I couldn't make an order as I wasn't a customer and didn't see how I could become one

Incorrect information on the website. I tried to order but the information on website was not updated and even though the restaurant I wanted food from is open, on the website says that it’s closed until 14/09/2021. Today is 15/10/2021 and I wasn’t able to place an order. I tried calling the number takeaway taxi has provided but no answer. I called a different number based in Ipswich and all I got was an automatic message saying that no one is available to answer and to leave a message. I tried calling 4 times and no one answered the phone. This is the first and the last time I’m trying to use Takeaway Taxi. I do not recommend nor I will recommend to a friend.

Quick delivery, friendly driver. Order came in perfect condition

Food cold. Delivery 2 and a half ours late extortionate delivery prices

Took about 2 hours to arrive and was cold should expect top service considering I paid £30 for £15 worth of food so moral of the story is. order from uber eats as it 100% cheaper and 100% more professional on time with no defect to food takeaway taxi should be giving money back for stunts like this

Fantastic service, brilliant with dealing with complaints and would recommend this. Punctuality is very good as well

Don't use this service. It is a complete RIP off. Ordered from BK Ipswich. Driver delivered 3 large warm flat diet cokes, 2 burgers and luke warm chips. They were charged £12 for food and charged us £25.00. BK not interested in complaint as Takeaway taxi is customer. Takeaway taxi take no responsibility for the food - see their t and c's. Absolute joke as tt rake in the cash and don't care about customer at all. Don't be lazy like me. Fetch your own food. Hotter, fresher and you can complain and expect some kind of recompense if things go wrong.

Have been trying for a while but seems you never deliver to bury st edmunds.is there days you do it? Or times? But this is like the 4th time. Will give stars when I get a service where I end up with a maccie D's!
