I like the burgers there. The staff is very friendly aswell

We ordered from here when we were drunk and even then and even then it wasn’t fit for consumption. I reckon it’s only a matter of time before the FDA ask you to remove American from your name on grounds of slander. The chicken was barely cooked in the middle, the bacon was burnt and yet somehow still oinking. Even the drinks, literally the LEAST involved part of the process, were wrong. The chips were beige, anaemic, and somehow at times were completely hollow. And the amount of onion in the salad- Oh my god. We chugged vodka straight from the bottle and even then we could not weather the Onion Attack. I have spared a star because the food was at least warm, and the delivery man was kind enough to spare us 50p.

Ordered for at 5pm which they stated would be with us for 6pm. Food finally arrived at 7.30 and was still missing the drinks off the order. Food was average and not really worth the price or long wait. Sausage pizza was the only plus side to this abysmal order.

They helped us out even tho some things was messed up thanks to just eat. would eat here again.

Food is cold not what we ordered ordered French fries got chips not even a phone call to see if we would except it ordered fish fingers and fries got scampi and fries not what we ordered

Pizza and garlic bread burnt and cold .. Food was an hour late.

Batter on the fish was horrendous, soggy!! Like it had been dropped in a bucket of water...mini fish basically about two inches chopped off the end of a regular size fish. Chips appeared to be frozen chips, no fish and chip shop chips. Gravy was lumpy.

Pizza was over cooked as well as being cold. Full order arrived lukewarm at best. Order was also late.

We have ordered from here several times and never had an issue other then long waiting times, after trying to order a few times and our order been rejected over the past couple of weeks. We were pleased they accepted but tonight it just wasn’t good, Food Barely warm, no salad, no sauces, wrong drink. Yet was on time. The chips were dry, the mixed special kebab was really salty and the pizzas dripping with grease. The delivery driver was pleasant though.

Food was awful. Kids meal forgotten. Took 45 minutes to send it back out

My food was 45 mins late than the latest estimated time . I would of drove to town and collect if I had know , would of been cheaper

Used to love this takeaway, pizza, burgers, fish and chips it was brilliant. The pizza was our favourite because of the cheeseburger crust. They always arrived on time, they always gave us what we ordered and it was perfecto. A month or two ago we stopped having sauce turn up with our pizza. OK, fair enough, they stopped doing it. Then they started getting later and later. OK, the food was worth it. Then the food started arriving wrong. One or two orders, human error it happens...but then it happened more often. The pie we ordered didn't turn up, we waited hours. I ordered a pizza at 3pm for a 7:30pm delivery, 9:30pm and four phone calls later...the delivery driver arrived while I was ringing so I went out to meet him...disconnected my call to the pizza place, to see the delivery drivers phone light up with the number I was ringing. Then he said: I've just arrived. So they were blatantly ignoring my number then. Ordered two same pizzas and one different, got three of the same. Rang up to inform them, was told they'd do my next pizza free. Ordered another through Just Eat and put a note reminding them of their promise, for them to cancel the order and never pick up to me again. I don't know if they're still operating but from what used to be our favourite takeaway to the shambolic mess it became...I think new management needs to come in and sort it out.

Food was late and tepid , last time we ordered from here it was bang on time and piping hot !

Called restaurant after 30 min after expected delivery. Told it had just left. Waited a further 35 min before arrival

I phoned half an hour after the app said the food had been delivered and they told me it was still cooking. They blamed being busy, but if that was the case they should have refused the order. That would have saved me a 2 and a half hour wait for a mediocre meal.

I would like a total refund and the food to be taken back. Inedible Cold Poor quality Now in a black bin liner if you’d like to collect it. Such a shame we are out in a village as I’m sure a homeless person would of eaten it. Then again probably not fit for consumption.

AVOID!!!! made an order via JustEat at 18:30, it’s now 21:45 and there’s no sign of our order. We rang up 20+ times for them not to answer. Tried ringing when over an hour late and no response,then turn up at my door after hour and half saying they brought my food,sorry but not going there again, pizza place is the place, it's always early and fantastic food,highly recommend pizza place big thumbs up

Order not received after over 2 hours. Children waiting to go to bed! No answer when you ring the phone number. A big disappointed for the first night of our holiday!

Ordered at 6.30pm. Received at 9pm after given 2 different delivery times and last one was 20 mins late still. Food eventually arrived. Cold and items missing . Will definitely not be ordering again

Just-eat virgin - very impressed with the whole service, came on time , food was lovely and hot and portions were very generous.

Delivery was outside the estimated delivery time, would of been quicker collecting myself. Food was luke warm! The pizzas were spot on but the donner meat with chips and cheese was more or less cold. The drinks were wrong, I asked for Pepsi and got Cola. I will not be eating here again.

Over two hours waiting for food. What was meant to be a kebab wasn't, utter foul! A piece of rock hard pitta bread in a bag, with a tray of chicken and chips, the burger I looked at and said nope I can't eat that! Grease dripping off bun at bottom, pickled red cabbage on top! Also when you ring for update, they say on its way sorry its late, bye and hang up! AVOID THIS PLACE

Absolutely disgusting food, hard fries, burnt kebab meat, chilli sauce that defies description (tomato purée with chilli flakes) and cold even I could have done better with the salad (which was warm)! This is the first and last time I we will be ordering from them.

I’m truely disappointed I was told my food would arrive within the house, This would mean 6.05 it has just arrived 7.20 3 phone calls telling me be 5 minutes. Meaning my children staying waiting for food way longer than they should, and it also being freezing cold. I shall be taking this further!!

We have just recently tonight ordered from here after a long spell yet again as received not only wrong ordered items but items missing as well. When we ring up we get fobbed off with excuses. We can say we won't be ordering from these again. They used to be quite popular but have gone to the dogs. With no care in their so called customer service. Always next time they say with them well not anymore.

This has been our no1 takeaway establishment for a nice kebab for the last couple of years, the first time I ordered, in 1st lockdown, the kebab was fresh, the fries where crispy and the meal was beautiful, this time was absolutely terrible, hardly any kebab meat, fries under the kebab meat, even tho I ordered a chicken shush kebab, I also ordered cheesy fries which came as chunky ‘chip shop chips with cheese’ not fries, didn’t eat much, not a nice experience,

Food was ok, my fish & Chips were a little out as the fish was small and there were far too many chips for a medium portion. Kebab was nice but the Chillie sauce wasn`t hot so all in all a medium experience.

Slight confusion with postcodes as google maps gave the wrong one but they quickly sorted it out and would have to say the chicken shish and chips was absolutely outstanding would definitely recommend 👍

Good food but I also ordered 1.5L of Tango to go with it, I received 4x 330ml cans, that’s 1320ml not 1500ml. Makes what would have been a good review more of a disappointing one.

After ordering at 16.44 our food finally arrived just before 7pm after been due at 17.55 😳 this is after calling the restaurant twice to be told it’s on its way. Not ideal when I have 3 young children all hungry and whining about when it’s going to arrive. Pizzas and Chips had to be reheated. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered in a fortnight thinking last time was just a one off but obviously I was mistaken and after reading other reviews shows been late is a common thing.

Food was nice and Good Value For Money, Delivery Time wasn’t great ordered food around 6.20 for delivery at 7.30 didn’t eat until at least 8.15 also had to be reheated as wasn’t overly hot by the time it arrived.

Service & delivery were great, but not a good product. I ordered three large donor kebabs, unfortunately they came on top of chips, which I didn't order or want, so I spent 10 minutes separating them, which cooled the meat. The pitta breads were absolutely rock hard and inedible, they went straight in the bin. Basically I had doner meat and salad. The meat once I had reheated it in the microwave was fine. It was good value, but I wouldn't order again. I'm sure it was a one off and don't want to put anyone off trying them.

Unfortunately our food was 35 minutes early and we ordered a Texas pizza with a tomato base and it came with a BBQ base!

My order came an hour early! I paid extra for a bbq pepperoni cheese crust and I was sent a plain cheese crust. My ordered was also missing the sauce that was ordered. Very disappointed 😞
