McDonald's in Ipswich

driver didn't deliver even though you have to give code so what did he do with food states he delivered last seen on map near my address.

Over 10 minutes for a burger and nuggets ...barley warm , cold cheese slices and tables/floors scattered with food scraps and rubbish ...Drinks and ice creams left on the side ! .... Do the kitchen no longer required to wear gloves when preparing food ..???? ..clean up your act McDonald's...an uncomfortable experience.⚠️

I have been sat waiting for 2 hours for my order. I put in a 'food never arrived' complaint and the app has just put the order as delivered..... This order never made it to us! The just eat also is very poor with providing information on where your order is and not user friendly when trying to complain. Very poor service!!!

Never turned up! They accepted the order at 9.20 and never sent it out. It was being prepared from 9.20 until they closed! Save your money . Had to get just eat to step in and issue a refund .

I ordered my food at 12:15 and didn’t arrive until ten past one which i was okay with as that is what the app originally had said. however, when my food arrived it was absolutely stone cold as if it hadn’t even been put in an oven or it had been sat in the fridge. the chocolate milk i ordered was also half empty which was heavily disappointing. i have ordered mcdonald’s many times in the past and it has never been this poor before. very disappointed.

food was stone cold the chips were the worst the driver went to the other side of town with my food before delivering it this isnt the first or 2nd time ordering from mcdonalds this has happened ive had my food stolen twice from here before terrible

order delayed by an hour but pushed back 5 mins at a time so I couldn't do anything else. Driver was at the resturaunt the whole time so not his fault, but mcdonalds. Chips undercooked.

After 2hrs of waiting, it said delivered on the app, but it never arrived and I had to order elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Delivery was great, the muffins were all over cooked. The rest of the food was fine.

It's a mcdonald's! Been there in the past and they have never disappointed except for the occasional dirty table. Be warned the place can get rather busy.

I was waiting for my order to come and it never came. I waited 15mins for it to then say it was delivered but I hadn’t received it!

I came here to say in the morning before college went upstairs the staff didn’t block anything off then had a go at me then I asked politely to use the toilets they denied service after seeing a girl crying and begging to use the toilet they got cocky and said we’re not opening it

Missing half the order and what we received was stone cold . Is it really that difficult to read the order when it comes through and put it in a bag ?

1 hour and 30 minutes late and cold food! very disappointed. said that courier was at restaurant for an hour??? pathetic service.

I expect my money back it was ordered at 8 and didn’t arrive until 9:50 it was stone cold I told the delivery driver I didn’t want it and he said just take it and ask for a refund so I took it and threw it out!!!

the burgers were cold and dry, didn’t put in our sauces and the coke was flat.

Ridiculous wait on ordering. Waited for over 20 minutes just for two items. It wasn't even busy. McPlant arrived luke warm with very little lettuce.

Driver was lovely and apologetic about the food taking as long as it had which was due to the restaurant. Food was mid, it's Maccies. Just needed quick food and unfortunately wasn't.

I never received my order, I checked with the McDonald's that I ordered from and confirmed that the food was picked up by the courier, the courier never delivered my items but submitted he did, this is a repeating problem and is extremely vexing when this can only be classed as theft committed by one of your employees.

it says that the food arrived at 20:37, there has been no delivery of our food, this is the forth time it has happened and it is not good enough.

Yet again one of the meals completely missing from my order….seriously how difficult can it be to get orders correct !!!

At a cosy place and first service. Also open till late night.

Never order from this place online unless its for breakfast, it'll lead you to disappointment unless your very lucky. As for in the restaurant, overall staff is very rude and atmosphere is far from "happy" even if you were to get a happy meal.

I'm done with ordering from this McDs and Burger King. Either they don't know how to put the correct items into the bag for the delivery driver or the driver doesn't understand where to go, goes near to where the destination is and delivers it to a random person and finally says its delivered. It's not wise to annoy restaurant workers, but yeah, not ordering from these guys again.

Delivery was perfect yet by 6 chicken nuggets were missing and i’d quite like a refund for my nuggets.

Driver picked up and i waited 20minutes to be delivered. All food was stone cold and practically inedible. Would like a full refund please as we could not eat this food.

Called into this mcds at approx 2pm. Made order no receipts in machine, possibly so ant leave feed back. come up as complete then still waited further 15 mins. When got food went upstairs to sit to find a lady blocking off half or more of seating including toilets saying manager said no one allowed in this bit so we can clean. No seats 2pm Saturday great decision. Bucketing down outside we had to go in rain and ended sitting on a lodge under shelter with soggy burgers. Worse service ever had from a McDonald's

Food was a bit cold and was missing a straw

I haven't had McD's for many months....Not ordering McD's on a Sunday again. Delivery was fast which is great but soggy, almost stale fries was annoying and the rest of the foods temperature was lukewarm. Will order again, just not on a Sunday.

Ask for no cheese and got cheese. Also no dips came again

I ordered at 20:15 and the ordered arrived at 22:30. Also, when I called the restaurant, one of the staffs said my order has been stolen by the driver and I should call just eat for a refund but it actually arrived.
