A firm favourite for a quick and tasty snack.

I love Subway, the sandwiches and cookies are so good and I love the options of crisps for a snack. The atmosphere is quiet, not many people are in there at one time since it is a small shop but it is very nice in there. The staff is lovely and there is relatively quick service. I love how crispy, fresh and well made the food is.

Absolutely poor quality food. The actual melt is nothing like it’s advertised. Absolute waste of money. Won’t be buying or visiting again

Unfortunately, this Subway is one to be avoided at all cost. They rip you off. I've been there a couple of times and every time been messed about with prices. It clearly states prices on the board and it clearly states in the window and at checkout. All footlong subways or fifty percent discounted. However, this the second time this has happened. They said to me. You need to make us aware you want to use that offer even though the offer is available and shown on my app and clicked redeemed, that appears to account for nothing the idiots serve. Can't explain why? But they tell you it's okay. We thought you were gonna use it tomorrow. When of course you have another offer tomorrow and wouldn't need it. So maybe they're just trying to rip you off as they don't even read it at all they can. As every time I've been in this one they've ripped me off. Unfortunate, because most subways are really good and clean. This particular one is a great let down. And eye for one will never be using this subway again. Remember if you go offer means tomorrow now now. As always tomorrow never comes

Food is good, the service is quick even at busier times. There is also a small seating area. Can get quite busy at lunchtime.

Generous portion, fresh and fast... Footlong steak and cheese melt, extra cheese, sweetcorn, pickles, jalapeño, red onion, red pepper, southwest (Chipotle) sauce on hearty Italian bread

Good food as always, toaster machine didn't really toast the sub though. Could do with modernizing as well.

I ordered a steak cheese sub, it looked really nice in their photo, but looked totally unappealing, when opening the wrapper, subway, ravenswood, Ipswich, get your act together! You've put us off, visiting another of your establishments again!

Would like to see a filling of Yoghurt. Cucumber. Garlic. Mixed. Maybe too. Alcohol Free Beers and Wines.

Friendly service and generally quick. I think there might be something wrong with their toaster however, every time I've eaten there the food I received was stone cold.

Love Subway, this one has good service/staff, the normal subway selection of salad & meats and is a sit down restaurant. Not a pop in & out like at a petrol station.

This person is miserable and overcharged me money when I question it he printed the receipt it said exactly what I had said and he still tried saying the prices had gone up. Then started shouting at me as I demanded my money back.

Food was good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Only one person serving, and they were really quite miserable. Very blunt, not very communicative, didn't even crack a smile. Thankfully it wasn't busy in the restaurant, just me, my friends and one other gentleman.

Absolute tosh! Ordered a 6" steak and cheese, TOASTED! Got it back to my desk at work, stone cold! Cheese not melted, cold meat, you get the picture. The staff were unable to comprehend my order as at first they put gherkins in my sandwich when i asked for crispy onion bits. Probably the most underwhelming experience of my life recently. NOT worth the over six quid I paid. Go elsewhere.

Refused to make sandwich as she said she had a big order and couldn’t do it

Terrible toasted bites at this location. Firstly the young girl at the counter had no idea what I wanted then when I did get someone with a brain cell (or so I thought) I ended up with toasted bites that no one could possibly eat. They were cooked in a microwave instead of defrost then filled and toasted. Soooo hard and way too chewy. Absolutely not shopping at this location again.

Been in today at Subway Ravenswood, male behind counter busy on his phone to the point I had to not only repeat my order 3 times, but corrected him when he still got it wrong. I would be grateful that if someone is working they are not using their mobile. The customer after me had similar issues. Went on the Subway site but can't give feedback as I wasn't given a receipt with the details of the store. This is not the first time I have experienced this, but it is the last time, we will go elsewhere.

Came here on 22/03/22 got a footlong tiger bread for my partner. When I got back to the car I realised I'd got the wrong fillings. Took it back and they completely remade it for me without charge.

I got overcharged by the people at the counter, was only 40p more but still, will not be coming back here.

The meatball sandwich is so DELICIOUS! I recommend this to sandwich lovers near Ravenswood/Ipswich.

Door closed 5 mins before stated closure time on a bank holiday. We were disappointed & importantly turned away hungry. The whole Retail park this is located in, has a very foul smell as if they'd left portable potty toilets open in a hurricane!!

Food was very nice but what a miserable person running the place, plus he missed part of the order.

Are now a bit grumpier than they used to be.

Went in and ordered a chicken tikka flatbread. After they heated up the meat, it went into a box with salad. I said to the girl serving, I would like it with a flatbread please, she then replied rudely, we don't do flatbread! So instead of just chucking it into a box with salad, tell me there is no flatbread!!.Also asked for a bag to put my order in...didn't get one. Very rude service and not very good at taking orders from customers. Not visiting again. Was good at Ravens Wood but not now

Staff friendly & helpful & food was great

The staff a very friendly, prices are high (this is why I didn't give this a 5 star). They have a quick cooking time from 5-10 minutes. It is located in a very accessible part of town.

Food was cold even after they heated it up . The selection off bread we had a choice of three . Others had just been put in the oven .The assistant couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand her. Twice we have been first time we thought it was a blip but second time it was even worse.

I popped in after work one evening for a Sub and got far more than I expected in the Service I was provided. The lady who served me was extremely friendly and offered light conversion discussing a couple of questions I had about Subway as I hadn't eaten in awhile in Subway, and just my general health. Albeit it was small talk, but I really genuinely enjoyed my visit, and the food was excellent as always. I ordered a Subway Melt (footlong), and it was just as I expected. Couldn't be happier with the food and service. Recommend!

I like to be served there by kind gentleman (with dark,longer hair) who has very good eye for details.He prepares subs with accuracy.I very like subs,so tasty and wide choice.

Never prepared in the mornings, staff quite rude

The server all he kept doing was moaning n moaning. Even while eating all I could hear him do is moan about fellow peers. Felt sorry for the poor girl working with him.

Spot on! .. great for vegans too with the new range.. can never go wrong with a subbers!

Tucked away this is not a bad Subway ... always clean and the service is quick... Most subways are the same so hard to comment on this being different but it is a quiet place to enjoy your sub away from the hussle and bussle of most town outlets

Worst customer service I've ever known, was making multiple purchases for work and wouldn't accept vouchers although i couldn't bring everyone out from work to buy their own. Absolutely ridiculous. I could name many other fast food places that accept that I can't personally eat that much food

The food was good but the woman on the checkout was overly aggressive and wouldn't stop staring at me

Popped in for 2 salad bowls which took forever to be made. Service just seemed really slow and the staff not listening as the person before asked for no sweetcorn yet the staff member put sweetcorn on first! Salad was fresh though.

Slow service. Very rude staff. Women name Jackie has no class. Touches the food and the till wii the same gloves. Puts me of subway for life.

Seemed ok, food was tasty, but was tight with the toppings on the salad bar, tad expensive for a roll.

All ways good food they often have some of the breads or cookies not avalible. Staff seem over worked.

Introduced my 6 year old to Subway. She absolutely loved it and agreed that it's better than McDonald's... And a lot more healthy too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our new takeaway meal is now Subway...!

My friend and i visited this subway on our lunch break today. Whilst standing in the queue, we were appalled by the attitude of one member of staff named Peter towards another member of staff (who was clearly a new employee) , He criticized him in an awful way, in front of half a dozen or so customers, telling him in a loud voice not to do this & don't do it like that. My friend & i couldn't believe it & both felt sorry for the new member of staff who obviously felt humiliated. The man in front of us also commented on this. We assumed all fast food restaurants were about teamwork. CLEARLY NOT IN THIS CASE!

Good subway sandwich and friendly staff.

Visited at lunchtime on a Tuesday. Started to get busy and a female staff member called her colleague ‘Peter’ through from the back to help out. Peter’s attitude was appalling....openly, verbally abusing his colleague for not being able to cope. Worse still, carrying on this verbal onslaught in front of the growing queue, adding disrespect to an older gentleman customer into the equation. The lady colleague was very polite & pleasant and tried to diffuse the situation, but the damage had been done. Perhaps Peter should be thankful for his job or give up a career in a customer facing industry. The manager/franchise should take note....and quickly.

Servers handle meat followed by cheese using same gloves, no good if you're a vegetarian plus it's cross contamination etc.

Great for the kids and a nice selection of food. Salads are good too.

Great service at Subway but the car park is simply awful! Tight spaces and narrow roads, people standing outside their cars making it impossible to actually pull out of spaces... Whoever designed this shopping area needs firing (preferably from a cannon to the moon).

Had a foodltlong meat feast from there and she put way to much meatball sauce after saying I don't want alot of and the customer service wasn't great safe to say I won't be going back there

Came in friday nite and waited 10 mins to be served while the girl talked on her phone. When she eventually served me and my partner we found her to be very miserable and rude. Based on this visit I wouldn't recommend!

I go in there often and I have never had a problem. There is a new member I believe called Anna, very bubbly, kind and talkative. I think that was what they were lacking before as servers were normally quiet and straight to the point. She brightens the place up in my opinion . Great job

Staff could do with some customer service skills training.

Great flavours, standard chain but it is over £3 for most items making it a really expensive sandwich. Nutritional value is better than most other fast food chains but beware that they are still fairly well loaded with calories (check out the sauces and bread types to see what I mean)
