City Kebab in Cambridge

The pizza in city kebab is really good. it’s the only place that’s open till late at night when everything else shuts even late into the night at 3.. Perfect place for you to grab food after your tipsy and hungry after a few drinks at the club

Me and a work colleague from Malaysia came to open our Iftar and they were very welcoming. Ali was very nice and accommodating in particular and even offered us to try some of the donner to decide which one we wanted. I ordered a chicken pizza with extra donner and it was very nice. Very classic ethnic style pizza and generous with toppings and sauce. Would definitely come down again. May Allah bless you.

Food took over an hour at lunch time and was cold. Found bones in the chicken kebab.

Best kebab in Cambridge ever had

I ordered the City Kebab Feast menu from city kebab today at noon. The lamb döner was stink and , the chicken döner contained chewy, rubbery hairy skin pieces, making it unpleasant to eat. The salad was also disappointing—it had wilted and discolored lettuce, clearly from the previous day. Overall, the quality was very poor, and I would not recommend it.

Honestly one of the best kebabs I've had the manager Ali he was Great and very caring very nice chicken shish kebab and 1/4 burger I recommend this place don't be fooled by the fake 1star reviews as I had seen them but when I went in store they were professional and hard working and served me a great meal for that thanks Lads

La peor comida para llevar en Cambridge (y que he estado en toda mi vida). Gran inconsistencia entre los precios en la comida para llevar y los precios para la entrega en línea (Fichas grandes en comida para llevar - £ 3. 70 / pedido en línea - £ 5. 70 ) . Large Kebab - £ 17 . 99 - poco servido frío, con pitta mimimal y obviamente de tamaño pequeño. £ 2 . 99 por queso adicional? Chips empapados, flácidos y mal cocinados. Este lugar está capitalizando a la gente borracha que sale de la tienda de grano y lúpulo con sus precios extremadamente escandalosos y simplemente comida terrible. Debería tener una calificación alimentaria cero. Hay comida para llevar muy superior en Cambridge, así que no malgastes tu dinero en este horrible lugar.

Food was okay, wasn't the best however it did somewhat fill me up. (ordered a chicken burger meal at 3:45am) Did kind of rush us to take the order however the food was okayish. I did visit their sister branch "uncle franks" however I decline to comment on them. All I'm going to say is Uncle Franks does need to train their staff with manners and etiquette.

It was one of the rare places open after a certain hour, we always went here after club exits. The portions were abundant and delicious according to the European style of kebab. When I received a package order near where I was staying, they would deliver it to my house, hey, being a student, hey :)

Got a quick doner wrap for dinner at 10:00 p.m. The food was hot and delicious and came out relatively quickly. Service was efficient and very friendly. The location isn't much to look at, basically just a hole-in-the-wall take out place with bar stool seating for about five people.

It was late and it was cold. I usually have good service from city but not this time sadly

Every item stone cold (didn’t help that my order was just chilling on the passengers car chair not even in a heat bag) Overpriced. Burnt pizza. Chips that look like they were cooked a week ago. Deep fried sausage, looked like it was cooked several times then left for a week to dry out. The doner wrap was wet so it stuck to the paper that it was rolled in. All they could do was blame it on other people and traffic what BS! You’d be better off not delivering, waste of everyone’s time and money

Not a bad kebab but for some reason it was delivered without any of the salad, I tried to reach out about it to just eat and they kept trying to tell me many of their partners have different variations so they wouldn’t be able to help me as per their policy…, it wasn’t a variation, as it’s in the description on just eat and the official website and in general whoever wants a kebab… somebody forgot and didn’t want to give any real support…

Fed up with this company there service is terrible. Two days in a row and it’s still a shocking service. Please please don’t credit me just put it back into my bank I really don’t want to use just eat again.

Fish and chips taste to fried chicken

Lamb shish comes with very satisfying large chunks of meat :D It gives little chew and tastes flavorful. Not fatty. Salad seems fresh. It’s hard to choose between wrap and pita as always but the pita absorbs the sauce and juices so I’m glad with my choice. Lamb doner looks a little like reformed meat and also not always shaved fresh off the grill. The chicken doner looks decent. (First visit after passing by in years. Might come back later.) Basic but can be 5 star for the price if you make the right choice ;)

Ordered at 5:45pm, due at 6:30pm. Delivery time changed to 6:45pm. I called the restaurant at 7:15. Restaurant stated order had left and will arrive in 5 minutes. 7:40pm the food arrived. The food was cold.

Really great experience. The food came really quick and hot! The driver was an Indian guy and a true gentleman, he was quick, professional and nice. I will order again as the overall service was one of the best I have had in Cambridge.

City Kebab' IS A DISGRACE. Appalling customer service. I've never had to make a formal complaint before but You asked for it. I made an Order and it was NEVER delivered. So i called up the resteraunt to see where my order was and the manager gave me nothing but bullish!t excuses. I just wanted my food or money back but he was just relying on his dodgy delivery to do a good job wich wasen't the case. I never got an apology i didn't get my food /money back. No Shame. No repect. No thank you

The worst chicken doner I've ever eaten. There was no chicken, they only sent chicken skin. I called the restaurant many times and they didn't answer. This was the first time I felt the need to write a bad review for a restaurant. I definitely do not recommend the doner.

The food when it arrived was nice. It was about 45 minutes late,I looked out from my front door and see a car nearby. I then checked again a few minutes later and it had been left by the door. Knowone had called or knocked on the door.

Recently, City Kebab have been great. Food arrived hot and it was the correct order, however, today chips were greasy and soggy. I also asked for no drimsticks for the 2-piece southern fried. I got two!
