I recently visited Burger King at Anglia Retail Park in Ipswich, and I must say, Thet provided excellent service. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor greatly enhanced my dining experience. The burgers were delicious, and the overall service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Everything was good highly recommend going for the frozen drinks alone!

Absolute joke of a place!… Be prepared to pack an overnight bag depending on what staff or should we say managers are on shift!… parked for 15minutes for a cheeseburger and a coke where the place was deserted I wonder why! Too busy chatting in the kitchen! The Blind leading the Blind!… Don’t waste your time 🥱!

I've never had a Burger King breakfast before and judging by the restaurant, I shouldn't have done as it was empty. Two options for breakfast sausage in a roll or bacon in a roll. It saddens me to say, I prefer breakfast from the other American fast food restaurant

Sent me to a disabled space to wait for food. As a disabled person and wife of one that really annoyed me. No one else there.

2 x BBQ missing. Lettuce in burger was brown

Order was with me within 3 minutes which was great service although the restaurant was completely empty at 4pm. Food wasn't fresh and must've been sat there a while. Chips cold. Burger warm but cheese hadn't melted. Poor food quality unfortunately.

Ok. Been back recently after a year and the place has done a 360. Used to be the place to die now it's the place to go. Burgers fresh and tasty. Drinks machine a nice touch. Touch screen ordering is hit and miss if they work. The staff seem to be on the ball. Place looks tidy enough. Seems maccas across the road took a quality dive while BK much improved. Well done. I can now happily recommend this place 👍🏼

The meal is good. Location is good. Easy to use app. Always empty, but now lidl is nearby, and tons of people were there.

the meat in my burger was pink. I have complained, but can't get any help because I have binned it, and can't take a picture. I will NOT be ordering from here in the future. I'm disgusted!

delivery arrived without chili bites, wrong drink and no chicken nugget meal! Had to rush to local takeaway for nuggets or an upset child. No one knows who to blame as it's not Burger Kings fault and not the drivers fault as they're sealed... I'm £15 out of pocket as a result!

A meal deal was missing from my order which I had payed for phoned the shop which I never received a reply I also emailed just eat to which I never got a reply

My burger was stone cold, took it back and got another cold one. Not good

Food came quickly and was a good temperature. Restaurant and toilets were clean and tidy.

Called me to say they didn’t have nuggets and said I could choose something else so did but then they cancelled my order 10 minutes later…great customer service 👍

I have frequently asked that the cold drinks are not delivered in the same bag. This makes the food cold and I have to microwave it to warm it up. Our driver today also drove passed our address and had to walk back. He also had 2 orders in the same bag.

Started using Burger King instead of McDs as quality is better and food actually tastes good . Might be a bit more expensive but you need a lot less to fill you up . Well done B.K

Food was perfectly fine, prices are astronomical & service was okay although a little bit slow and the car park was covered in litter; coke cans/tissues/BK wrappers everywhere

I got a whopper meal and only got my drink, when trying to email and call there were no reply’s at all. 27 quid on just a slushy, no refund. Madness.

Ordered whopper with and chicken royale with cheese and 20 chilli cheese bites, and every single item was hot, fresh, and so delicious. I definitely prefer Burger King over mcdonalds and the Frozen fanta Blue Raspberry and strawberry are out of this world they hit the spot😍, especially on a hot day. 100% recommend Burger King

Usually I enjoy fast food such as Burger, but I have to say, I understand their are limits to the quality of food when it comes to fast food, but the standered now is so low. And it shouldn't be considering the price, fast food used to be cheap, but now it isn't, so why has the quality slowly got worse but the price has gone up. Yesterday I went to this Burger king, I walked in to order a Double cheese with medium fries and a slush. Unfortunately my slush arrived half full, my burger didn't really resemble a burger and my fries were just scattered all over the place. No sauces as you now need to pay extra and was sent on my way without a thanks or goodbye. Also I had to pay on a screen because no 1 was at the counter, I assume another money making scheme, and no cars in the drive thru so assume the had the staff. Honestly a pretty poor experience and this is a common 1 now at fast food outlets. As a society we seem to have become so numb about the food looking like it was literally thrown together from the other side of the kitchen without a care. And all this for over £14. SHOCKING

It was my friend that wanted to go there, the woman was rude, didn't even say hello. She just stood there with a dumb look on her face. When I asked for a banana milkshake she looked at me and said thats McDonald's we don't do banana. I thought to myself. If you speak to me like that again I'll go to McDonald's. Serious staff training needed.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Burger King yesterday. As someone who cannot stomach tomatoes, I specifically requested a burger without them. However, to my dismay, when I unwrapped my burger, it was smothered in tomatoes. The sight alone was enough to make my stomach churn, and I had no choice but to throw the entire burger away. To make matters worse, they completely forgot to add the gherkins. It was the ultimate betrayal to discover my burger both laden with the one ingredient I cannot bear and missing the one I love most. This careless mistake left me hungry and frustrated. I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and will think twice before returning to this location.

The food was cold and the time for delivery had been changed 4 times was supposed to be with us by 2100 has only just turned up

'Loaded' cheese and bacon fries were tasty but wow - really not loaded at all 😞. Especially not value for money. The rest of the order was as expected. Onion rings are fab.

Probably the best Burger king in Ipswich. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Service was quick.

Service was quick but was pretty empty and wasn't the best, it felt like I was being mocked by one of the servers, the burger was dry and left an after taste, should have gone to Macdonald's (and will next time).

Haven't had burger king for years, I'm glad I did, unlike McDonald's which I won't order again My food was fresh and everything was correct, it was delicious!

Terrible attitude from some members of staff. Ordered a milkshake at 8.30pm to be told they've started the heat cycle. Normally they shut the machine off around 9. They then messed up our order as they heard me in the car say that they usually turn the machine off at 9. Not the first time they've messed orders up!

We go to Burger King few times a month and never have any issues. Way better then McDonald by far.

First visit, just off the A14. Plenty of parking, or use the drive-through. Clean and tidy decor. We ordered at the till so we could use our app voucher. Great customer service. Food was hot, which made a change, especially from the golden arches.

Ok place with grandchildren, would never normally go to these places. Quite expensive, nothing was either bad or exceptional hence 3 stars for each category.

Tried BKs newest bean burger and I really enjoyed it. Nice to see another choice for those of us who don’t eat meat… something that the previous meatless whopper was unsuitable for as it was cooked with meat.

Popped in for lunch after going to jump in , I was going to eat out as I was worried about the car park, the manager pointed out that we could pop our reg in the system to give us a little extra time, perfect! They were very friendly, helpful and polite. Our food was hot and fresh. Definitely will be returning. Thankyou :)
