal but was told yes.On collecting the order my son was given just pizza when contacted the store I was made a liar as the person on the phone said to me no one in the shop would have said that to me.They wouldn't check the phone conversation as would take them an hour. We ended up with a cold pizza anyway,pity they are the nearest but don't see myself ordering anything there anytime soon

I ordered the nachos and a large mighty mighty meaty pizza. They had obviously forgotten i ordered a large pizza, as it was the same size as a medium but they tried to get away with it by cutting more slices into it to make it look like a large!!! Word of warning- do not order the nachos they are the worst i have ever tasted, just covered in thick, toasted cheese and the nachos were all broken into small bits :( I am glad I got NHS discount with this otherwise I would have been very annoyed!!
