We love, love, love Mr Tanaka’s! Every time we visit Hertford we go here for food. The brothers who run it are wonderfully kind and talented. The food is top notch. The menu is refreshed and the specials are always brilliant. The atmosphere and layout is warm and cosy. There are only so many tables so you get an exclusive feel when dining here. One of my favourite places in the world to eat. If you haven’t been you are missing out and should book immediately!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Itadakimasu!! 🤩

Best pub live music venue in Herfordshire!. Primal Replay playing there last night for a Halloween gig. Staff all dressed up as well as the band an amazing place , big open space, uber firendly staff and great drinks/food. Deffo try it out!.

Had dinner two nights running. The food was lovely and a good range of choices. Staff and service was excellent, never had to wait for any of the food and it was delicious. Definitely recommend.

An excellent place for Thai food! The honey duck was cooked to perfection, lovely tasty beansprouts and my pad kee maow was full of flavour and spice. We were sat in the section where you couldn’t wear your shoes, further adding to the authentic atmosphere. A lovely place and will definitely be revisiting.

Excellent as always but noisy Christmas parties spoilt the atmosphere a bit. Surprised to see staff popping around the corner to smoke (no handwashing), in a food establishment. Not sure I understand the rationale behind the bar for drinks in what was the space with the best tables in the restaurant.

Really lovely food and service, we had a wonderful lunch, lovely homely decor and welcoming. Highly recommended the place!

Last night we celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday, 14 of us seated upstairs. Huge choice of dishes on menu. Some of my party were vegetarian and one gluten free . All were very satisfied with appropriate meal choices. Food was delicious and all came up together. Staff were brilliant and friendly from the time we stepped through the doorway. This was my first visit to Dinnio’s and I will definitely return. My only complaint would be we had to vacate our table after 3 hours as the table was required for the next booking. It sounds long enough but when there are a lot of you the time goes by very quickly. I hadn’t been told about the time limit when booking the table, it was mentioned when we got there.

This place is the best Indian Restaurant in Hertford, I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, the food is delicious and the service is on another level, very friendly staff, always well locked after, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Indian meal. Thanks guys

Unexpected but delicious little cafe doing more than just feeding the vegans and vegetarians of Hertford. This delightful little shop prides itself on preparing and serving foods based upon their community allotment and local farms and it shows. Couples with the mission of providing meaningful training and employment for the disabled, it’s a winning combination.

Very poor. Nothing remotely authentic Spanish about it. Seating all to close(outside of the window high tables) Food below average, croquettes clearly fried in days old oil, artichoke dish just didn’t work, patatas bravas were essentially 2 day old skin on roast potatoes with a bit of aioli, 3 overcooked prawns. On the plus side the white Rioja was ok….hence the 2 stars. Won’t be rushing back.

What a wonderful place. I’ve never been to a tea room. My friend invited for her 40th celebration. It’s so Preety fun warm and friendly. I’m lucky to have a great friend who works here. The gals we do lovely and welcoming. Food is yum. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you. ☺️
