4 or 5 people milling around behind the counter. Quietest guy ever takes my offer, I can hardly hear him ask me questions. Order medium matcha tea with tapioca pearls, tasted lovely and can't fault it. However I didnt hear my order being called so a woman yelled "MATCHA" at me which seemed excessive. And after a bad experience of trying to pierce bubble tea and it exploding everywhere on me I always ask places to pierce it for me before I go. I got stared at like I had two heads and they were really awkward like "I cant touch your straw". Lovely bubble tea but awful customer experience. Wish I'd gone to the place down the street.

Food was nice and tasty. But service was bordering on shambolic.

The Pad Kra Prow was very good and just the right amount of spice. Unfortunately, the Mango Sticky Rice was very expensive for such a small portion.

Maharani is my local Indian takeaway, and the only place I order from. Food portions are a good size, everything tastes great and the staff are always so friendly when I go to collect. Highly recommend!

I used to like Bridges a lot but I've been disappointed by the value recently - I had a slither of a slice of cake and it cost £4.20. A slice 2x the size would be £2.20 at Caffé Nero (so about 1/4 of the price). I know Bridges cakes are delicious, homemade, etc. but when you pay as much as £4.20, you don't expect a mean portion. I'd probably choose a different local café next time. A big shame, though! Also worth mentioning that there's no customer w.c.
