It's a little Quite in the morning, but very busy in the afternoon For Afternoon Order I Advise you other 3min before getting their.

Missing items and only half a drink

I expect my money back it was ordered at 8 and didn’t arrive until 9:50 it was stone cold I told the delivery driver I didn’t want it and he said just take it and ask for a refund so I took it and threw it out!!!

1 hour and 30 minutes late and cold food! very disappointed. said that courier was at restaurant for an hour??? pathetic service.

the burgers were cold and dry, didn’t put in our sauces and the coke was flat.

Ridiculous wait on ordering. Waited for over 20 minutes just for two items. It wasn't even busy. McPlant arrived luke warm with very little lettuce.

Driver was lovely and apologetic about the food taking as long as it had which was due to the restaurant. Food was mid, it's Maccies. Just needed quick food and unfortunately wasn't.

it says that the food arrived at 20:37, there has been no delivery of our food, this is the forth time it has happened and it is not good enough.

I never received my order, I checked with the McDonald's that I ordered from and confirmed that the food was picked up by the courier, the courier never delivered my items but submitted he did, this is a repeating problem and is extremely vexing when this can only be classed as theft committed by one of your employees.

Yet again one of the meals completely missing from my order….seriously how difficult can it be to get orders correct !!!

Never order from this place online unless its for breakfast, it'll lead you to disappointment unless your very lucky. As for in the restaurant, overall staff is very rude and atmosphere is far from "happy" even if you were to get a happy meal.

I'm done with ordering from this McDs and Burger King. Either they don't know how to put the correct items into the bag for the delivery driver or the driver doesn't understand where to go, goes near to where the destination is and delivers it to a random person and finally says its delivered. It's not wise to annoy restaurant workers, but yeah, not ordering from these guys again.

Delivery was perfect yet by 6 chicken nuggets were missing and i’d quite like a refund for my nuggets.

Driver picked up and i waited 20minutes to be delivered. All food was stone cold and practically inedible. Would like a full refund please as we could not eat this food.

food was cold and was very very late had to order again then the food gets delivered 30 mins after the 2nd order and am now struggling to get my money back even tho the first order was delivered 1hr and a half late

Called into this mcds at approx 2pm. Made order no receipts in machine, possibly so ant leave feed back. come up as complete then still waited further 15 mins. When got food went upstairs to sit to find a lady blocking off half or more of seating including toilets saying manager said no one allowed in this bit so we can clean. No seats 2pm Saturday great decision. Bucketing down outside we had to go in rain and ended sitting on a lodge under shelter with soggy burgers. Worse service ever had from a McDonald's

A very busy branch, but service to our table was great.It had a good vibe.

It never turned up so much for customer service live chat or telephone number. What a waste of time, sent 2 emails complaining and now still nothing

Food was a bit cold and was missing a straw

didn't turn up and waited till 1 in the morning for my food which I thought was coming.

I haven't had McD's for many months....Not ordering McD's on a Sunday again. Delivery was fast which is great but soggy, almost stale fries was annoying and the rest of the foods temperature was lukewarm. Will order again, just not on a Sunday.

Ask for no cheese and got cheese. Also no dips came again

I ordered at 20:15 and the ordered arrived at 22:30. Also, when I called the restaurant, one of the staffs said my order has been stolen by the driver and I should call just eat for a refund but it actually arrived.

Twice I’ve ordered food from geezers now and both times had things missing!

Terrible service, waitef for longer than 30 mins for my burger. By the end the mcflurry was melting. I complained to the manager who was not even to say sorry. The worse mcdonalds shop in town

Soggy chips and chicken nuggets and cold

i never received my order worth over £40 and paid a tip! it never reached my door i have a door camera and camera at door. i looked round when it says delivered could not see it anywhere! they have magic powers were they are invisible or just lying possible delivered wrong address either way alot of money to lose for them to say tracking tells them delivered when there tracking don't always work. I had to go through PayPal for help in the end. Will i use them again? i doubt it very much.

I ordered expecting the 20 minutes delivery time it told me to expect yet it arrived 30 minutes later and when i was trying to cancel after 10 minutes of it being late The option was no where to be found for 30 minutes i tried to cancel going back and forth between the help page telling me where this supposed cancel option was meant to be yet it simply not being there. And the longer i waited the further away that delivery time became.

Food took over an hour to arrive and was completely cold upon arrival. In fairness the delivery driver did apologise but food still too cold to eat and ended up in the bin.

I recieved the wrong order! recieved a small milkshake and a large fanta and no food! absolutely ridiculous and ridiculous how long it takes to get a refund! I just want them to send me the correct food! but now I can't even buy it again because of how long it takes to refund...ridiculous...and I won't even get the delivery charge back...absolutely appalling service

Hello, my name is Ben old and I went to McDonald’s today and I ordered 49 barbecue dips but I only got 4. I am very unhappy as my daughter tyrese with the fleece wanted her barbecue dips. Never coming back here again 😡😡🤬

Some of the staff are very grumpy, I understand it's busy at a time, but grumpy face is a no 😾

Do not order delivery from this restaurant. I ordered on the McDonald’s delivery app for me and my daughter. My burger was missing from the delivery. McDonald’s said ‘ring Uber’. Uber said ‘no refunds’. I’m not happy, and also still hungry. Outrageously poor experience. UPDATE - I complained via Twitter and got sent some vouchers, which I think is a reasonable result.
