Chaotic, slow, cold, dirty, and tasteless food … Don’t bother

The service is good and the food tastes good. The girl name Sai Sri is good with communication and has provided excellent service.

Terrible place. The app was so confusing and the staff was more confused. Dishes were coming wrong and waiting for the sides the food was getting cold. My order came out wrong. Not worth it at all.

The app was not working properly and is confusing. The stuff bringing the food they were okay but the orders were coming in wrong, the food was coming cold literally very disorganised. I don’t think I will be coming again… by happy at all with the experience

I visited this Korean restaurant last Sunday and ordered squid bulgogi, bibimbap, and platters. The food was decent nothing extraordinary but the service was exceptional. A staff member named Jishnu went above and beyond, explaining the dishes and sharing insights about the cuisine and culture. His friendliness and knowledge made the experience memorable!

As a Korean, I don’t think the dish is satisfying. The price is very high with small portion of food. The ingredients in the food did not match what they have described in the menu. They took ages to deliver the food to us. I have no clue why people will choose this restaurant and compliment it. See attached photo, they said there will be fish cake but apparently two third of it is onion. It is just hard to believe that we saw hair in soup, which is a hundred percent not acceptable.

Very slow service, had to continuously ask for the correct food, never received certain food, £4 for a can of soda, food wasn’t good enough for the price, if you don’t wave a server down they’ll let you sit for hours without service

Reservation was at 6:30pm. Didn't get drinks until 7:15pm, the food was bland and we were missing many items and had to constantly remind them. The waitress’s were extremely rude and dismissive. Made us pay for food we never received! Would not recommend!

There are 2 x Yori resteraunts in Cambridge, this is the one without the BBQ tables, but still serves some great Korean food.

The taste is average. It took half an hour for the three dishes to be served. I felt uncomfortable in my stomach after eating them.

We tried a variety of different plates, and they were all very good. Decent portion size too. It'd be nicer to have a printed menu by default though.

I had such a great time at Yori! As a huge K-drama fan, I've been craving real Korean food forever—kimchi, tteokbokki—and Yori totally hit the spot. The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. Shoutout to Farzeena, one of the team members, for being super sweet and patient, helping us choose what to get and giving awesome recommendations. Can’t wait to go back for more tasty food and the great vibes!

Food is always great! And this time, service was excellent. I hope they keep this up and maintain service especially upstairs with the BBQ tables.

Looks are deceiving. I asked for spicy and hot. What I received was sweet and sweet and sweet food. If you are after hot and spicy food avoid this place.

Good service, we managed to get a table without booking and didn't have to wait too long! Staff was very helpful. Kimchi jiggae was particularly good. We also were surprised by a free chocolate dorayaki to celebrate one of our birthdays! Thanks to Amala for hosting us.

I visited this restaurant on November 2nd. While the food was decent, the service was disappointing. The staff was rude and served me the wrong dish without offering an apology.

I have been coming to Yori for years but sadly will not be returning. Twice now I've been and twice the service along with the food was shocking. 1st time ordered a pork dish with barely any pork in it. 2nd time ordering some food and drinks. Was in there waiting for nearly 20 minutes to half an hour for our drink that never came. I felt like I walk into an Indian restaurant with how many Indians were working is there. They seemed more concerned with answering voice notes on there phone the ensuring that the customers had there drinks. Plus the restaurant wasn't even busy. Ended up leaving without getting food or drinks. Tired off watching 4 people chatting amongst themselves and ignoring all the customer waiting. Disappointed with the service which is a shame as I love Korean food and Korean culture. Will not be returning. It seems to get worse every time you go.

We came as a table of 4 and was seated quickly and efficiently. Our waiter Harun was very helpful with our service. We throughly enjoyed our experience :)

This restaurant was so good a few years ago. I came back to have another good experience. I was surprised that it has lost all of its authenticity. I suggest that you look into the staff. They Seem to be more interest in being on the phone or shouting at each other in the kitchen. I like the Korean culture. But no one that works in there seemed to be from that area of the world.

The korean bbq is soooo good. Worth the price and the staff named Rizwan is very friendly and very accomodating. Will be back for sure! We enjoyed the food very much!

Very good Korean food - meat perfectly cooked, dishes super spiced. Everything is beautifully served. Unfortunately, the dishes did not come at the same time, which is not nice, in cases like you come for a date or a meeting with friends and someone gets food when others have already finished. The place is okay - there is not much space downstairs, but more upstairs. I had the impression that the tables were slightly sticky. To sum up - the food is of a great standard, a small minus for the service. Despite this, I recommend it.

One star less because of missing items in my delivery. It says dumplings included in the 'lunch set for 1', but it's not there 😥. At first, I thought this might be a simple human error, so I decided to order the same thing again the next day. But my dumplings are still missing!!! Where's my dumplingsss 😰 Editing the review now to 5 stars after writing this review as the next two orders that I made, they added dumplings to my order even though I never ordered it 😅. Thank you!!!

Good Korean Restaurant From barbecue to regular dishes, the food is very outstanding and authentic. Barbecue menu is more expensive than regular menu. So it's up to customers'budget. Very flexible. So far no disappointing visits since it opened.

Very busy. The food is ok but if you are used to Korean food it won’t be the best you’ve had - the kimchi jeon is probably the worst I’ve had anywhere, the tteokboki and other dishes were fine. The servers were friendly enough, but they have a system where you can order but not pay via phone - great for quick ordering but not so good when you have to try and catch someone’s eye to pay - I ended up calling out in the end. I was expecting the food to be much better and left disappointed.

We had a lovely time in Yori Cambridge. Service was lovely. Staff was welcoming and attentive especially saisri.

Arrived at 13:20 and none of the food order arrived after 40 minutes. Took multiple times to check and turned out system crashed and didn’t take the manual order in. The person who served didn’t even bother to check in at all. The table next to was not cleaned for 30 minutes despite being at peak time. Awful experience overall. The restaurant is not ready to serve an influx despite having 4servers. To pay for service fees is also a joke.

The Food was very yummy and the Service is pretty good aswell(Harun). It could be Halal so more people could eat here.

The kimchi rice soup and beef bibimbap have good reviews~ They are very friendly to the Chinese stomach, and the waiter Rizwan is also very friendly. You can give it a try when you come to Cambridge!
