This place serve a really good food and value for the money, staff are friendly and quiet to eat very recommended if you looking to eat well as the plates come up very well served. We will definitely be back
We were recommended to come here to try the chocolate covered strawberries and they did not disappoint! They were AMAZING. We also had the dohnuts which were also delicious.
Staff were excellent, friendly, and polite. We Will definitely be returning next time we visit great yarmouth.
Well, not often I'm leaving a review about food, but I have ordered the pork belly and WOW!
João the chef deserves 6*!
Thank you 🙏, just perfect and juicy!
Poor customer service. Staff rude when I queried food given to me it was not what I had ordered). I was therefore overcharged and did not receive the food I actually ordered.
Pretty decent food. A little on the expensive side. The 50p bacon rolls are now £1.
I had a baguette with 2 X Bacon, cheese and tomato, with a snickers bar and bottle of fizzy drink. It came to nearly £9.
The man who does the cooking is a grumpy old so and so. He walks around shaking his head and throwing utensils about.
I won't be going back.
The food is decent but the attitude of the chef leaves a lot to be desired.
The girls on the front counter are really pleasant, but all that is overshadowed by the grumpy bloke cooking the food.
Food is OK here.
Staff don't let customers put there own sauce on food they always used to they was meant to only stop it when we was in Covid.
Also there closing times are bad.
Today 16.50 half term really busy they was closed at 16.50 should be later in half term and summer season.
£1 Hot dogs really tiny now they used to be alot bigger.
We were visiting for a weekend and went here twice for lunch. Nice selection of items and we enjoyed everything we had. Staff were friendly, tables clean and food came out quick. Chatted to some locals who were there which is always a good sign. Even took some cakes away.
Nice tea room, tucked away on the main seafront behind the upside down house.
It was busy but we eventually found a table big enough for all 6 of us,
Good selection of hot and cold meals and small portions for the 2 children.
Between us we had a cheese ploughman’s, a full English, an egg mayo sandwich, and a cream tea for the adults, chicken nuggets and chips and a burger for the children.
Quick polite service, the food was freshly made/cooked and was very tasty.
Lots of cheese on the ploughman’s.
Also had 2 pots of tea with spare pots of hot water for more than enough drinks, we stayed there until closing time as the weather was atrocious.
Friendly attentive staff but I couldn’t understand a single word they said (very strong Norfolk accent)
Definitely recommended
