I use this place some time Definitely worth it.

Order cheese cake and it was warm. Asked the waitress to change it and she bought me another one. The way she served my dish was so awful. She kept the plate on the table and gave a look as if we were asking for free. The order was again hot. When I asked other waiter he told the cheesecake will be warm. Very worst service. Will never come back again.

This was the worst first experience trying here! The waffle was cold and soggy, when I was recommended here someone told me they would be hot, if not warm at least and yet it came stone cold! Not only this but we ordered an extra gelato as it was to share and they completely missed it, the ice cream that did arrive was melted and too watery to use on our waffle! When Creams was open I can tell you now I had never had a bad experience, and at least the waffle came hot! To sum up this awful experience this became a huge argument in my house due to how poor this was and my husband has taken the kids due to how poor my recommendation are!

Food tastes amazing, Super nice people and they give discounts. The atmosphere is beautiful.

Don't order bubble tea, it is horrible. The tapioca is served crushed. It felt worse than it tasted, like eating soggy bread that fell on the sink.

l ordered yesterday a chocolate sundae and a water and I tapped my card and paid. My friend next to me said to the server the about blue light discount so he added that to my order then charged me again. I said I already paid but he said I didn't. So I tapped my card again. Iv come home and checked and he did charge me twice. I cant get hold of them on the phone to get my money back.

Not often I do one star reviews as would rather say nothing but this was terrible experience from start to finish. From the tatty menus we were supplied with first off. To basic drink menu items not available . The counters were dirty as were staff uniforms. Our order was incorrect. Ice-cream brought out that had defrosted and been refrozen. Cutlery wrapped in dirty wet napkins. Crepe only cooked on one side. Disinterested staff when I tried to complain. They don't deserve their franchise. 3 drinks, 2 desserts one of which a kids one for £24 won't be back!

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The woman taking orders looked like she just lost a fight with a wet fish—completely uninterested, like a zombie who forgot to drink its coffee. She didn't say a word, just plopped our plates at the end of the table like she was dealing cards at a poker game. I half expected her to pull out a bell and announce, 'Dinner is served... somewhere over there.' Honestly, I think she missed her calling; she’d be a hit at an undertaker's convention. And let's talk about the food. My cookie dough was so undercooked it was practically auditioning for a role on 'Raw Dough: The Musical.' Apparently, this is normal here—maybe they’re aiming for a Michelin star in the 'Unfinished Food' category? As for the manager, well, he was as clueless as a goldfish in a desert. At least the fish would have an excuse!

Very nice and filling food, staff are friendly enough and the seating area is comfortable and kind of dimly lit. Usually always empty too. Wish it had wifi, as O2 gets no signal in there at all, even sat at the window

1st thing the staff all looked grumpy as hell. Didn't see 1 smile and when I got to the till, all got was "can I help"? 2nd the toilet was disgusting, hadn't been cleaned I had to do it. 3rd I had a blue card discount card showed it to the person on the till but never put the discount on. 4th staff running the gloved hand over hair or face then touching the food. Sorry will not be going back.

Place has definitely gone downhill, the toilets were disgusting, poo all over the front of the sink basin. We went shortly after they had opened so clearly the toilets had not been cleaned. No complaints on the taste of the food but clearly the place needs a deep clean as later that day I became very sick and all I had eaten that day was food from here.

Food: amazing and yummy although with a medium I still couldn’t finish it 😂 Service: It took a long time for the food to come to my table the two times I went. Atmosphere: it gets very stuffy and I get very warm also the ice cream melts quicker because of it.

Such a dirty place, floors and tables were dirty. The female toilets were filthy and had no toilet roll. The store manager was extremely rude and started raising his voice. The only good thing was the food. Such a nasty experience, will not be coming back.

Came in today after a stressful hospital visit with my daughter and as soon as we entered we were welcomed lovely. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. Thank you for turning our day around!

Not a particularly welcoming place at all, female staff today had zero customer service skills, more concerned with their phones. The girl taking our order literally didnt speak, not even a hello, and couldn't of been more uninterested in taking our order, which showed because out of 9 deserts 4 were wrong and 1 didn't turn up! Desserts are good and came out in reasonable time but the customer service is non existent.

Very rude and offer no customer service whatsoever. Deserts just dumped on the table with out a single word said. Overrated company

The girl with black hair (high ponytail) should learn some manners. Chewing gum with open mouth and using her phone while taking our order was just disgusting. Generally unhappy stuff (maybe working there is a punishment?)

personally am never going to go again. customer service is terrible and they’re quite honestly just rude overall. the girl who took my order practically didn’t say a word to me apart from asking what what my table number was and whether i was paying card. my sisters food came out, the 2 drinks we had ordered came out, yet mine did not. after about 25 minutes went by and still nothing, so i went up to ask and the man told me it had been missed and they would make it, without apologising or anything. the crepe finally came out and it was raw in the middle and oddly tasted of gone off cheese? safe to say i didn’t feel great afterwards. we had also ordered a water ontop of our 2 drinks which never actually turned up, however i wasn’t going to waste my breath again. overall, if you wish to go somewhere surrounded by rude people, raw food and paying for something and never receiving it, this is really the place for you!

Complained about this before but it keeps happening. Do not order kaspas from delivery apps as they always just give vanilla gelato instead of the correct ones on the menu. What's the point in paying for a premium waffle if you never get what you ask for. This has happened almost every time I order from here. Joke

Their Romanian employees are so rude and laughing at your face thinking like your a poor person also when i wanted to order the order didnt get through saying connection failed and they still took my mone not helpfull at all

Not very disabled friendly access. My desert was uninspiring. Order was wrong. Staff abrupt. My first time and probably my last.

Ordered cookie dough. Got a seeping liquid that the driver had clearly poked around in that was cold! Milkshakes was pure milk no ice cream as its meant to be. Standards here have dropped so low last 2 times we've had to be refunded for utterly poor food. Do not recommend here go to H and R

Walked past this yesterday and dirty smelly waste bins just left palling up with waste the whole area near that place needs a damn good clean and also the bins have been placed in front of a fire exit that belong to Sainsbury’s. So Kaspa’s are risking a heavy fine. If this is a state of their bins and waste, I dread to think what the state of their kitchens are like God help anybody who eats here.

***UPDATE as requested contacted kaspas and nothing, whats the point in telling me to contact you then not replying*** Made a order at 9.06 said would be delivered at 9.30-9.45. Turned up at 10.45 which was annoying and too late. Then apon opening boxes waffles where stone cold chewy and basically inedible a topping was missing and the gelato didn't come as stated in the menu £31 down the drain never ever again. Thanks for spoiling our family treat kaspas.

This place has gone down hill, its tired expensive and the staff are unfriendly and any mistakes made are made to feel its your fault. Shame love desserts and love the slushy but the staff ruined this.

Food is usually pretty tasty, but service is always poor. For example, went in yesterday with my two young kids who were quite loud as they were hungry, so we were obviously there. We stood waiting to be seen for 5 minutes. There were about 6 people working behind the counter but none of them spoke to us. I tried to catch someones eye but all I got were occasional vacant stares straight through me. The only thing stopping me from walking out was that I thought someone must be about to serve me and if I were to have left then it would have all been for nothing. Eventually I walked over to a till and started asking if anyone could serve me. Initially no one registered that I was talking to them, so I kept having to raise my voice until I ended up shouting. That got someone's attention and a visibly panicked person was sent to clean a table and directed us to it. When I went to the till to place our order and there was a person in front of me trying to get a staff member's attention for about 2 minutes. When the food came my kids got theirs a few minutes behind mine showed up which meant they were almost finished when I'd started. Mine was missing some of the ingredients so I had to call over the counter for anyone's attention. I get it that places can be busy, but all they need to do is have some awareness of customers and to tell them that they've been seen and that someone will be with them shortly. On another day I tried to enquire what their gluten free options were but I was met with blank expressions. I had to explain multiple times in different ways what I was trying to enquire about and ultimately gave up as it felt pointless. Most, if not all staff seem to not have English as a first language, so I understand that there'll be translational issues, but being able to understand dietary requirements is really important. I had a really good first experience there, but every subsequent visit has been progressively worse. I don't know anywhere else like it in Ipswich, but I've been left feeling like I have to find somewhere else to go as the service is so awful. Shame as the idea is good.

This place is a joke. Aircon on in October, seriously!!! We and 95% of customers were wearing coats as it was so cold because of the aircon. We mentioned the cold to the staff and they just laughed. I love the food here but I won't be returning until next year when it's warmer. The score reflects the staff attitude and the ridiculous cold atmosphere. Bye until next summer 👍

Have been here previously but never had any problems. Today as my son tucked into his waffle we found a long brown hair. We called for the manager who then gave us a refund for the waffle. After which he said the girl denied it and said let's not start any arguments. Not the best customer service from the manager. All the girls were not wearing hair nets. Will not be returning as this has now put our kids off.

To start, the food was good but unfortunately what let the experience down was the staff chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles and what I can only think of is their friends coming in and helping serve customers. What really gave the place 2 stars was the bathroom! Absolutely disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with thick dark urine all around the toilet and floor, including grime and rubbish. I won't even mention the state inside the toilet bowl. I ended up walking down the street to find another bathroom.

AVOID...Absolutely shocking!!! Greeted from a great distance by "3 people" and a finger point to a table. Menus were brought to us and thrown down on the table without a word. Went to order and 3 staff behind the counter found it more worth while to chat rubbish amongst themselves until 1 finally gave in and slunk over. No communication from the staff just blankly looking at me and inputting my order as I said it. Place was absolutely filthy and it had only just opened so the ice cream finger marks were clearly from another day! Cookie dough was horrifically raw and just mush. Bubble gum sundae was half substituted with whippy?? Will never ever even look at this place when I walk past. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

The service was terrible! No one seems to be bothered about the place. The staff were making fun, laughing, and fighting at the counter instead of asking a customer why does the customer standing at the counter. And the person who took our order after standing for five minutes seems to be annoyed taking order from us. The cutlery which was given was dirty. They didn't clean it properly! Seriously, who does that? This is not acceptable at all. They were very busy that they didn't show us where are the menus at. We'd have to go find the menus on table which was used by previous customers. I had been to Kasapa's multiple times in other cities! This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Plenty of nice desserts on offer. Food was good. Staff were pleasant. Centre of the town. Lacks a little atmosphere.

Good selection. Ordered online,we are only a 5 minute walk away yet still received cold waffles/crepes. Items ordered advertise flavoured gelato but we received vanilla

Service was absolutely awful. Waitresses were absolutely annoyed that we even wanted to order, they threw cutlery on the table. Waffles were great, but the milkshakes not so much and because of the waitresses I never want to come back.

Waitresses were rude and unfriendly, we needed to tolerate their bored faces while we were eating waffles and drinking some disgusting thing they called milkshake.. they even threw flatware at the table like we were bothering them, in Czech we would say that they are “piče”

Got the Oreo cookie bash, and it seems like it got dam sat on… got a bloody pancake instead. Why would you even send this out… poor service. It was for the wifey too !!!

I ordered from just eat 2 waffles and a frappe I got my waffles but I never got my frappe, I wouldn’t make it that big of a deal but it is 6 quid and I already have called already 5 times in a span of an hour and nooone answered the phone not even once…

Been wanting to try this place for ages. Birthday week wish sorted. We both chose warm cookie dough desserts and they were delicious. Warm welcome and friendly smiley server . We wernt disappointed with our choices. Can't bear to think of the calories we've consumed but certainly was a great birthday treat. Booths made it feel secluded. Place seems clean.Loads to choose from . Would def go back but i couldn't go every week as I'm aware of high fat content. Not for dieters!!

I don't normally leave negative reviews and I've enjoyed eating in here before. But did have a disappointing experience with takeaway - I ordered a strawberry & creme crepe, but there was no cream in sight, nor was the scoop of dolce latte gelato included as it should have been. What I had was nice, but not enough for £7.45!

Absolutely brilliant! Service was great, we were seated quickly and the staff were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The booths were comfortable, spacious and private and the whole vibe and decor of the restaurant was very cosy and fun! Food came quickly with good presentation and was delicious; really good flavours and textures. Portion sizes were also great for the price! Couldn't recommend enough as a desert restaurant, we will definitely be returning!

Wouldn’t even think about recommending or ordering from this place if I was you, placed an order for delivery. Ordered a Speculoos Waffle and asked for there to be no chocolate flakes on the waffle but they clearly don’t read the receipts and continue to put chocolate flakes on the waffle let alone once it arrived it looks like it has just been thrown together and placed in a box got barley any ice cream and drink because that ended up begin spilt all inside the bag due to the driver admitting to speeding to get the order done. They expect you to spend an obscure amount of money for something and think it’s acceptable to deliver it they way they did. They never answer phones calls when you try to call and clearly take no pride in making it look like it does on the picture.

I always order Cheese cake sundae, you need to stop filling it with more whipped cream and less Icecream. I’m literally eating whipped cream. I keep calling and no one is answering, everytime u mess up my order I’ll be leaving u a bad review!

Food is nice and I’ve never usually had a problem but today was different. Toilet seat was broken and hanging off, I ordered a crepe but they gave me a waffle and they put my dads 2 extra scoops of ice cream on my plate instead of with his.

Love it here.. They cater for my needs perfectly... Let me pick a bespoke chocolate and vanilla sundae 😋 as I didn't want any off the menu .. toilets a little bit grubby though,.. so a fair 4 stars 🤩

I love Kaspas desserts, i worked for a kaspas branch for a few years and it's very disappointing seeing how run down the Ipswich one is. Each time me and my partner order the food is either wrong or cold and melted. It's hard to enjoy a nice dessert at home as everytime we try to give Ipswich kaspas a chance it always let's us down. Today our order arrive cold and missing items - the waffle cold and Ice cream melted, Banoffee dough cold and with no bananas?? How can you miss bananas in a Banoffee.. We called in around 7 times in total with no answer, we thought it might be busy so gave them the benifit of the doubt and drove there instead to report this reacurring issue. When we showed up the shop wasn't even that busy. Even if busy the standards of food we get shouldn't be this low! While trying to resolve this issue with the manager two of the ladies behind the counter making food kept talking and snickering at us as if we made all this up and it was somehow the customers fault... I would love to have a good experience with Kaspas as previous branches didn't disappoint me, and as I've said I have a close space in my heart for kaspas as I've worked there before so I do know how things work within the store. Sadly not many other places do desserts for delivery for those lay in weekend we all love, so kaspas is our only choice :/. Time order placed: 5:30 Order accepted: 5:30 Order delivery time estimate: 6:25-6:55 Time past 7:30 - time for estimate changed to 8:00... Order : - skittles shake - smartese shake - Ferrero waffle with Ferrero Ice cream - Banoffee dough with Banoffee ice cream - all cold and melted - ice cream was water, no banana on Banoffee When arrived to restaurant to resolve issue: - not busy - order was made so quickly! Surprising considering we waited so long before.. - recieved ferrero waffle - Banoffee dough - NO ferrero ice cream with order nor the Banoffee one + recieved a free ice cream but didn't get ones that came with order... Ah Overall a bad experience but thankful for helpful gentleman that's why one star! Such a shame..

Just had a take-away waffle dessert, a Banoffee waffle. There was not even half a banana, very little sauce. Ordered with vanilla ice cream and extra Nutella. No ice cream or Nutella. Tried phoning for a good 10 minutes - no answer. Definitely will not be buying from there again. Very disappointed!

I have never had such a delicious desert or ice cream ever in my life.. The menu was wonderful.. staffs and service were amazing. Once must visit with friends or family It is open it 11.00pm . Near by Ipswich bus stop. Seating arrangement and atmosphere was lovely.

Very disappointed with my strawberry waffle. I have had this on many occasions however, this time it was very disappointing. Firstly, the biscuits were not crushed properly was big and lumpy, secondly there was only one or two drops of white chocolate sauce- how tight, thirdly presentation was rubbish!!

They have rejected 6 people about 20 minutes ago. They didn’t give any reason no apology no smile nothing. If you are not serving at 10pm then change your opening hours.

Orders were wrong and then didn’t pick up the phone when called to correct it.

The deserts here are wonderful, however very large. I would recommend sharing. The shake I ordered was not the flavour that arrived (peanut butter and skittles are not remotely similar) but it was still delicious.

Not great. First order was wrong, by the time it was Corrected, the other part of the order still hadn’t arrived. Was told we couldn’t have things that were clearly on the menu, so very confusing.

Our anniversary treat turned into two very upset stomachs and a bunch of cancelled plans the next day. Our weekend was ruined by the dessert we had here. The food itself was actually quite bland, not really a chocoholic. More like a squirty cream and syrup with a big side of tasteless.

2 cokes, 1 smoothie 1 afragato and 2 Biscoff cookie dough. £31.80. Service did not warn us that the cookie dough dessert had been under a grill and was in a VERY hot dish. Just managed to tell granddaughter in time. Not impressed.

Entrance NOT disabled friendly at all girl chewing chewing gum took us to table and put menus on table and walked off sat at table for service to be told it was order at front when all others are now table service. Took 4 people to put in order and were all arguing how to put an order in and so chavvy its unreal brought things to table one at a time and so slow manager is clueless and way out of his depth!! 👋 bye bye never again

We had Gelatos and they were super creamy and tasty... Will surely visit again and try more flavours.

Ordered 2x 3 scoops and a slush, 2 hours later and had to cancel the order. The 1 star is purely from the last order that I had and was of a decent time frame.

Terrible presentation and I asked for white chocolate flakes and got crushed nuts (which I can’t have) and they do not answer their phone

very bad. my boyfriend customised his own waffle to make sure he only got things he liked on it and ordered it. it turned up freezing cold and they added stuff to it that he did not add nor did he want. called many times to get his money back but they never picked up.

The waffles and the deserts are good. But I'm not going to put all the stars because they putted the one of the drinks wrong. I tried to say was wrong, and they offer me another drink when I already finished, and they were trying to put an excuse saying was the correct one when I was seeing it in the panel Infront of me. I will check next time carefully. Waffles are nice.

The waffles were cold when we got them, they forgot about our drinks and it wasn’t even busy. They only brought the drinks after my daughter went up to go ask for them as we already finished the cold not fresh waffles if we wanted cold waffles we would have bought from a shop, the table was dirty we had to clean it ourself

Lovely staff and very nice food. The staff were lovely and polite, we were greeted as soo bad we walked in and welcomed to a table. The surroundings were nice and clean. I ordered the brownie waffle which was served very quickly, the presentation was lovely, waffle warm and very tasty!
