Absolutely fantastic! Great food!

The taste of the pizza is the best especially tropical one. I'd recommend people to try it and the service is good as well.

Unfriendly staff, the women on the counter was quite rude and dismissive. The food was bland without taste across all our meals.

They promised me the best burger ive ever had and didnt disappoint, amazing service, great value and really top food, couldnt recommend more

I went in for food after having drinks with the girls, I asked for a chicken burger but asked if it was a breaded chicken burger and they said yes. I get home went to eat my chicken burger and the chicken was over cooked and burnt and wasn't breaded very disappointed. So my buggy had to go in the bin.

While the rooms look okay, the Plough does not offer a place you can sleep peacefully due to the traffic noise of two major roads. The rooms were cold in the morning and evening and the bathroom is basic to say the least. The common areas are tired flock wall paper and wired glass. For context I stayed in the third floor superior room for 3 nights. As far as service is concerned there are smiles a decent breakfast but no action. It’s like a window into bed and breakfasts in England before feedback and Airbnb.

I did not actually go into this cafe but witnessed an amazing act of humanity from the 2 staff members inside their store during the late shift of 14/09/2023. Without going into too much detail, where others would've kicked someone out of the store these two ladies ensured that their customer was dealt with, with compassion, humanity, patience. Great to see kind people still in the world.

Late order and still delivery driver couldn’t not find my door

Although cannot complain about the food, the service is bad. Slow, careless, non hygienic (food should be served with gloves on). No issues with these teenagers who work. It’s all about management and the way the facilities are run. Customer service doesn’t exist here, got lost somewhere in a bin.

Nice food, but the order delivery time is horrendous takes longer than it says and by the time food gets to your door it's either cold or almost cold. And the delivery drivers don't follow the delivery instructions properly

Scam take your money and don’t give you food tell you it just eat and they do it all the time why use the app if you know it robs your customers you stil get the money and rob people off to just eat it disgusting even more when you know it happens and you don’t do nothing about it don’t waste your money here

Lovely staff and amazing service, food is very nice just a bit overpriced, nice little cafe hidden away, me and my sister always go there when in town, almost every month!
