Very unorganised unprofessional lairs and food delivery takes 2 :30 hours if you’re very lucky they will remember that you ordered something and not the first time this has happened DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE FOR MENTAL HEALTHS SAKE!

Fresh dough always. Tasty and yummy pizza , since new management took over no complaints at all. Delivery time is very impressive.

Would give it no stars. Ordered 3 hours ago, no food. Phoned 3 times, twice they said they would ring back but didn't. Thieves, take your money quick enough. Will never use again

Hasn't arrived yet after 2 hours, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but may be risky after this experience.

its a worse takeaway i have ever had they never answer they phone the time deliver absolutely rubbish they have say 25 minutes but it will took more than hour and 10 minutes its really poor service ever in Northampton i would never order in this trackway ever again

Service was ok, quick and efficient. (I sat in to eat) The chips where nice and crunchy can tell they're not fresh tho. Kebab meat was ok tasting but very rubbery and hard. Nothing really seemed fresh but it actually wasn't bad.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Avoid at all costs! Got our order completely wrong. Disgusting food. First time ordering, and they delivered it late. Ordered a slice of cheesecake and it was still FROZEN. We rang to complain and were given some spiel about talking to the manager. We were asked "what our problem was?", and were hung up on. They refused to answer any of our following calls. Thieving, rude, disgusting. Zero stars. 😡 🤢

Made an order which I got an response from them with the confirmation. Took over 20.mins to get my call answered to be told they haven't received the order and will take another hour to wait. Won't be using these again

Quality of the pizza is 3/10 The size is MICROSCOPIC You can't expect a pizza of 10 inches to be 20 centimeters and cost 13 pounds , absolute rip off , not worth buy.

Tried two of their pizza , one was very good , one mediocre

Food took an hour to be delivered. Quater pounder was bland . Chicken burger had nothing on it no sauce no salads . Pizzas were not good. Drink was not even delivered .

awfull stay away - ordered fish and chips and a 12" pizza fish was burnt on the outside and didnt look cooked inside and asked for no peppers on the pizza when i rang up hoping to get a soloution was told i was lieing about asking for no peppers and said they would not do anything today but nxt time we order would get freebies this was the 1st and last order from this company bad costomer service and food

Just got my pizzas. I’m not happy! Pizza became is so skinny! I ordered tuna pizza with tuna and sweetcorn. But I don’t feel tuna and either sweetcorn. I feel like I’m eating bread with tomato sauce. The pizza is flat, I don’t feel any taste. Before I always used to be happy, because pizza always big I saw tuna all over it and sweetcorn. But now I don’t understand what is going on there... so unhappy!

I ordered a kids burger as I do every so often , this normally comes as a beef burger. Today though it come as a chicken burger . When calling to notify them I got told by the manager it’s up to them what meat they send unless you specify what one you want which it doesn’t give you the option on just eat. Rude manager who over talks you on the phone and doesn’t let you speak! The chicken was also burnt and obviously been there for a while and reheated! Utterly disgusted and will not be ordering again !

Ordered 2 pizzas which were wrong and one still had raw dough! Donner meat and chips arrived as just chips! Called them and couldn’t understand a word they were saying. AVOID

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. First, we asked what deals they had to offer and asked them to repeat because we didn't hear and we had them say "are you not even listening to what I'm saying?" And then had the phone hung up on us. We called back and we were trying to place our order and he said "I can't hear you, shout" so we shouted our order and had the phone hung up on is. Called back and had the calls ignored for 5 minutes, finally got through and asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to say that we were rude and mocking the person on the phone and eventually had to hang up the phone because he refused to even listen to anything we were saying. Never even bother with this place. So much disrespect. Also the manager put on an accent when he thought he was speaking to a man and started mocking the persons voice.

We ordered a 2 pizzas, they sent the wrong one and when I called them to replace it, they said it would be 10 -15 minutes. It turned up 35 minutes later. It spoiled our movie night as my partner was unhappy that we couldn't enjoy our pizza together whilst watching a movie. I would have rather they were honest with me than lie. How hard can it be to deliver 2 pizzas correctly?

I have to say that i use to come here often for food but now im im keeping away from here had to wait over 20mins for some chicken and over charged me on a chicken wing meal should od been £4 but charged me £5 also to top it off the chicken has gave me a dodgy stomach
