Absolute disgrace to Chinese food should be ban. Disgusting half cooked noodles avoid better stay hungry

Lunch in Ipswich Chopstix so disappointing. We have eaten in Cambridge twice both occasions were fantastic so we were looking forward to lunch in Ipswich. No WiFi so could not use my Gift Card. Cash only made it harder. Noodles were a little cold but taste OK. Sweet and Sour chicken no taste and Salt and Pepper chicken worse. Fried chicken with a few chilli flakes. Scum on top of the curry not very appetising. Won’t go again ever!

We were very hungry after 5 hours travelling, a very welcoming meal. Also very tasty. I also thought it was a reasonable price

Hi I went to chopsticks in Cambridge today and I ordered large box of rice with 2 topping which that was fine I got plain noodles for my 4 year old because he doesn’t like toppings They charge me £5 for just a little bit of noodles That’s fine but the amount they put it’s not worth £5

Very kind, pleasant and fast service a despite the rush. My go to place for a quick and tasty bite in and around the market square. And their salt and pepper chicken is some of the best I have had. Clean and good food which hits the spot just right, and, at that price point it couldn’t be better.

Not really worth a visit tbh, might have to share a table with a complete stranger, food is pricey if your a hungry type. Chicken seemed to predominate on my visit.

Food was fine, for a quick snack whilst walking around! Definitely not something I’d sit in and eat, because of the dirty look by staff. But I have a blue light discount card, I doubled checked if I could use it at this establishment and was told by the staff they don’t accept it?? Yet online it says, chopstix has partnered up with blue light discount !! I said to them are you sure? Checked with the ‘boss’, apparently not taking the cards lol. Realistically the staff aren’t even positive to what they take; they were clueless when I mentioned it. They Can’t be bothered to allow discount! Norwich accepted it, so why would it be any different??

Went with family while walking around cambridge city centre yesterday. Small establishment with about 20 seats. We can choose the base ...rice or noodles in small or large portions and add the topping of your choice( get to choose 2 for large ). This includes vegetarian options and non veg. My family liked caramel chicken topping very much. Served hot. Filling for 1 person....just about if you take the large portion. The box they serve can be closed and taken away as well if you don't finish it. My daughter did that. My veg curry and garlic potato toppings were also nice. I saw people asking for half rice and half noodles for the base, which is a good option. Would recommend for a quick bite at reasonable rate while wandering in city centre. Large portion costs 6 £ and small 5£. There is option for extras and add ons at extra cost if you want.

Was walking around the city centre and finally, decided to give this place a try. I love food and being Asian myself, I know how the food should taste. The fried rice I had wasn't very flavourful at all, I mean, come on, this is the first thing an Asian should know how cook! and also the fried chicken pieces with sesame seeds and the korean chicken bbq. It's like eating chocolates but you can't taste chocolate at all. So you chew your food, but your brain keeps on searching the flavours you're expecting but it's just not there. I don't know if it's different with the other dishes. But, the ones I had, nope! Sorry, this one was a let down

We were hungry and rather than the usual motorway food we gave this place a roll, you had a choice of different meals all of which looked good. It is worth giving it a try.

I went there with my gf during our trip to Cambridge. Good food in decent price. Best caramel chicken ever.

First experience in Chopsticks Cambridge was extremely positive, I got great customer service from the Asian-looking lady, had great portion (ordered the large meal) with very delicious chicken fried rice and 2 relatively large scoops of toppings. Hence, my reasons for 2nd and 3d visit which turned a total disaster. In both occasions I was served by the extremely unfriendly Caucasian lady, no smile, no proper greeting, one time she served 3 scoops of the rice for the large meal, on the last occasion only 2, half full scoops of toppings. This is a NO GO, just get this lazy and unfriendly person out of there. You lost a customer and I am definitely gonna make sure I escalate the complaint to your management team.

Came here with my children. Food was good, tasty and fresh. We went early so lots of choice. Not much space to sit in as gets very busy and tables are limited. Staff pleasant. Good value for money. Had to use the toilets which were very dirty!

Good selection of toppings to choose from to add to your noodles or rice base. The chicken dishes were nice. Had the large box and thought it was a decent portion. We usually get a box to go as it's quite small place so not comfortable to eat-in we feel. Does the job if you fancy something Asian for lunch. There's plenty of stuff round the corner in the market stalls all roughly the same price as this place for lunch so it really is a matter of personal taste. Good for a quick and easy lunch if you're out and about in the centre of Cambridge. Overall we find this place to be decent value for OK quality Chinese food in a great location in central Cambridge.

He visitado la rama particular dos veces. La primera vez que mis fideos estaban llenos de trozos grandes de cebolla y había una cantidad limitada de pollo. Acabo de decir que tal vez tuve mala suerte, así que volví hoy. Conseguí la caja pequeña, que no era una buena oferta por el dinero que pagué. Además, el pollo estaba muy grasoso y demasiado cocido, mientras que los fideos estaban secos, como si estuvieran en su bandeja durante bastante tiempo. No creo que vuelva a visitar esta sucursal.

One of the better food outlets at Cambridge Services - nothing sophisticated but excellent value for money

Tenía caja pequeña. El arroz era bueno, pero la barbacoa coreana era pobre. No se puede decir que es pollo ya que la masa es bastante viscosa. Esto parece deliberado para reducir la cantidad de pollo utilizado. Hay otros establecimientos como Oodles que no están en Cambridge, aunque usan pechugas de pollo de primera calidad en grandes bocados y esta es la forma en que debería ser. No volveré

This was the first time I had tried a Chopstix. The box idea was okay and we had fried rice with chicken for my wife, and the chicken had a good flavour, and the rice was okay, but a bit salty. I focused on the rice, giving her my chicken. I liked the rice personally, though it did seem to comprise primarily of rice with frozen mixed vegetables. The service was okay, but there was a staff change over as I arrived, so it took a brief moment before anyone bothered to take the order. That said, they were courteous and did serve the food quickly once ordered.

Fui a Chopstix en los servicios extra en Boxworth Cambridge. Creo que me equivoqué con el Zen Chopstix Cho que me visita en otras estaciones de servicio.

Sitio humilde. Un poco pequeño, es más de comida de llevar. Por 5 libras comes de sobra. Mi novia y yo hemos pedido un box de 6 libras y perfecto. Muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Really simple review this. Asked for a large without noodles, refused to serve me, in a very rude offhand manner, despite offering to pay for the noodles I didn't want. Supposedly company policy. Just imagine McDonald's refusing to serve you if you didn't want chips. Genuinely appalled and will never go near again.

Ordered large box with kung po chicken which was like a runny curry and not great. Stick to the crispy stuff and stir fried dishes on the menu.

I've not been in this chain before...the food looked tasty and steaming hot from this side of the counter. The boxes they decant the food into are pretty small, but my noodles and chicken were tasty enough. I opted for a side of salt and chilli potatoes; these were very delicious...just the right amount of chilli tang. But on watching others being served after me I noticed I only got a half portion compared to them :-(

Vile staff members whom I doubt have any experience in the food service industry. The food is continuously on a version of a rolling boil with no regard taken about how long the food has been on display.

Si tratta di un negozio di ristorazione cinese aperto recentemente nel cuore di Cambridge. Il locale è pulito e il cibo è davvero eccellente . Il ristorante ovviamente offre senza alcun sovrapprezzo sia il takeaway sia la consumazione in loco. Forse perché desideroso di pollo al curry, ho provato questa pietanza sia con riso saltato che con noodle (spaghetti cinesi) e non me ne sono pentito, anzi , a differenza di altre volte che uscivo da pranzi simili con un nauseante odore addosso, da Choptix sono uscito soddisfatto. I prezzi sono piu' che modici . Da raccomandare vivamente anche per la pulizia del locale, della cucina e dei tavoli messi a disposizione.

Mi hijo ha comido aquí con sus amigos y que realmente gusta así que fuimos como una familia, y la comida era muy sabrosa. Tuve caramelo de pollo y arroz y el pollo estaba muy bueno. El personal es muy agradable. Un básico pero bueno.

Un lugar increíble para un rápido hoyo parada mientras compras. Bien vale la pena el dinero y hace un cambio de comida tipo café Burger.

Sencillo, rápido, delicioso. Me encanta fideos pollo y es barato, 5 libras y no podía comer más porque estaba lleno (con un tamaño pequeño), me encantó! Estoy en Cambridge por unos meses y es mi lugar favorito para comer cuando estoy de compras!

No hay tiempo de residuos apresúrese. Necesita un rápido arriba. Parada en Chopstix, sin pretensiones de ser simplemente una comida gourmet. Tuve verduras y arroz sabroso y el arroz muy ligero. Nada especial pero rápido y contundente, que encomiendo a la concurrida

Comida muy grasienta, mala calidad. Pedi unos espaguetis con verduras y pollo picante. Los espaguettis insipidos y el pollo le salvaba el picante. Me sobró y dan opción a llevar fuera. . . Pero la gripe aviar se quedó.. Los rollitos muy muy grasientos, solo es pecado only relleno masa.

Nosotros comimos allí tres es hoy en día. Intentamos ir a el lugar tailandés en el mercado pero que estaba cerrado, así que opté por este lugar de fideos, ya que nuestra hija comimos allí ayer. La comida era bastante bueno y el servicio era muy bueno. Mi mujer pidió el curry verde tailandés y el tío dijo que era bastante sirve picante y le ofreció una buen gusto.

This place was not good at all, food was pretty tasteless. The so called vegetable noodles was lacking in vegetables. We started to eat in then took it away then binned it...not good at all

Where else can you stop and sit down and eat some orient style food at a good price, whilst shopping.I recommend to have 1 with sauce and one without sauce.You can see the chef cooking in front of you which is nice, and the counter server was very pleasant.

This noodle bar is great. It's in Cambridge services on the A 14 at junction 28. Just had a superb box of noodles and curry absolutely great. Also I liked the fact that a large portion which is 3 scoops of your choice is only £6.00. Fresh hot food at great prices.

Staff here are so rude! I have to say we do like the food but on our 3rd visit we decided not to buy from there again. No please , no thank you, no smiles no nothing ! Like bloody robots but worse. You can see everyone of them hates there jobs and can't be bothered. Real shame to have people like this working in customer service will not be going back

Stopped off on the way home from Norwich, thought we would give this a try a change from services usual fare, it states that the food is fresh, what we found was large containers of cooked food, not exactly my idea of fresh, the noodles were dry and the chicken dishes were bland, the only good things were the spring rolls, the staff were barely civil and could not raise a smile, mind you the food is so bad it's not surprising, would not recommend, we wished we had gone for a toasted sandwich from Costa would have been cheaper and we know they are tasty.
