You can walkin to this shop, sit around that no is there to serve you! When I managed to get someone's attention after 10 minutes alone there, the food was nice. Guess this shop is looking to close down soon
Do not recommend the fresh garlic bread and cheese. Take away with pizza,
Reason .....
- It was toasted to power 10 / burnt & Dry
Poor
- And had been topped With the strongest mature cheddar. Tasted poor, & The size of a stamp,
Should of been topped with low mild low strength cheese, And a fair Portion,
Certainly not what I am used to, At pizza hut,
Advice try and Employ people who can do the kitchen work.. aka Chefs , people who know what they are doing.....

Visited this morning - Sun 23/02. Baked goodies were delicious, gelato mid, can't speak for drinks as we didn't get any. And it's an attractive cafe in a lovely spot.
Unfortunately the service really lets this place down. Had to ask repeatedly for the three items I ordered despite being the only person there, as the serving staff were too busy talking to each other to get a couple of baked items out of the display for us.
Their conversation between each other was very sweary and inappropriate, particularly considering I was sitting with my little boy.
Wouldn't go again, there are much friendlier places nearby.
Thank you so much for this amazing order!! The food tasted great, and there was lots extra, even more than I ordered. I really appreciate this as I am having a difficult time in the hospital at the moment. 5 stars for customer service; very good!!!
I dare to write this review in Japanese.
On weekends, it is crowded with many customers. It seems to be a popular restaurant locally. It's heartwarming to see local people enjoying their meals.
However, for those who have lived in Japan for a long time, the quality is disappointing. It may be a healthy food, but it is different from Japanese food. If you are a tourist from Japan or can read this review without translation, it would be wise not to go there. Eat a burger in Cambridge.
I think Wagamama is the Japanese food chain that Queen Akiko briefly mentioned in her book Diary of Studying Abroad at Oxford.
All the rolls and sushi were not fresh, maybe made the day before. Rice was very dry and hard to chew. Ginger and wasabi seemed to be on a table for few days. Will not comeback
I was went with my friends at grand aracde and i see this really nice place on the first floor the ambiance is soo attractive and good. And the staff they welcome us very warmly with big smile. They are really friendly. I tell her its my first time here and she explained the best burgers and stuff🤤🤤. The shakes are soo soo good as they said world famous shakes .the food was properly cooked and well presented🌸. After serving one the staff member reach is 5 mins for check back. I am so happy with this experience. And now its my next fav place ❤️❤️❤️
Very overpriced for the poor quality and service. The coffee tasted like instant coffee - very watery and lacking flavour. The service was also very poor as we waited 30 minutes for a toastie to be heated up despite there being 3 employees on shift and hardly any customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Scammers and terrible customer care service. You want to lose your money, waste your time and stay hungry, well then you are in luck because that is all this shop can serve, disappointment.
I ordered 10x wings and a 1.5ltr bottle of sprite around midnight on a Thursday. The driver rings me to say he's here, I make my way to the door just before hanging up and no one is there. I ring the shop and they tell me that the driver has been waiting for long (which is a lie) and that he left the food by the door (another lie) and then tells me to deal with the driver as if it's a me problem. Didn't offer any solution, help or consideration. Would never recommend this shop and would never order from there again!
