Having had Afternoon Tea here yesterday, I would not recommend it whatsoever. Only the sandwiches were freshly made. Total rip off for £30 per head! No atmosphere as there was no one else there! The waitress kept disappearing! Very disappointing indeed.

What an experience I’ve just had in Asda ! Only went in for a few things . Looking at the reductions I turned around. A Asda man is staring at me with a big trolley so I looked at him and he said I’m just trying to get there. I said okay sorry and moved away so he put his large trolley filling up the whole of the reduction section I said sorry was just trying to browse there. he just continued on his little Mobile . Then went to the till my card wouldn’t work in the machine. They told me just to try again didn’t give me a chance to even explain . I said the card reader keeps going off and on, but they said just try again and walked off. still wasn’t working so he came over and said you need to use a proper card which I told the man I was ! I said that’s what I am using ( chip and pin) he said well it’s a trip to customer services then to sort it . Got to customer service he slammed the receipt on the desk Customer service lady hardly even looked at me and then I said, can you please take this coat hanger for me? She said yeah sure but you haven’t paid for that top I said yes I have she said no it void on your receipt . I had to give her the receipt out my bag . Looked at the receipt she said oh and I said I wouldn’t not pay for something and she then replied I didn’t mean in that way! And huffed at me. Would call up and complain but unfortunately I would go through to customer services. Every time I come to this store staff are not willing to help you. Few years back my partner applied for a job at this store and went through all the interview process got a start date . Unfortunately the start date had to be pushed back a day or two for personal reasons and they were absolutely horrible to my partner. Avoid at all costs

You know what you will get from KFC, not my first choice but getting quite expensive these days. Service was good, food was cooked as it should so no complaints.

Called in 14.30 for a late veggie breakfast at point of order we were told 20 minute wait. One coffee machine broke the other broke down twice. After 40 minutes meals not arrived had to join queue to complain and obtain a refund it was simply awful service and everyone was complaining. What also made it worse it was freezing in the restaurant.

Wrong delivery received and when we contacted them ref this, they refused to honour the correct delivery within a time scale acceptable When we stated that we would no longer use their services the answer was 'whatever ' Buyer beware

Attended the pizza shop with my friends they all received their food, while I have had to wait 20 extra minutes for them to tell me they have lost my pizza and need to remake it! Poor management and the staff were not friendly or considerate. Will not be returning! Holding a bad reputation for the dominos chain

Freezing cold and slow service . Make sure you wear a coat it’s Baltic in here. Waited in queue for 10 minutes, but only behind 3 people. Service soooo slow.

We went to a Pizza Hut in Grantham and had some lunch, it took 1 hour for our food to arrive after asking multiple times for our food. Also, the unlimited drinks machine gave me cherry Pepsi instead of normal Pepsi! Terrible.

We ordered 2 large pizzas as a Friday night treat. We placed our order at 20:25 and sat back and relaxed. However, our hopes of having the convenience of our food arriving at our door were drastically shattered when after AN HOUR the app was showing that our pizzas were NOT EVEN IN THE OVEN! My husband phoned to be told that yes - the app was correct. They haven't employed enough delivery drivers so we will have to wait another hour: A TOTAL OF TWO HOURS for our pizzas to make it to our house! In the end, my husband drove down to collect them - however we ended up paying the same as having them delivered, although they threw in a garlic bread for free which does not make up the difference in cost between delivery and collection. Do not order if you are expecting your food to make to your house. We will not use them again.

I've been coming here since I was around 10 years old, and for a good reason to. Always big portions, friendly staff and they even give me on the house drinks from time to time. 100% recommend this place to anyone who lives in Grantham.

Ordered on the app, pick up was reasonably quick, staff were polite. On getting home with my take away, I find missing item, specifically a toffee pie, no big deal but not worth driving back to complain, so you just lose out. This has happened a few times over the years. Not good enough and no way to complain easily to get a credit or refund. Will check more thoroughly next time before I leave the location.

This Burger King and Greggs are just off the a1. It’s a big mostly empty place and it was absolutely freezing. Either there is no heating or it was broken. Food from Burger King was as expected although a bit slow given how empty the place was. We went back to the car as quickly as possible to avoid hypothermia!

Shoo look okay from outside with customers coming and going so I thought I'll give it a go. Inside looks in disrepair with TV displays not working, also looks dated as if being in a different country. Purchased the £25 meal deal 12 price chicken 12 boneless chicken 12 hot wings 3 fries 2 onion rings and a bottle of drink. Opening the contents the chicken breast look as if chicken had been cut off then coated with seasoning. The boneless chicken was spice and only 2 onion rings not 2 portions. Next day said it all with running to the toilet. I looked up the rating to find this eatery is only 3 star food hygiene. This shop is a disgrace to Corringham Town centre. Need to be inspected by Thurrock Council. Needless to say I will not be entertaining this shop again.

Food was absolutely stone cold. We both threw it in the bin as it was so horrible. Very poor service, food should be at least warm.

Having ordered lunch for my daughter and I for delivery we were shocked when it did not arrive, I rang the store to find out where my order was and they said I have to deal with just eat I rang just eat and they told me the delivery driver had tried to deliver three times which he obviously had not as my front door opens onto my living room where my daughter and I had been sat for the past two hours looking out the window waiting for our food, shocking service from both Greggs and Just eat and to top it off no refund,
