Delivered 20 minutes early and piping hot. I ordered black bean beef hofan, always has green peppers and onions from any takeaway. Even their beef black bean is just those ingredients. I received a little beef, few hofan noodles but lots of carrot, red peppers and beansprouts which I can’t eat. Called twice, no replacement offered, second call said they’d get me a refund through Just Eat. Hugely disappointed with both food and customer service.

The food tasted nice enough. Not sure I got the right food. Very different from what I'm used to. Maybe they ran out of the correct noodles and just improvised. I'd probably order from them again, and try again.

I've had lovely meals from here before, but this one was disappointing. The seaweed and the vegetables in the main dish tasted stale and the main dish was very oily. Quite different to when I've had it before from here. It had also leaked out of the container. The rice was lovely.

Arrived in 1hour as advertised BUT after 30 minutes I received a text saying the food was on its way (when it wasn’t). Frustrating.

Food was lovely but I ordered 2 curry sauce and only received 1.

One of my favourite places to order however tonight it was delivered 20 mins late and the food was cold. Very disappointed.

These guys were great, communication was second to none and they couldn't have been more helpful. Food was also delicious- I really enjoyed the satay and it was nice to get such a good portion of duck. Thanks

The food is not as good as it could be. Chicken balls were quite oily and I found a chip in the bag with the chicken balls

Decent food, very reasonably priced, delivery relatively on time. Would recommend.

The food was tasteless and bland, especially the Singapore fried rice. There was not even a trace of salt or any type seasoning. The only decent thing I ordered was the Dim Sum but other than that do not waste your money.

雖然以香港命名，但味道不是特別正宗。我點了海鮮芝士焗飯，所用的芝士和香港所用的味道非常不同，顏色也不一樣，有點難以下嚥，因為味道實在有點怪異，如果能更貼近香港口味就好了。

Nos gusta conseguir llevar desde aquí. La comida es bastante buena para Cambridge y nos gusta. Modesto desde el exterior, y no lujoso pero felices de decoración. Lo recomiendo.

Ordered takeaway food here and after being notified it was on its way we waited 40 mins before calling to cancel the order. The restaurant apologised and promised a full refund but they have NEVER REFUNDED A LENNY. We received no food and no refund. Reporting restaurant to Trading Standards!!!!

I like this place because the taste of Chinese dishes cooked here is great, not like other average Chinese restaurants cook some dishes in a US or UK way.

Fast but staff were mocking when I arrived at the wrong branch to pick up (my mistake but they were very unhelpful and rude).

Food was very oily, heavy and way too salty. Tasted high on MSG. First and last time for us.

Waited over an hour 15 for our food which arrived luke warm. Food was very poor quality and had to throw half it due to it being too oily and soup had no taste.

The syrup on the French toast is getting sparser and sparser. The French toast is the main reason I order from here.

I always order from here because of the French toast, wish I could order it for breakfast sometimes too. Not really a fan of the spring rolls but they may just have been soggy due to having to be wrapped up and delivered, I enjoyed them even so.

Most food was nice. there was still a potato eye on my chips and the spring rolls were quite soggy

Not very happy, 2 things missed off my order and then when told they would be redelivered we had already finished the rest of the food as it was an hour and 20 minutes later that we received the missed food. Food quality not great. Would not recommend.

Lovely food! Had to wait an hour, but I guess they were busy with it being peak time on a Saturday night.

The food was tasty, good quality and well priced. We were sent a text telling us our food was enroute, unfortunately, the food did not show for another 45 minutes, making the wait for our food 20 minutes beyond the delivery time expected. I had to call the restaurant and ask what was happening who were very helpful and concerned. The delivery driver was not apologetic at all about his lateness and offered no explanation. Thankfully the food was still warm and extremely tasty it’s just such a shame about the delivery experience.

Every time the food has been hot fresh and flavoursome. This time was cold greasy to the point we didn't eat it and total waste of £15.85 very disappointed and obviously out of pocket.

There was no duck in my duck, only bones skin and fat. Bits of bones were MIXED IN with rice which could lead into a broken tooth if lucky or chocking. Rice was overcooked horribly, it was just one big rice ball. Prawns were NOT CLEANED the intestines were visibly still there !! I have never been so disappointed in my food and this restaurant! Oh also the food was late. We were left hungry and very angry. I would love to have a refund! Regret saying anything good about this restaurant previously. BE CAREFUL ORDERING !!!! p.s: I have photo evidence in case owner of the restaurant would like to give a refund.

I order Wonton, choisum and Duck. I can only say in one word Delicious. On time and quality of food was excellent. I would recommend and will soon visit the restaurant as well.

Called for lunch not knowing what to expect as this place has changed a lot since we were last here. It's more cafe than restaurant but we were warmly greeted and the service was good. The grilled dumplings were amazing but the special fried rice and the chicken fried noodles were a bit bland. Portions are more than generous though. My verdict - cheap and cheerful.

I've just received my delivery and just wanted to let you know how dissatisfied I am with the service and food. Firstly it arrived 20 minutes late. On opening the bag the chips are absolutely drenched from the condensation but not only that they are luke warm and also neither of the two dishes were barely warm either. I've ordered from you before but this truely is appalling. Was it the drivers fault, I don't know but what a waste of my £15!!

The noodles were good, but the Cocunut ice milk bubble tea was warm and the bubbles were like rocks. The tofu was dry and overcooked. IT was a little disappointing to say the least.

Rice was missing from order and food (I assume the pork) has made me unwell. Wouldn't order again.

We eat at / order from HKF quite often, and the experience is nearly always decent to great. It arrived 15min late this time, but it is a Saturday evening. Maybe not their best, but the food was good.

If it wasn't for the good food and I wasn't too tired from work, I wouldn't order in hkfusion/just-eat. Driver was too lazy to go up the flat telling me excuses about getting a ticket. I always order from other restaurant deliveries and they never complain of going up to deliver food.

Good variety offered. Quick delivery. Wantons were great, however everything else was bland, even the complimentary Prawn Crackers.

food is always good, but they gave me prawn dumplings instead of pork. they were no bigger than a brussle sprout which was very disappointing and I cannot abide seafood. but normally great service.

After waiting 1h30m for the food it arrived just warm, the spring rolls soggy with no more than 5 bits of cabbage in, crispy chilli beef was extremely dry with no sauce at all, the rest was barely edible. Shame won't order from here again 👎🏼

Great food and fast delivery as usual

Ordered food from here a few times before, however this is the last time I will order. Although the delivery was quick this time (usually an issue), the food was terrible and bland.

Liked everything except for the bubble tea. The taste is different to all other milk teas I've tried.

The dim sum platter was very tasty. However, the triple roast lo mein was extremely oily and the noodles were stuck together as if they had been cooked a while ago. The food was also delivered 35 minutes before the requested time.

Food was ok, liked the roasted duck. However the sauce for the dishes was missing and the restaurant apologised and promised to deliver it later. But the delivery never came.

Our food arrived 40 minutes faster than expected, on a busy night, and was warm and so delicious. The best takeaway I've had in Cambridge in 6 years.

The baked pork chop with tomato sauce is underwhelming. It tastes like as if someone accidentally poured a lot of sugar into it. Fish balls are ok.

The driver is really bad, he doesnt know how to deliver to the address i proved and very impolite!!!!

Very happy with the quality of the food. Mapo tofu could of had more Sichuan pepper or prickly oil. All in all, very good.

Yummy food as always but sadly our order got messed up a little - instead of sweet & sour pork balls we got sweet and sour pork, which whilst delicious wasn't what we were craving as we know how good those pork balls are!

45 minutes late I ordered Fish Fillet in Sweetcorn Sauce and received it in Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Food was cold and average... a bit disappointing!

Food came super quickly and was pretty tasty! Noodles slightly flavourless though :)

Waited 1 hour and 45 mins for cold food. Really not worth it. I called the restaurant asking is the delivery time is really that long. He said it should be less. But the delivery time estimate was 1hour and 30 mins. The food was not worth us for nearly waiting 2 hours.

Realy unhappy when driver turned up without change and said i had to pay extra £5 or wouldnt get food terrible customer service when i called at restrant was told 10% off next order so i have to order again to get the money back absolute jokefood was cold soggy

The set meal was plentiful and great value but I wanted to try the salt + pepper soft shell crab (never had before). Was a little disappointed (not with the quality, maybe crab isn't for me!). The seaweed wasn't too sweet which was a bonus. As a treat the Popping Boba is a must!

They were very busy so it was very late but gave us money off.

ordered Mapo Tofu from the VEGETARIAN section but was served mapo tofu with BEEF instead called restaurant - they have agreed to give me a mapo tofu when I go there next but wouldnt want to go anymore

Shocking we have asked for a full refund but with no reply from just eat. Food quality and delivery time does not deserve even one star. Arrived late, cold and inedible. Pointless

We were staying in Cambridge over new year, and came across this restaurant on a freezing night late December. The food, ambiance and staff were excellent. Really enjoyed the evening.

Tasty and faster than promised. Unfortunately was served pork dumplings instead of mixed seafood. This is really bad if the order was meant for someone allergic or prohibited from eating meat.

The hot and sour soup was especially pepper-hot this time, but overall great as always-thanks!

Ok, I have never left a review for a restaurant before, but, man, this one was so good, I had to. I ordered, through Just Eat, the "2 persons Set Meal" for 12,99. The estimated delivery time was 45-60" , but my food was at my door after only 30 (or even less) minutes!! I've never received food that quickly, so they did a very, VERY, good job there. The portions were more than enough for 2 people. Impressive variety of dishes for the price and amazing quality and taste (I have to admit that I am not a Chinese food expert, but I really enjoy good food, and this one was amazing. If that makes sense. ) Plus, a minimum order of 12 pounds, so you don't have to spend a fortune just to have dinner, and free delivery... I am really happy I discovered such an affordable and decent restaurant. 5 stars!!

Extremely poor service. Do NOT order a delivery service from this restaurant. Estimated order was to be delivered within 45 - 60 minutes, and the restaurant added on an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for delivery order (which is still understandable) BUT guess what, the delivery never even arrived and they LIED on the system, insisting that the food items had already been delivered ! Tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. The JustEat staff also tried to get in contact with the restaurant and the owner but with no success. We wasted our entire evening waiting for our food and trying to get in contact with the restaurant. Never been so disappointed, hangry and disgusted.

Food was great it just took an hour and thr drink I ordered did not come and did not recieve ang compensation from it. If it didn't have that problem it would be great.

This is the poorest service I have ever received. I have waited over 2.5 hours for my order and the restaurant has decided to ignore my calls. I am truly disgusted in the response I have had and I've resorted to calling Just Eat customer services to resolve it.
