My experience was appalling. When I raised a complaint, the staff did not take my complaint seriously and it was only when I threatened the staff with parking my car in the drive through queue and walking off, that they started to take me seriously. The complaint was straightforward. It was relatively minor- it was simply that I had been waiting for ages in an a drive tgriuhh order point ‘Lane 1’ and a car came along with in ‘Lane 2’ and was served immediatky. Whilst not a major matter, when you’re already late and want to get a quick coffee and drive off..The very definition of ‘Fast Food’ is nothing but that. As said above, the issue and frustrations arose further when I raised this and staff were dismissive about my concern. Next time, I will be ensuring I am late and will be leaving my car in the drive thru main lane and ensuing that nobody will be served. It is a civil matter, not a police matter as it is on private property and we can then see how they like that. I would urge others to do the same.

How many times can you get breakfast wrong. A muffin so hard that it could not be eaten and no egg. Quite unbelievable how a £7 breakfast can be so bad. It surprises me how mcdonalds continues to be so popular. I eat a breakfast most Saturdays after shopping and the difference from one week to the next is mad. This week's was disgusting

I use this branch of McDonald’s most days and generally find it to be like any other, with the exception of the manager ‘Gosia’ who on two occasions has been surly and confrontational when dealing with me after her staff have made mistakes. Mistakes happen, especially in busy high pressure environments, and that’s perfectly understandable, it’s also happily accepted as I’ve always found the other members of staff here to be really nice and friendly, impressively so considering that they are being supervised by someone who has truly awful interpersonal skills. I spent twenty years of my life managing teams and training staff on various elements of customer service including conflict management and I tell you, this individual is getting it badly wrong. It’s quite simple… 1. If a customer is standing at the counter in a fast food restaurant they are either waiting to be served or waiting for their order. If they’ve been waiting for 10 minutes, something’s clearly gone wrong somewhere, so ask them clearly what they need, apologise for the delay, and rectify the situation. 2. If a customer is given the wrong order, apologise, establish what the order should’ve been, quickly check the order to verify this, and give the customer what they actually ordered. A smile at this point would be ideal. What you don’t do, is stare at customers with an aggressive countenance and make them feel that they are an inconvenience for waiting patiently for 10 minutes or daring to return with food they didn’t order. This woman needs training! You’re welcome.

The employees got the order wrong in the drive through, I went back and they then proceeded to get the order wrong a second time as they had run out of the breakfast items. I wouldn’t have minded if they actually just said this but deliberately getting the order wrong is incredibly poor customer service.

Always getting the order wrong or missing items on uber. Uber blame mcdonalds and mcdonalds blame uber. The answer is always come collect whats missed.

Once again items missing from an order for delivery. There response was get a refund from Uber eats even though they’ve failed to do there job and pass the problem to Uber eats

I have been there 6 times now and when I’ve gotten home the order is wrong, either somethings missing or is different to what we ordered and when we call them about it they do nothing, im fed up of not being able to enjoy a meal because they’re so useless they can’t get a burger right.

We went through the drive through and waited 10/15 minutes in the bay for them to bring our order out but then we only got half of what we ordered. I thought better of Mcdonald’s until now.

Table was filthy from the last person and upon cleaning the table myself the wipes were black with dirt. Floor was dirty too and this was only at 11:30am. The area smelt of sick/gone off milk. Food was ok. Probably wouldn’t go back again.

Popped in to MacDonalds Stamford following a nearby meeting, requiring a coffee and use of the toilets. I was really impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, and a lovely clean bright fast food restaurant. From arriving in a heavy rainstorm, I left with a smile after meeting such happy helpful staff. A pleasant surprise.
