McDonald's in Ipswich

Awful experience. Treated my kids to a McDonald’s and the time kept changing for delivery and ended up being an hour later than than originally said. When the food arrived it was cold. Two very disappointed children

Food is stone cold and the drinks were on there sides and spilt in the bag

This McDonald's os completely useless, without a joke last 4 orders in a row come with missing items

There were items missing from my order, the potatoes were completely cold, it looked like they were made in the morning and reheated.

Driver stole the food have CCTV to prove they never turned up

All the food was ice cold and utterly poorly prepared a 2 year old could assemble a burger beater that what they done my pickles weren’t even in it they were underneath the whole burger and about a whole head of lettuce inside you lot need to pay attention to who your hiring to make the food

Went into tavern street ipswich branches today. Food was lovely and couldn't believe how clean the place was. Visited the bathroom and was very impressed with the cleanliness.

Ordered 3 meals, only received drinks and dips, no actual food

was missing items it was all wrapped up so wasn't the delivery drivers error was macdonalds fault

Delivery driver had spilt my drink on his journey and preceded to hand me a dripping wet bag. No apology just stood there like he didn't know what had happend. Awful!

I would be so ashamed and disheartened if me or any of my family or friends worked here. A McDonald’s job is the biggest indicator that you are a lazy uneducated and have no prospects. And the food and service clearly show this to be the case.

our order was terrible, the driver was drivering around the other side of town for at least 30 mins with our order on board, by the time it arrived it was stone cold and the drinks had leaked and the bags were soaked. we rejected the order at the door, so we haven't received what we ordered or paid for. very poor service and I want a refund ASAP.

there were no Minecraft figures as advertised

ordered at 20:36 and it arrived at 21:54. the fries were stone cold and the burgers were pretty cold too. Franky it's unacceptable considering it only had to travel about 2 miles.

The card machine on the ordering screen wasn't working so I printed a slip to pay at the counter where I waited for five minutes while the staff ignored me. I left at that point - it's bad food and I won't tolerate bad service as well

Driver won’t deliver to my flat

All my food was cold and took a while to come it was roughly 5 minutes late

Ordered sausage and egg with no egg and I received a McMuffin with TWO eggs n nothing else

Delivered the wrong burger. 50%of drink spilled out into delivery. Chicken selects wet through and not able to eat. Thoroughly disappointed.

Never received my order, driver was on way then turned off his delivery app. Turned back on to say order delivered but never received it. Very annoyed. Can't comment on quality of an order I didnt receive but have to give something hence only 1 star

Would have been 5 stars but no syrup for pancakes in the bag , rest of food was great and delivery guy was quicker from town to our house than Whitehouse ever is which is just up the road from us. Plus very happy friendly guy .

when I opened my delivery to my horror my sons chips weren't in the bag, he was inconsolable, and it ruined the whole night. I'm really disappointed normally can't fault the deliveries, however time was completely different, really terrible experience, always order from McDonald's and never had an experience like this.

Occasionally get a delivery McDonald’s as a treat and it always seems to be from this location. Every time there is one of the main meal items missing. Awful experience, I wish the app would let me choose a different restaurant.

I did not receive my ordered I ordered at 33pm and waited the entire time I called up the McDonald's it said a driver was on the way I waited another 30 minutes and they said it had been taken Ilbut i did not receive any food and the money from my bank has been taken?

Ridiculous wait on ordering. Yet again I've brought my daughter for a happy meal and had to wait over 20 minutes and seen over 20 orders that were placed after us fulfilled before ours. We received an apology, but this really is awful when the place isn't even busy.

The delivery time kept getting pushed back 30mins and then a further 30mins. Didn’t receive drinks or the chicken sharebox

the burger was that salty I couldnt eat it ! it tasted like i had a whole pot of salt! absolutely awful

It wasn’t the drivers fault, he was amazing and he did everything so well, the issue I had was with McDonald’s as they gave the poor driver the wrong order to give to us, so we had to wait an little while whilst the driver went and got us our correct order, bless his heart for doing such a wonderful job and the driver that delivered the order should get a little bonus for doing so well. The order numbers were so similar so no wonder McDonald’s got confused.

i ordered a cheeseburger, i got no cheese. all food wrappings were soaked, drink spilt…. food was cold!!

Chips were missing, when mentioned i am told we will be re refunded which isnt really helpful when i now have an upset child who really only wanted the chips. Not good
