Perfect Kebab House in Ipswich

Walked in, three of us, my friend and wife got served, a large party of drunk men walked in, spouting jibberish. I was then ignored and they were given precedence. Only after I gestured in a ‘what the hell are you doing’ manner to the staff did I get asked what I wanted. Poor service and expensive costs. I personally would not reccomend this place.

Sirously I even feel bad give one star review I’ve been chrged nearly 10 pound for just little bit amount of patato wedges and I think it’s ridiculous expensive plus ther coustomer service is rubbish…………… etc

Early delivery and good food but my order was missing cheesy chips.

small amount of chips. burger was a bun and a burger. no salad no sauce just a burger. all food was cold and when I tried to get a refund on the burger deal no one answered. I rang several times to sort out the burger meal deal and no one answered. won't be using this service again.

The food was nice and it was delicious to eat driver was nice and polite and I recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy there food

Food looked like it was thrown around the restaurant before delivery, soggy pitta, meat separate and salad separate, I rang the restaurant and explain and got a load of weak excuses… ! £38 spent and it just wasn’t good enough.

Do not order/buy from here please! Rude and unprofessional staff- for some reason re-fried the chicken?!?!

Small cheesey chips was larger than large chips! Was advised by store that large chips by 'law' need to be smaller although never had this problem before with this store or any other. Small amount of meat in burger with donner meat. Only 2 mushrooms in burger with mushrooms and was advised by store that mushrooms shrink over time! Ordered the large chips for me and my 8 year old boy, and the chips were tiny. My boy had about 10 chips! Cooked more for him at home because he was stilll hungry and upset. Never had to do this before! It was a birthday treat. And then to be told by the manager after calling me back after being advised by staff that they would send us another large chips and mushroom burger, that they won't be sending us 'free food'! How is it free, if the order was never fulfilled the first time?! Never going back there again!

On time but ‘out for delivery’ for a long while. When received it was stone cold. I didn’t enjoy mine for a first. It’s a shame because we like ordering from here and usually it’s great.

Food was fine. But the driver persisted to call me up to 3 hours after my food was delivered. Block the number after you get your food.

Honestly this place has upped their game 🙌 new management took over and now the food is amazing 👌 10/10 quality ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else , the food truly lives up to the name , the kebab here is perfect 👍

Not only did they accept my order despite knowing they didn’t have the food I ordered, they then denied my request for what I asked for instead and when we finically settled, they still sent the wrong request of which was peri peri chips which I personally don’t like, the chicken nuggets sweet dry and hard which has scratched my throat and also didn’t bring my drinks, use to order here as my regular but 9 times out of 10 they forget part of the order. I personally will NEVER be ordering from here again! If you are looking for somewhere to order I highly do not recommend here.

Highly recommended this takeaway the food was delicious , fresh and arrived on time with friendly staff.

The food was luke warm and tasted like absolute nothing as well as the person on the phone shouting down it when i asked where my food was after an hour of ordering.Will not be ordering again and neither should you.

The chicken kebab came with the skin and also hair … very disgusting… i felt sick and i called them, they said its another chicken from another company and thats why it cames like that. They have to be careful. I felt so sick after I realised i ate chicken skin with hair. I cant post the pic in here, but i took one. Going to show them next time when i am going around the shop.

Long waiting time over a hour and half , the pizza was good once I heated it back up in the oven …. Chips was soggy and cold as was the cheese garlic bread , and the onion rings were just a ring of cold soggy oily batter …. I would give them less stars but the pizza once heated up tasted good

Asked for a chicken kebab, got an onion kebab instead with 2 pieces of chicken just thrown on a pita and some cucumber. We ordered 4 kebabs and 3 chips which I had to confirm three times and despite this, only 2 portions of chips were in the bag. And to top it off, the portions were pitiful and this came to an eye watering £40. Avoid.

Ordered on Uber eats. Claimed they had delivered after waiting hour and half. Was waiting the hole time and no show! Claimed they left it with a teenage boy, however there is no boy at my house. Then after he was getting rude on the phone then said he put it in the porch which just shows there was no attempt of delivery! And then said he won’t deliver I have to come to the shop. However I said to him wasn’t possible hense paying the delivery fee and the d*ck on the phone just argued no real help. Just claimed I wanted free food which I wish was the case but no I wanted the food I paid for.

Very poor experience which is a shame because perfect kebab is usually our go to kebab, but on the last few times the delivery has taken way over an hour, then the food shows up cold and this evening they had forgot to make our order then when the food did show up iwas unimpressed food wasn't good and then cheesy chips might as well just been chips so I will be ordering else where

The staff look annoyed that you came in the shop which is abit strange, food ordered wasnt really what I wanted but went for the closest I could get, absolutely shocked when heard the price but paid anyway, small businesses need the customers, but then I unwrapped my food, wow! It was small was expecting more for the money, seriously was a joke, wasn’t expecting 5 star but it was awful tasting, no care at all best bit was the salad which is saying it all, I don’t know what else to say, apart from won’t be going back there again… shame really

Honest review - Uber eats got the delivery time wrong, giving me an estimate of 25-30 minutes but took an hour instead....I got a mixed kebab which wasn't bad, but for a large size it was small...the chips were not good, undercooked and cold...spoke to someone on the phone who was nice enough...overall, a bit underwhelming

Do not waste your money here , firms like this firm make the genuine take aways lose business , I placed a order that was meant to arrive at the latest 20.10 my order didn’t arrive until 21.40 I had to call three times all to be told a different excuse each time , this is the second bad experience from a small take away in Ipswich I will now only be ordering from the more established restaurants . what makes it more insulting the manager had the audacity to say I will get some free stuff the next time i order with the appealing service I received from this shambles of a takeaway I will take my custom to a restaurant who wants to serve and deliver for there customers

Awful. The box was filled with more empty space than kebab. Salad tasted sour. Sauce was untasty. 0/10 would rather eat buttered bread.

Large kebab was smaller than what usually would be a small from other places,salad was untasty.Meals only include meat and chips without any sauce or salad.

Soggy and cold pizza. Called up and asked for a replacement was told no.

Ordered three pizzas from here and waited almost two hours for these to be delivered. After an hour, I rang the shop who said they were sorry and it would be 10 minutes and their driver would come. Fast forward 20 minutes, I had to ring again and was told driver had broken down. Shop apologised and said they would make new pizza and send them out right away. Shop owner gave us complimentary onion rings and a coke. However, pizza then arrives as shown below. After waiting almost two hours, not impressed. Shop is now closed so can't ring them to report but really not great. Won't order again unfortunately.

Ordered through deliveroo was ready when picked up. Friendly service. Pizza was excellent quality and looked good. Drink however was warm. Nonetheless always decent food here especially after a night out

Food is good,tasty and fresh especially if u order the shish which is made on the grill in front of you.They should work on their chips,sometimes you can feel they are not freshly made..

If I could give no stars I would. We had been out at the cinema needed a bite to eat after and thought we would grab a kebab, we went in all seemed good we said to the guy what's the biggest kebab u do he said we can do an extra large one for extra we said no problem as we haven't eaten all day I wasn't as hungry so I orderd a Donna roll which was 4.60 the kebab was 7.40 so thought no problem my partner said that's an extra large he said yeah extra large so we waited for fresh kebab to be heated we both asked for salad and I had mayo, we get home which is 10mins drive and the kebab meat was cold my partners kebab was more a medium and my Donna roll was cold no salad and a dollop of mayo. The pitta bread wasn't even cut so I had to cut that as well, we called up and they said sorry but nothing we can do we feel they have ripped us off iv got pictures if I can upload them I will. What a joke I wouldn't bother not even after a night out a rip off go somewhere else.

I've had food from this takeaway venue a good number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. They take cards so it's easy to grab and go. I recommend you try it too.

I am very pleased to have tried this lovely takeaway as they serve very tasty and delicious food and wraps with lots of options of different types of Chicken and Lamb Doners and Grills. Of course the different types of Pizza is another advantages of this great takeaway. They are very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this lovely place, indeed I did enjoy it and would definitely try out again and again and again. Thank you guys and see you soon.
