Domino's Pizza Grantham in South Kesteven

Didn't do correct order, messed up few ingredients and took a while to fix.Also told us was ready for collection, but still had to wait 5 mins on arrival.

I clearly stated in the comments that I was allergic to onions, get my pizza delivered and it was covered in onions

The food was nice, got all the right quantities, thankfully! Good service, got the food hot in a short amount of time. Good service and pizza was made Infront of me. Very nice!

Visited to collect online order.... the order hadn't processed properly, probably my fault! Gentleman worker called customer service for me and nothing was too much trouble. I repeated my order to staff member Adam, who was absolutely lovely. He worked out the best value way to process my order and saved me more than online. Thank god for the personal touch! Fab staff throughout the whole establishment!

awful, ordered at 6.43pm, its now 7.36 pm, nothing has arrived, they have my number, yet no call from the delivery driver, its showing as delivered on the tracker, so someone has had it, or its gone somewhere, i even put driver instructions!!! Truly shocking the lack of any customer service. Seriously, go elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here

We Waited for over an hour after the app stated the pizza was in quality check. we had tried to call the shop and met with no answer for the first 10 minutes, when the call was answered we were told that the food should be with us as it left the shop 15-20 minutes ago. items were missing from our order. The driver was apologetic about the missing food and asked us to call the shop, we informed him of our previous attempt to call and again he was apologizing and said that he would not be going to the Grantham store as he is a newark shop driver. Food was not warm, poorly cut which makes sharing a pizza fairly a difficult task. The double decadance had the double base however there was a lack of sauce. the past 2 orders prior to this had not been up to a good standard however we understand that there can be times of short staffing and late deliveries. On the whole we are greatly disappointed by this.

Absolutely a joke I don't know how they can charge money for the cold pizza soggy wedges and chicken strips were undercooked, they took an hour and half to arrive. Don't bother with dominos give the a wide berth. I called various times throughout the time what a load of rubbish that went straight in the bin, the manager Mohamad said they would refund me? Nothing at all they deserve to fail and as you can see by my review I'm not happy!

Having had the 2/4/1 on tues but buy one get one free every other day phone conversation years ago 😂I now had buy one get one free £19.99 didn’t want 2 pizza asked for price of single told that be 9.99 ???? Surely if buy 1get 1 free buying one at 9.99 u get 2 ?? Good job they make great pizza 😃one day I work out pricing but worth the confusion for the laughs 😂😂

I visited 10/01/2019 as I got enticed by a poster on the outside widow and decided I would go inside and I spent £11.98 (more than the £5.99 "deal") I had the unfortunate experience of being served by the most unprofessional, rude, unpleasant and chauvinistic Manager on Duty called "Mr Ozmar." I politely explained I would like the deal in the shop window.He replied "I don't know, what is the deal" I said "I am surprized as you work here that you're asking me what the deal is" he said "I can't see the deal" so I replied "RU seriously expecting me to go back outside into the cold to take a photo to show you the deal, which as Staff you should know" He replied "Well yes" so I said I had a better idea, that I would stay inside the shop and bring the poster to him on the counter, to which he said "NO, don't do that" At this stage, he said he was not serving me and asked me to leave.I replied "Why are you asking me to leave when I haven't done anything wrong?" He then rudely yelled over to a female Staff called "Ftma" and said loudly "I can't deal with her can you serve her." I spent £11.98 in total, paid my money and left the shop as I was feeling upset and horrified by Mr Ozmar appalling attitude to me.Once outside the shop, I looked back through window and saw more members of staff with Mr Ozmar all laughing at me behind my Back. Shocking and unprofessional is an under-statement. I understand he a temporary Manager, but this is not the point - he shouldn't be working with Customers full-stop. As for the food - average and on the expensive side if no deal taken. No car-parking. I would never go back and would really like a refund for the non-existent Customer Service given to me, poor treatment and lack of knowledge. Also some Staff struggle with fluent spoken English when taking my order, which leads me to believe they're hiring cheap labour. I then walked across Road to Pizza Hut" and got a perfect service by Amanda and her team. Reported on-line my complaint waiting to hear back...

Traté de llamar para pedir pero me contestaron el teléfono y me dijo en inglés pigeon son ocupados y poner el teléfono. Fui a probar a la orden y había 8 personal alrededor, me paré un par de minutos y preguntó si alguien estaba sirviendo...

All you would expect from a takeaway pizza. Clean and friendly staff. Always good pizza- my favourite!

This place is very expensive for what you get, & that's with a meal deal. I got 2 pizzas, a garlic bread, ice cream, one miniscule-sized chocolate pudding & a couple of dips & it came to over forty quid! We were waiting ages too. Also the food didn't taste as good as I expected it to.

Expensive processed pizza that is better than a frozen one from the supermarket, staff seem uninterested in what you want and just talk among themselves

Very fast service, had everything we wanted, staff we nice and friendly, would go to takeaway again.
