This is easily my favourite subway and it's all because of the dude that works on a Thursday afternoon, he's such a nice guy, always happy to help and go the extra mile to make sure youve got what you need, I feel like he's such an asset to the company, you need to make sure you're looking after him he's wicked! Makes me want to eat subway more! Food always great aswell.

Absolutely horrible place. Now I understand that it is a Morrisons cafe so we really were not expecting high quality food and oh my gosh did we get a disappointment and a half. First of all we order on the machine which was fine we sat down with the number and then a staff member came over to us and told us to wait there he will come with our drinks, not even a mintue later another staff member came over and told us a completely different thing they told us to go get any drinks we want and do it our self’s, well we couldn’t do it ourselves because there was no cups. Next problem we ordered a meatball sub and then we were told they had non well first of all why is it still available on the machine if u don’t have it why offer it and then have to change what u want, they basically said you have to choose something from here but we can’t heat it up even tho what’s why we chose the meatball sub because it was a hot option. The food came and pretty much everything was cold except one dish. They forgot things on our order and didn’t even say sorry for not having things that we ordered. The tables were dirty and they just didn’t seem like they cared or knew what they were doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone even just for a drink !!!!

We ordered a meal for delivery on 28th November 21. After 75 minutes we had still not recieved our order. I called them to be told it was out for delivery, as it was getting late I said I didnt want the order and would like a refund. The colleague got flustered and said he would pass me to the Manager, I could hear her in the background on the phone to another customer saying there order was on the way. When I spoke to her I said that we no longer wanted the order and would want a refund. She was very abrupt and said it would take 5 days and put the phone down. After 5 days no refund. I then completed an online form on the website. I was advised that the franchisee would be in touch within 5 days. Oh surpise surpise nothing, I then sent a direct email to Domino's demanding my money back eventually got it back 11 days later. Shocking service, shocking customer service honestly dont order from them. Papa John's and Pizza Hut deliver far quicker and there food is a good standard. I will never consider Domino's again.

I am disgraced and disappointed at the terrible customer service and astronomical waiting times for food i didn’t even receive. This has been my worst zie zou experience to date. The food was taking ages and when it was half an hour past the expected time for delivery we called in to inquire our order of £130. The customer service was dreadful not a word from the person on the other side of the phone was understandable and not helpful in the slightest. After now 2 and a half hours of waiting we were finally told that our food was deliver, however it was no where to be seen. The man “helping” us then informed us that the food had been delivered to a completely different location despite the correct location being on our order. We received no food and no reassurance that our £130 would be returned to us. This was a dreadful experience and i would recommend it to no one if you actually would like to get food that you pay for. DONT ORDER HERE !

APPALLING SERVICE!!! Got served by a lady who looked like she couldnt be bothered and wanted to be elsewhere, no greeting, no smile ZERO customer service! When i asked if they accept the nhs blue light card i was bluntly told no! When i showed her on my phone they do, she said only some branches take it..i then asked if she had a list of what branches do..i got ignored and was asked for the bill payment!! When we went to sit down a man behind the counter shouted across the restaurant( if you can call it that) the area we were going to was closed!! No polite effort in coming over to say but decoded to shout over to us..toilets blocked off with baby seats in front of the corridor and when i asked where the toilet was i was given a key which (after covid, no cleaning before placing the key on the counter) and upon locking the door the toilet was disgusting..i wouldnt let a dog urinate in that toilet let alone a human! God knows when the last time it was cleaned!! Ehen i asked for the managers name the female who served me said she was the manager,when i questioned her name that it wasnt the name on the receipt she annoyingly informed me that it was from an employee from an earlier shift!! The area manager sat in the corner on his laptop with no regard for how his colleagues lack the basic customer service skills!! Every employee in this branch need to go on an intense week customer sevice skills course!!! Email heading to head office complaints..SHOCKING SERVICE AND TOILETS ARE LIKE A GUTTER!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! In fact i would give this branch MINUS!!!

We have visited a number of lunchtimes over the past few months and have found the experience consistently disappointing to the point where we no longer visit. In general the staff work very hard and give excellent service although are overstretched even when guest numbers are low. The main problem is the constant unavailability of menu items even though the menu has a limited range. You could excuse unavailability on the odd occasion but we have found this to be a repeating issue where the coffee shop resembles "A pub with no beer". The food has always been to a good standard and the staff do try but the management of the coffee shop needs reviewing.

Ordered on Just Eat, pizza with another pizza free on a 2 for 1 deal, only received one pizza. Couldn't contact them as no phone number so had to drive across town to find the place for the second pizza. Kinda defeated the object of ordering delivery. Finally and hour later we sat down and ate one cold and one hot pizza. Massive Fail!
