We visited for lunch and chose a plate of 2 porks, egg fried rice ,hot and sour soup and a pot of jasmine tea .The bowl of rice was extremely small ,the crispy pork was quite tasty but the roast pork had no real flavour .The soup although very spicy(almost too hot) was very thin and lacked any texture or substance .The tea was OK.
When we received the final bill it was for £45.10 which I thought was very high The bill was NOT itemised - the original bill I was shown was in Chinese script .I admit I did not query the bill although I felt uncomfortable about no English itemised bill .
The restaurant was clean and the toilet immaculate.
If you chose to visit ask for a detailed bill .This place is either way over priced or over charging by at least £10-15 .
We will not be returning .

La chica que calentaba las tostadas las estaba manipulando antes de calentarlas con sus propias manos y moverlas por la bandeja. El mío tenía carne y se amontonó con otros otra vez. El hombre manejó esperanzas. Ningún otro era vegetariano.

My husband and I visited this store on Sunday 26 feb.
I waited in line to be served with just one customer behind me in the queue, the young man serving decided to serve the lady behind me first, I assumed he thought I was already being served so didn’t worry - these things happen, a second member of staff came back to the till along with another customer and asked me to step back out of the way, I am now in between the customer being served by the first member of staff and the customer that has been bought back with a payment query, so a bit squashed!! I did explain that I was just waiting to be served but again I was asked to move back out of the way - his exact words “ step back please madam”.
First member of staff moves off to do something else, I’m still stood there like a lemon and feeling a bit cross, but eventually served by second staff member.
We wait at the end of the serving area for our names to be barked out by a young lady preparing the drinks - I know they’re busy, I know they have to use short quick commands to get the job done quickly but we went there for a “chill out” cup of coffee. My name is barked out, we retrieve one cup but can’t tell if it’s the latte or hot chocolate we ordered so as she’s doing the next cup I just ask if that’s the latte one, without looking up or any pretence of politeness she’s just barks out “yup” and walks off.
Seriously the rudest shop I have ever been in, 3 members of very rude, unprofessional staff!

Very disappointed with the food , wouldn’t go back there to eat again for sure . The pub only had 3-4 tables in and only 2 of us been eating yet took ages to get our food . Another couple sit down next to us 15 min later at least they got their food before us . We only ordered steak and chips … ordered two cocktails which took ages to come out … we got the second drinks already by the time we got our main course out while the other table who has set down lot later than us had finished their meal already ! When we got our main we had to ask where is our starter ? They didn’t even ask if we still want it or apologies for forget about it and on delay our food . Food quality was very poor and everything on my plate was cold too . The worst steak I had . Working in hospitality myself …. This was a very poor service and very poor on food . If would have been busy I understand but when u have a very few customers in there shouldn’t be such a mistakes . ( maybe the Chefs shouldn’t be keep spending their time outside keep smoking and chatting would help on improvement )
4 or 5 people milling around behind the counter. Quietest guy ever takes my offer, I can hardly hear him ask me questions. Order medium matcha tea with tapioca pearls, tasted lovely and can't fault it.
However I didnt hear my order being called so a woman yelled "MATCHA" at me which seemed excessive.
And after a bad experience of trying to pierce bubble tea and it exploding everywhere on me I always ask places to pierce it for me before I go. I got stared at like I had two heads and they were really awkward like "I cant touch your straw".
Lovely bubble tea but awful customer experience. Wish I'd gone to the place down the street.

Very pathetic experience. Ordered twice in month and both times it's missing an item. First time the guy asked do you still want the item? Like yes man. I paid for it, got it delivered an hour later.
Today, again 1 item missing and the guy had the guts to give me spare change (half of what I had paid online) and was like sorry bro can't deliver now. Next time I will bring 2. I said thank you, please be assured there isn't going to be a next time. He even called someone at the place and was told not going to deliver.
Pathetic service. With this great service, I don't expect them to last long.
"OK" pero no más. Fui a almorzar y pedí un solo pollo a la barbacoa y un plato de fideos de pollo todo para compartir.
Tenemos dos de los platos de barbacoa en lugar de la que habíamos pedido. Plato real era lo suficientemente agradable, pero más de lo que queríamos. El plato de fideos por otro lado era muy pobre con solo 5 trozos pequeños de pollo. El personal era agradable, pero en esta demostración no volveré allí de nuevo.
Like Cafe Nero nearby - this place is an absolute dump!! Rude male served me with scummy individual standing behind me with no mask on, breathing on me. When I told that individual to stand back, he said:- “What is wrong with you.” My friend said in 2018 when she went in there with me - “This place is such a dump!” She was right.
