The worst food and service in the town. I have visited almost all local Indian food restaurants, but this experience was terrible. Just look at this beef biriyani picture!!! They put 4 large size bones on my plate. Oily and salty.. service was poor. Do nit waste your money there..

I am a food critic and I tried all culture food. I been coming here a long time. And the food was really horrible. Customer service was bad. And nothing was clean. I do not recommend to come here. And for you not to come here. They need to clean the place. Be professional and welcoming.

What a great little gem. The food was amazing. Started with the chicken somosas with the green sauce.. fantastic the green sauce has a wonderful flavor and nice little kick. We got the butter chicken and the beef kala buna very yummy. The waitress was amazing very helpful with order and even given me a try on the amazing sweet treats they had there. Definitely a place to check out.

The food was good but the lady who was working at the front was not polite at all.She didn't even serve the food well.Such an impolite and unprofessional behaviour. She behaved like she were the king.Worst service

Mind blowing my delicious. Get a mango lassi, one of the best drinks I've ever consumed. Well seasoned and marinated food, calm and clean atmosphere. I honestly don't know where these one star reviews are coming from. If you call this food bland, you don't know food. If you take the time out of your day to hate on an establishment that serves food of this quality, you must be a miserable human being.

I placed an online order through RepasO at 10:22 on Saturday. They were listed as open until 11:00 & the online ordering system was still open. No confirmation came, so I called Bonoful to confirm. The man who picked up said they were closed. He wouldn’t tell me how I could get my money back, as RepasO was sending me to voicemail. He proceeded to tell me that I should have looked at their hours to see they were closed. Which I did, and it says they are open until 11. I’m out $40 because Bonoful won’t update their online ordering system or business hours, and has no intentions of being any sort of helpful or kind.

Food was mad horrible I ordered a lamb curry extra extra spicy not only was it not spicy it was cold aswell . I don't recommend going here

Here’s the honest experience with Bonoful We ordered 1 beef biryani 1 chicken curry and 2 non This order took around 35 minutes to make it ready. Then we didn’t get water on the table with the food. Had to ask her salad guess what they didn’t give us any. Oh the slowest customer service I have ever seen in my life. Honestly I don’t remember you guys to dine in here. Honestly they don’t give a shitt about customers!!!

Teribble and unprofessional cashier. Really slow service. They say itll take 15mins but it took them 45minutes for a simple order. The person who picks up call to order ahead, cuts the call before i could even put an order in or ask how long or ask the total price. I recommend not to even try and get food from here

I needed a snack and went in to grab some of the little fried tiny samosa like things in the case in front. I got $5 of them and they charged me $5. When my white friend goes in he gets 5 for like $1.50. They will absolutely rip you off. Glad I found out on a cheap purchase rather than a larger one. On top of that they were old and stale like they were made 7 hours ago. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was okay but not my type someone took me there for lunch. I didn't want to be impolite. But I don't care for it. Other than that it's pretty cool. For people who like that kind of food then it would be okay.

First time coming with my husband loved the food brought potato chop beef bryani and beef buna bryani was spicy but tasty and chop was good as well beef bunna is bomb love it so much

Loved this place..food placed in the case is fresh early..so I recommend going early..also u can call in ur order made fresh....Naan was yum.. the sweets r to die for..both the gulab jamun and the rasgullas..but the best part was the friendly service without any issues..with a smile.

The food was not worth the price. 65 biryani tasted sour, chicken tandoori had no taste to it and they put a weird orange colored gravy on top. The naan was the only thing that was good.

Below average biryani. We ordered a whole tray of Tikka Biryani but was totally disappointed at the quality of the food. It was blend at best.

Walked in, the place was gloomy and dark with no customers. We have a philosophy that if we see 0 customers, we don’t feel comfortable eating at that spot. There was no one to greet us, so we walked right out with a u turn. Place looked run down and a disgraceful twin to Aladdin a block down. These “Bengali” restaurants are an embarrassment to my Bengali culture. Very disappointed at the Michigan Bengali community to be portraying my culture as a price a trash. I have visited Bengali areas in New York, London, texas, california and have never experienced such bad quality in food and hospitality. In new York and UK : The whole Bengali community portrayed the true bengali standards in cuisine and hospitality which is clean and delicious. Michigan Bengali community need to realize that they are ruining Bangladeshi reputation by having these low standard restaurants that make Bengali’s look dirty, which is not the case.

They’re always out of most menu items and we’ve received 2 pieces of dark/black chicken from the 65. I don’t know if it was bruised or old or what but it’s not safe.

It's not a restaurant, it's a joke! I went there last week in lunch hour, and they had NOTHING! Literally, nothing. Every single thing I ordered, they said they couldn't make it. The only thing they could was chicken biriani, that's it. The whole place was dirty and smelly. And the guy behind the cash didn't even apologize or explain anything. Either he has never learned how to respect people, or just doesn't give a care. If I could give it a minus rating, I would!

I was there waiting for my food for like an hour and the store really smell bad one day I saw a rat inside the store They’re food don’t even taste right needs a new chief and I ordered a biryani they didn’t give any meat but bones

If you go here just prepare yourself for bad service I literally went here like 3 times and the staff is extremely rude when we dine in we literally stand at the door for 30+ minutes to be seated and when we do get seated our order isn’t taken until we have to get someone’s attention so I started to do carry out even worse it’s like they try to rush me out of there I order a curry chicken that was right on the counter asked the guy for it and he go to wait on a table take a phone call and then takes me and when I try to pay he just stares at me I ask how much is it and he says idk I used to serve myself so I understand it’s stressful but the place is never busy I’m all for trying to keep a company in business but I will not return anymore try Zam Zam down the street way better service

It's hard to rate a Bangladeshi restaurant 3 stars - but the food and behaviors do not worth more than that. The halim was good but the biriyani was below average.

They quickly raised their prices along with the government stimulus (but I bet you they didn’t raise the hourly pay). What do they think they serve? Gold? I’ll never support them again! Go to Reshmi across the street!

It is very disappointing that when you visit such a beautiful and historical place with your family and want to try bengali cuisine out of Bengal and get the worst bengali food ever at a restaurant like Aladdin sweets and cafe. Being a bengali and a food lover, I can not stand to see the name of Bengali cuisine and Bangladesh get humiliated. Who so ever is reading this, please note it that if you want to waste your money are all welcome at this restaurant, else you can find a better restaurant with good quality food and cheaper price. Really bad customer service. They asked me what do I need I said please give me 2 chicken rolls the guy literally went back to the kitchen comes out answers the call made me wait 5 minutes While the chicken rolls were already made in the front waiting to be bagged up. I said please can you just put two rolls in a bag I’ll leave 3 dollars cause I had to go on a doctors appointment but he was being very rude to me

Butter chicken is some of the best I've ever had!

Best indo-pakistani food we've had in the area so far! Can personally vouch for their butter chicken and saag paneer. The customer service is GREAT - I forgot to add our lassis to the order and they were able to add them to the order without charging us any extra. They didn't have to do that! I'll definitely continue to order from them to make up for the free lassis.

The food tastes horrible and bland. There was too much fat/bone included. The naan was decent. Service was okay. The dishes were very small compared to the price.

Extremely disgusting food! We ordered goat biryani, chicken tikka biryani, butter chicken, sheekh kebabs, garlic naans, and chicken wings. Every item was stale and tasted nasty. I have had Indian cuisines all over the states, but this was my worst experience. Tasteless food and trashy services!!!

I placed an order through GrubHub for Beef Kabob they were thinly sliced and a container of onions bell peppers. When I called to tell them the guy on phone pretended not to understand English. When asked speak with some one else he hung up.

Family and I went to this restaurant for Sunday buffet everything was amazing they had non-spicy options for the children and a lot of great options even from vegan and vegetarian and meat eaters alike The tea was great The service was great we had nice cute private booths we'll definitely be back. The owners and managers went out of their way to make sure that we were accommodated thank you so much everyone was very kind.

I have gastric ulcers and was just at this restaurant. Repeatedly told the older gentleman at the front desk that I do not eat spices or anything hot. Order fried shrimp rice take out. Took it to work only to realize that it is not only loaded with multiple types of spices but also loaded with hot chili peppers with pepper seeds everywhere in the rice. To you, the older gentleman at the front desk; please pay attention to customer's orders and do what they request. Absolutely disappointed with the rice and now I have to find something else to eat for lunch after spending $20 for nothing.

Great little Buffett. $7.99 for lunch! They treated me kindly. The food was fresh and hot. Please keep in mind India, Pakistán, and Bangladesh were all one country at one period of time in history. They share the sane cuisine! I will be back. Very romatic setting.
