We went to a Pizza Hut in Grantham and had some lunch, it took 1 hour for our food to arrive after asking multiple times for our food. Also, the unlimited drinks machine gave me cherry Pepsi instead of normal Pepsi! Terrible.

5 for food, new layout where you get a table then you order your own food from the counter.Unlimited salad bar which was good, and unlimited drinks and ice cream.Hot n spicy chicken was good. Toilet hand dryer is very low for adults, good for kids though.Fair prices.Weird thing is people wanted in but they said they booked up, but place was half empty?!

We found the menu over complicated and confusing. Was surprised that orders are not taken at the table, and that you have to pay before the food is brought to the table. Food very ordinary and poor value for money. We ordered a "deal", but when we asked for second part of it, an attempt was made to charge us again. Our mugs of tea arrived with the bag still in. For the price, you would expect a pot, properly brewed. Younger members of our party enjoyed the experience, but I did not.

Uffington Road
Slow service and when I asked for a small jug of milk for my wife to enjoy her tea, as apposed to the UHT small cartons, the women behind the till rolled her eyes, scowled and then took about 10 minutes to bring the milk, at which point she thrust it down on the side without saying a word. Avoid like the plague!!!

Union StreetDirty, empty shelves, as for the restocking system, do they not know of health and safety, boxes all over the floor, pallets in the middle of aisles, plastic wrapping and cardboard on floor ... get a grip 🙄

Belton Woods Hotel, Belton, Grantham NG32 2LN, United KingdomHaving had Afternoon Tea here yesterday, I would not recommend it whatsoever. Only the sandwiches were freshly made. Total rip off for £30 per head! No atmosphere as there was no one else there! The waitress kept disappearing! Very disappointing indeed.
