Food was absolutely stone cold. We both threw it in the bin as it was so horrible. Very poor service, food should be at least warm.

Server couldn't have been less friendly. I ended up going in twice and both times, the service was a shocker. I ended up leaving annoyed. Come on Greggs. Your customers deserve better.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE arrived at 9 in the morning and asked for a cheese baguette. I was told that as it wasn’t on the till they couldn’t do it. However In the dozens of other greggs I’ve been to across the country this has never been a problem. So I asked if I could get a cheese salad baguette. To also be told no. There was none in the fridge. The fridge was completely empty apart from a couple of things. This was at 9 in the morning. However I could see piles of freshly cooked baguettes. So the real issue is that the staff are lazy. You’d have some understanding if they were run off their feet however this services was completely empty. I have been to some poor greggs however this tops them all. Management need teaching how to manage.

Called in 14.30 for a late veggie breakfast at point of order we were told 20 minute wait. One coffee machine broke the other broke down twice. After 40 minutes meals not arrived had to join queue to complain and obtain a refund it was simply awful service and everyone was complaining. What also made it worse it was freezing in the restaurant.

Having had Afternoon Tea here yesterday, I would not recommend it whatsoever. Only the sandwiches were freshly made. Total rip off for £30 per head! No atmosphere as there was no one else there! The waitress kept disappearing! Very disappointing indeed.

Can't do any of the kids eat for £1 Dirty tables Can't have a straw we have none Can't do hot drinks The machines broken Funny ... the asda cafe is in asda... one of rhe biggest supermarket chains in England! I wonder where they can go to buy straws? tea bags? Coffee sachets or instant? A kettle? Not really hard is it? The amount of business you've lost and a tonne of bad reviews on the way no doubt! How to further ruin the already bad reputation you have
