This cafe is noisy and freezing cold. We complained to the manager who couldn't care less. I'll never visit again.

Met here for a drink and a bacon roll. By time we went we were frozen! Blower was blowing out cold! Bacon roll was luke warm and chewy! For the price it was a disgrace! Would definately NOT recommend!

The food is OK, nothing special and the staff are polite and pleasant. The main problem I find with this cafe is it is always cold. It isn't a nice cafe like some of the other M&S cafes. If you go, wrap up warm ;-)

Feels more like a staff canteen than a cafe. Sometimes a bit untidy and uninviting. Coffee could be warmer!

A great place for a quick bite. The usual good M&S food, coupled with friendly staff. The only let-down is it’s very cold in the cafe winter time.

Great service from staff. Food is lovely and fresh and a great place for a quick coffee whilst the wife shops. Great for parking right outside. Would maybe benefit from a sofa or a few comfy chairs.

Thursday just before 11.30 joined the queue of three, but nobody was serving, one young lad was doing his best to prepared hot food but was taking instructions from his female colleague, except she had gone into the dining area with a toasted teacake leaving nobody serving, it took fifteen minutes to get served as one customer had ordered takeaway drinks and that held everything up. Firstly the nonsense with serving toasted teacakes should have been stopped long ago by installing a proper toaster in order to heat them in, as opposed to a toasted teacake being done in one of the ovens, taking up space and the staff being required to place the teacakes on greaseproof paper and then placing in the oven, a rolling toaster would have the teacakes done in a fraction of the time, freeing up the staff to serve customers. Two staff on this operation is just ridiculous, eventually the two in store bakery staff were sent over to help out, sadly one of them was in such a dither, whilst her colleague stated she did not want to leave the bakery, so neither of them proved to be very proactive. Eventually served, but now no jugs to put milk in for our tea, not surprising when the tables had not been cleared for hours and the rubbish bins behind the counter were overflowing, just not enough staff to keep on top of things. Sat down and the hot food arrived in about five minutes and was hot although the bun had been overdone, drinks could have been hotter, the place was around half full, a tremendous amount of the dining area was taken up by people bringing in shopping trolleys, some with food in and some not, the policy as told to us by the company HQ is they are not allowed to be taken in to their Café`s for fear of causing an obstruction or injury to either customers or staff and impeding the access of customers with mobility issues, additionally there remains a risk of cross contamination with bringing in certain food items, not to mention the dirt from the trolleys with them stored outside the store. The store opened three years ago and its time all the issues with Café were addressed to avoid losing future custom.

Slow service and when I asked for a small jug of milk for my wife to enjoy her tea, as apposed to the UHT small cartons, the women behind the till rolled her eyes, scowled and then took about 10 minutes to bring the milk, at which point she thrust it down on the side without saying a word. Avoid like the plague!!!

KFC seem to have made it incredible difficult to order and use discount. The App wouldn't apply the discount, the staff didn't really care and wouldn't take the order at the counter as it was cash only. The kiosk also would not scan the App code. And no coffee. Poor show

Dirty, empty shelves, as for the restocking system, do they not know of health and safety, boxes all over the floor, pallets in the middle of aisles, plastic wrapping and cardboard on floor ... get a grip 🙄

Having had Afternoon Tea here yesterday, I would not recommend it whatsoever. Only the sandwiches were freshly made. Total rip off for £30 per head! No atmosphere as there was no one else there! The waitress kept disappearing! Very disappointing indeed.
