The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Market Cambridge East of England

Having visited this Cafe regularly I’m very disappointed in how much it has gone downhill. Today was the final straw. Monday at 12:00 and the staff were nonchalant regarding any service. Paper cups, paper plates, no condiments. I understand they want to be eco and prevent waste but not even being offered a ketchup or mayo sachet on ordering seems rather lax. The large coffees were weak, almost as if it was a small one but with extra water. Disappointed and won’t return until they turn this place around. I will be watching on Tripadvisor to see updates.

Dirty table, dirty floor. I asked staff member to please clean our table. She said she would but didn’t come back. Probably shortage of underpaid staff.

Like Cafe Nero nearby - this place is an absolute dump!! Rude male served me with scummy individual standing behind me with no mask on, breathing on me. When I told that individual to stand back, he said:- “What is wrong with you.” My friend said in 2018 when she went in there with me - “This place is such a dump!” She was right.
