One of the best Burgers in Norwich. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!!

Five family members we always come here for our Birthday treat of the Saturday evening carvery it’s just like you would have at home but better . We often see the same people returning each time which tells you how lovely it is x

WOW! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered a delivery took about 1hr20 which is ok fine if the food is good. Turned up food cold portions absolutely shocking so small. £20 mix grill was so small a few little scrappy chicken bits and a gristle lamb chop. Bulgar weat didn't even feel the bottom of the tray.£50's worth of food wss not worth the money at all. Phoned straight away and was told that this is what tbe chef says is a portion due to raising costs. As a result of me raising the issue I was told we are now blocked from ordering again! Great customer service, but equally, I'm pleased we can't order from here again! Obviously, make your own mind up, but my opinion AVOID

Tuvimos un fabuloso almuerzo en The Bell donde la comida y el servicio fue ejemplar. Nos sentamos afuera en el jardín que se veía muy bonito con las cestas colgantes de colores. Era tranquilo a la llegada, así que tuvimos la opción de asientos. La camarera, Helen, respondió a cualquier pregunta relacionada con el menú y fue muy atento y amable. Mi marido tenía la hoja de carne y yo elegí la trucha de tiza. Ambos platos estaban absolutamente deliciosos. Ambos optamos por el postre y por recomendación tomé el parfait de pistacho helado que fue un gran éxito. Mi marido eligió el mini plato de queso, ya que le encanta la combinación de queso Stilton y pastel de dátiles. En resumen, un almuerzo muy agradable de nuevo en The Bell.

Just had a really nice Sunday lunch. The staff are a happy and helpful team and the food was fresh hot and plentiful what more could you ask. By far the best Sunday roast in the area. Thanks we’re already planning our next visit.

We’ve visited Provenance a few times in the summer and it is normally a treat. We popped in for lunch this week and it was really disappointing though. Firstly the restaurant was cold. I didn’t take off my coat and gloves the whole time we were there. For starter I had a pork croquette. It was a lump. The size and shape of a Gregg’s sausage roll and a really peculiar texture. I only ate half of it. For main course my husband had a lamb burger. It was left on the side for ages and almost cold. The amount of cumin in the mayo made it very peculiar. Our fries were also almost cold. My main course, pork loin, was underdone in places and over in others. It came with a gravy that wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I wouldn’t have ordered it had I known. Overall, we won’t be rushing back. Staff apologised and took the cost of the fries off our meal (£4). The experience still cost us £67. Very unimpressed.

Old school diner with great food and potion size.

We visited the restaurant last night and have to say it was one of the best restaurants we have been to for some time. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely beautiful. Well presented, hot and very tasty. The chef even came out to check we were happy. Haven’t experienced that for a long time. We would certainly recommend the Old Paparazzi. We will definitely be back. Oh, and I have to say, they had the cleanest toilets I have ever seen! Absolutely immaculate.

...oh my goodness! Who cares if it has a week's calories in a slice? It's a good thing I don't live locally: I'd have to pop in every day and would probably be several stones heavier.

Fabulous food. Lovely service. Such a nice place. Food cooked fresh and you are not hurried. Lamb dishes very tender. Will definitely be coming back.

Went in for breakfast was met by friendly staff . Lovely breakfast bap and wife had crumpets . Really tasty food and fresh pots of proper tea
