Tasty Food Good Serving size Friendly staff Price wise a bit on the higher side (as per my friends) Went here while roaming around ipswich and ordered and mixed doner wrap and a pepperoni pizza. The doner wrap was really good. Very tasty and enough for 2, the flavors were good. Pepperoni pizza was just okay, nothing great about it. Infact it needs a better serving of Pepperoni. Overall a pretty good place for a quick bite.

Rubbish customer service and give me the wrong order and went into shop and bad customer service given and was told to not come again!! So I won't

Developed food poisoning from the chicken wings bought on 14/09/24. Informed the staff the following day and they were very rude in handling this complaint.

Absolutely disgusting dough on delivery raw inside , when called restaurant their argument was why I am calling 45 min past delivery so I had to explain my self that I just came from work when delivery arrived and took shower and spend time with family before dine !! They had nothing could be done about !!! Do no order specially if you having kids at the house !!

I had a donna kebab Oh wow it was terrible bright yellow sauce I’ve never seen that before it was meant to be garlic sauce it’s white normally and the meat was so thick and in a bread roll not pitta bread I won’t be going there again

Food was late, cold, and soggy. And not just a little cold, but well and truly cold.

Main attendant was on something or just drunk…. 10 minutes of waiting and being asked for the 3rd time what I ordered and had paid for I had to kick off…. A portion of chips and one piece of chicken…. The dude couldn’t manage to explain why he didn’t remember, said I’d paid cash and left…. I paid on card and was stood at the counter with only one other customer….. who is probably still there waiting for his Shish…. The manager had to step In and sort the order. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Rancid . Why take so long to make such dreadful food. I had the advantage of not being drunk so could taste what there was. Will come back drunk next time! It's good for my diet as I couldnt eat it...

the delivery time was great. However, the chips were soggy because the salad was put in the same box and the meat just tasted like red cabbage and the box was at the point of falling apart because of the salad not being drained at all before going into the box. the box came with 2 tiny pots of sauce because you cannot choose what sauce you want. unfortunately, I will be returning to my normal place, it is more expensive but the whole thing is meat and cheesy chips with sauce

The chicken wings are comparable to most chicken shops in London, which is brilliant as in Ipswich you're less likely to taste any spice in any meals minus an Indian. Good value for money and when cooked fresh, the meat melts off the bone. I have to order when they have just opened or you won't witness the freshness of just being cooked and immediately delivered to you. I haven't tried anything else they cook, so cannot leave a review for the many foods they serve.

thank you so much a few weeks ago I placed my family's order and the pizza we received was very uncooked so we couldn't not eat it . this evening when our order come I the sweet delivery guy said my review had been seen and with are order a free pizza come with apologies of the mistake with are pizza as there was a new member on and a mistake had happened on that evening so ty you for your kindness we appreciate that this kindness has been done and the food was delicious ty so much 🥰

The food was nice the only problem was the fried chicken had a bad smell lucky it was for my dogs they are it and seemed to love it and also didn't press the button to aho on the way and also delivery driver didn't want to ring buzzer and come up and I had to force him to do so but apart from that everything else was nice so thank you

The kitchen doner kebab was bad smelling, not even the fact that was a mixed plate could cover the funny smell. We had to throw away £20 as soon as we open it .

ordered cheese burger was cold and no cheese ordered chicken Supreme? Pizza meal deal chips and drink. the pizza came with Mushroom and sweetcorn and no chicken. even The dough was so under cooked we couldn't eat it all. not geest at all

The home made bread in the kebab was delicious and also the driver was extremely nice man very friendly and polite and the shop when I call them are always very helpful polite and just generally nice the food always comes hot and fresh always happy when I order from here thank 😊

Fantastic doner with home made Turkish bread that I have not seen very often in the UK. Fried chicken was also very good. Staff were really nice.

The chicken wings were quite tasty, and the staff really stood out with their friendliness and attentive service, the warm attitudes of the staff made our visit enjoyable. Worth stopping by if you're in the mood for some good wings and friendly service!

Just had a chicken wrap and seriously was dripping of grease like I never seen before. Heart attack food . One bite and saw the grease . Even the seagulls left it

Their 20 Spicy Wings for £13 cannot be beat. I have ordered this items a couple of times and only once they arrived unsatisfactory. Great prices and spicy for Ipswich, which is a good thing as some people do like spice to their food. Delivery normally comes on time, sometimes early....can't remember them being late.

I've just had a chicken shish kebab from Joy's. This is the best kebab I have had since moving to Ipswich. I was very impressed that the meal was also sent out with folks and napkins. It's the little things that make a big difference. The food was amazing.

Atmosphere 5 star cause my flat is lit, everything else 1 star. Absolutely disgusted. All the food was cold, it tasted like reheated food. The kebab and the chips were dry, The pizza was dry (how'd you manage that) and don't even get me started on the salad. Disgraceful.

I didnt receive my order at all

Thought I would try for a change wish I hadn’t , the burger bun wasn’t toasted was cold and fell apart the chips were cold and hard they had already been reheated . If they can’t get burger and chips right imagine what the kebabs are like 🤮

chicken was fried too dry, there were some parts tgat were burnt and inedible. the quality is not what I usually order. makes me wonder if it was going bad for the restaurant to decide to fry it more therefore leaving me with less value than I bargained!

Tried for the first time passing by late afternoon - donner meat very tasty, chips crispy and the chilli sauce pokes a great punch. Will definitely be returning.

I ordered chicken med chicken kebab two children meals Donner meat and chips 2 chicken strip's and chips the chicken meat in the kebab was not only stone cold it was gray and had a funny smell and silmly feel 😔 it won't let me post a picture the smelly made me feel sick the children meals where stone cold to I couldn't eat my food it was not eat able I order from here all the time am very disappointed

Turning up late isn’t really my issue here. However, receiving cold chips and a lukewarm burnt burger is my issue. Ordered from here a week ago and received incorrect food which was corrected but now tonight received cold cheesy chips and a lukewarm burnt burger.. have to say I don’t think I’ll order again unfortunately

My delivery time was 23.15 - 23.35 and didnt get til 23.55pm. I had to call twice and request a txt update via just but food was excellent jus disappointed about how long I had to wait

Chips / fries were outstanding. The pizza was totally rank and not edible, even after a few drinks. The kebab meet was cut too thick and not great as a result. Had outstanding take away food from here, so not sure what's gone on.

I enjoyed the majority of the meal, but on this occasion the chilli sauce had a very strange flavour and left the Donner kebab we ordered inedible. Everything else was really nice and I must say you get a lot of food for your money, overall a good meal, just disappointed with the chilli sauce.

Food was bad quality. The chips was not cooked and the chicken was like it had been sitting there all night. Terrible food hygiene.

Great food quick service. they had to give me a different item because they didn’t have what they want was with more didn’t charge more and gave me a no piece of fudge cake too.

20 minutes late, and driver was absolutely rude. We tried calling back the restaurant 7 times but absolutely NO answer. I’m very ashamed with this restaurant as I’ve NEVER had a problem up until tonight.

Chicken tasted bit funny last night only ate a about 2 bites. Unfortunately been ill this morning with food poisoning. Only had that all day yesterday so obviously the chicken. Never again I buy from this place . Warning to others.

Whenever I am out in Ipswich I can always rely on this place. Pizza’s taste amazing and staff members friendly. Would highly recommend!
