Had some very good meals from King's Garden, unfortunately this one was awful. Ordered a beef curry but the beef had a funny texture and didn't taste like beef, and the curry sauce was just brown glop. Not a good meal.

Chowmein tasted burnt , bbq sauce tasted more like a mix of sweet and sour and bbq, rice was tasteless which is disappointing as it was a house rice, spring rolls were nice as were the chips and beef and mushrooms , for £43 I am very disappointed 😞it was quick for collection and staff were friendly just mediocre food today unfortunately

why isn't fried mushrooms on your order list please , you do them in oyster sauce , but just want stir fried mushrooms , can you put this on the menu please.

Delivery was within the window that had been advised which was good. Most of the order was hot and fresh, but unfortunately the crispy chicken and the curry sauce I ordered was really cold. Didn’t seem as fresh at all. The sauce was basically one thick gloop where it was so cold. The rest of the order was really nice so was a shame these parts let it down

Super fast delivery, wonderful cheerful delivery person. Food was fantastic, we've ordered from most Chinese restaurants in Ipswich now and so far this is our favourite, we keep returning because the service and food is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I waited over 2 HOURS for the worst chinese I've ever experienced, couldn't even finish it. Over 2 hour wait is already a bad start, and then the food arrived COLD, soggy & sad. Beef in black bean sauce was poor, the sauce tasted more like generic curry sauce and the beef was overcooked, chewy and tiny. The chilli Squid was soggy, moist, cold and clearly frozen rubbish. Criminal offense to charge the prices you do for this trash. The chips were cold and pathetic, undercooked and sad. Overall, 1st time ordering and will be the last. Pathetic Chinese takeaway.

Those Singapore noodles are some of the nicest I’ve tasted. Was with Prompt delivery.

ordered food it arrived within 20 minutes it's good delivery service but they didn't cook all my order fresh. pre cooked food is not the answer. the beef was not cooked properly. 2 out of five stars.

we only use this Chinese takeaway . food is good and no problem .highly recommend . only grumble is delivery fee as not that far away £3 delivery fee is high for 5 minute drive . think should do it cheaper or free if regular customer . apart from that will continue ordering .5***** service on quality

Another great meal this place is the best. Don’t even consider another Chinese. Top job! The one time I went somewhere else (because they are currently closed) it was so bad! Had all kinds of problems. Stay with Kings Garden!

I've tried to contact Kings Garden via JustEat app as my vegetable Singapore noodles had chicken in them they were supposed to be vegetarian. Not happy.

First you sent the wrong food , after I rang you sent a mixed meat curry and boiled rice instead of a vegetable curry and egg fried rice to a vegetarian, I'm gutted as you were my go to takeaway til now

DONT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT AN AGE FOR FOOD! Originally said 35-50 mins for delivery, then ordered and got 1-1.25 hours, then updated to 1.75-2 hours. Called shop, bad attitude from staff, they blamed the app for taking on too many orders. Food came after 2.25 hours after first ordering. Food quality poor, chips looked and tasted as if the my had been reheated multiple times, food went cold very quickly. Waste of money and a massive disappointment!! Won’t be ordering from here ever again!

Just had takeaway from kings garden chinese queensway all i can say is terrible chicken curry with chips x2 chips looked as though they had been cooked yesterday and warmed up and the chicken tasted gross i will never order from there again i dont think they will be in business much longer serving up rubbish like that 0 out of100te rubbish

Absolutely disgusting and awful! I had to throw everything and lose another hour to go and get something else. Couldn't return due to being at work and even if I wanted I didn't receive no receipt because they only accept cash payments no card and they don't give you receipt.

A little bit pricier than our previous Chinese Takeaway, but worth the extra!

I called up at 5:45pm the food came at 7pm even though they said it would be 30-40 minutes maximum. The food was cold, stale, sticky and tasted like it was cooked the night before. I called for a refund but the lady on the phone was very rude she went to her managers and laughed about what I said. She then came back to me and goes you can have a full refund. Then 15 minutes later calls me back to say I can’t have the refund and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager, multiple times she hung up on me and was speaking over me whilst also putting me on hold many times even though I was making a complaint. Disgusting and appalling behaviour not only from the girl on the phone but the managers that make the food. One last thing she wouldn’t give me her name and that fact that she was so rude I understand why now she wouldn’t give it.

What is the point is saying it will be about hour when I have to call after 1 hour 15 mins to see where my food is and then another 8mins after that I have a know a knock on the door!! I simply said that maybe you should tell the phone person to tell customers the true delivery time! He came up with some excuse and I said well give me back my money and have your food back! He didn’t want to do that! I said have your food back he throw my money back over the ground! Never usin g them again….I think the feel is mutual judging by the language.

Just had my birthday treat but unfortunately it was far from a treat. Curry sauce was cold and bland, the chicken in chilli in spiced salt was also very bland and overcooked so went straight in the bin. Gutted as food has always been good in the past.

Crispy chilli beef was trash it did not come in sweet and sour sauce like any other crispy chilli beef I’ve had before, the chicken satay skewers come in a sugary gelatinous goop (not peanut sauce). Chicken chow mein was dry and dead, not very appetising Chinese at all. Not to mention the food was 25 minutes late.
