The chicken dippers were great but sadly the lamb was over cooked and had little flavour sorry and the wrong icecream was delivered. Also the portion size in comparison was on the small side especially the salad

Won’t let me not pick a star but 1 star is to generous, Absolutely disgusting food burgers were all dry hard to eat, chips were dark brown and dry, they missed the rest of the order which I’m thankful for as this was bad enough, and then when I called to tell them they hung up on me so won’t be going here again.

Staff are rude and non helpful. The food was wrong and some was missing. It tasted old had no flavor buns are stale. The staff hang up on you when you try talk to them.. all and all the place is a disgrace. DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS DIVE OF A PLACE

I ordered through Deliveroo, once the order was accepted, I received a phone call saying that they don’t deliver passed 2am but they wouldn’t cancel the order themselves. They told me to go through Deliveroo and get a refund, rather than just cancelling the order themselves.

Accepted an order and then never brought the order, had to wait 01:30 hour until i realised the restaurantwas closed after accepting my order, don't order from this place, it has 0 respect for its customers, good riddance!

Food was an hour late on the already amended latest delivery time. It was shown as "delivered" on the app and when we called to query it, they didn't ask for our order number, just told us it was on its way. When we called again, our call wasn't answered. The food arrived luke warm with insipid, soggy chips which we had to reheat in the air fryer.

In all of takeaways that I have ordered, this by far is the worst. The burger was poor and had a bacon substitute, and the Greek salad had no resemblance to what had been described. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Ordered at 7.24pm got a call that the order i wanted isnt available and had to swap my order. then said food was delivered at 8.30. Called at 8.45 as no sign of food, was told its on its way, got a phone call at 9.10pm that the driver is here but cant find the door. Food was not received till 9.20pm and was freezing cold.

Food wasn't what it was supposed to be. Wrong ice cream sent, and 6 dry cheeseless garlic breads for a pizza garlic bread. Didn't have a 1.5L bottle so 3 cans (which is less than a bottle). They did make me aware about the drink but nothing else. Very disappointed.

Ordered a mixed grill of 5 different meats for £21 to be told there’s no lamb so was told il get extra meat which wasn’t the case at all I received just chicken an donor and got more salad not only that i didn’t get half my order, it was meant to come with chips onions rings and a drink which I didn’t receive. I asked for money back to be told it was same price I’m not sure how they worked that out but a 2 meats combination isn’t £21.

“Restaurant” updated order to delivered long before it was, I suspect an attempt to skew their delivery times for the app. Food was very poor quality very cheap ingredients not fresh pita and cold chips, cheap frozen chips and frozen burgers. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely disgusting service with the most disrespectful man I've ever heard from! Freezing cold food, swimming in sour sauce with a hair buried inside it. Was told its my fault its cold and was told he was the only person working in the whole shop with no hair and won't do anything to help me! £20 down the drain.. first time ordering and defo last time 🤢🤢🤢

The food from this place is usually really good, but was really disappointed with this order. Left a note not to deliver to the wrong property, which was ignored. This left an elderly neighbor being woken up by the driver knocking at the wrong door. When questioned about it, the driver laughed at me. What's the point of leaving these notes, if they're just ignored. By the time the order was delivered to the correct address, the food was cold. Did not enjoy this experience one bit!

Order estimate was advertised as 35-40 mins at point of ordering. Took 2 hours to be delivered, 45 mins after advised time once order had been placed and arrived luke warm at best. No pittas included, like previously. And sauces smothered over all the meat, previously had come in pots. Really not great service and won’t be ordering again any time soon. Hangry and tired 👎🏼

Not ordering from here again, the poor is portly made, the chips are old and dry, what I ordered didn’t even arrive and didn’t contact me for substitution they chose for me, the burger tastes old. You pay money for food and the food ends up tasting bad, that’s the worst thing especially when what you ordered and paid for isn’t what you got.

The pizza was ok but there was no option to add other toppings and the driver arrived without the bottle of drink I ordered. I gave him the opportunity to give me a refund rather than go back and get the drink which he did.

Food was late to arrive which means it turned up cold then made me wait 5+minutes for change as he didn’t have it ready and when he finally came back to the house with the cash it was £10 short also rang me to ask me to open my door when I was already stood at it waiting

Had southern fried chicken and chips with thousand island and cream cheese jalapeño Chicken is soggy and sickly, thousand island is just like tangy Mayo and jalapeños didn’t have much jalapeños- maybe it’s cut in half. Chicken has made us all feel poorly Real shame- won’t be ordering here again

Having ordered from here on multiple occasions and previously receiving great food. This time the food was awful. Burnt chicken, the salad was brown and the offcuts of lettuce stalk. The garlic mayonnaise was non existent

Customer service terrible waited over 45 minutes for food. In that time tried to call for about 20+ minutes with no answer. Decided to drive to shop. Excuse was we very busy and short of drivers. Should not be like that answer the phone. Did give us some extra food for free.

Food arrived later than delivery time expected. Food was cold and fries were extremely soggy as well as the garlic bread. Chicken strips were okay but tasted a lot like freezer food. Pizza was nice though, but all of the food seem like it had been reheated.

Ordered the special mixed grill ,but it arrived without fries ,mushrooms and onion rings ,even the can of drink wasn't what I ordered . Hopeless .

Ordered twice for this place (£20+) for two baked potatoes plus three toppings on both and it was cancelled both times with no reason. Would give zero stars if it was a choice. Very disappointing

On the hottest day ever recorded in the UK, the food arrived cold. Fries were green and soggy. How this place is still running is beyond me. Wish I had checked reviews on Google rather than trusting the Just Eat reviews. Stay away.

First time visiting this place and definitely the last. Shop was grubby looking, tables had dried on remnants of something on them. Bloke serving was more interested in his phone than serving customers. Chips were cold and limp, doner meat was bland and tasteless. Chicken shish was nicely cooked and still moist. Salad was OK apart from the wilted brown lettuce. Cheap nasty bottled chilli sauce and the ketchup was like water. Never again!!!

Horrible services. We have received incorect order and we were trying to call them for 35 minutes. Finally, they called us back and instead of saying sorry for wrong order they asked us how could we ate their extra potatoes wedges! We told them we can pay them back this 5 f as we opened the box already but he slammed the phone. Please safe your time and money and do not buy from this place. PS: food was 3/10.

Terrible service. Took 2 hours for my order to arrive and it was the wrong order. Called them to tell them and they explained that they didn’t have want I originally wanted, so I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know, and no answer given. My burger arrived with just the burger and cheese. No salad no, no sauce, then they told me I should’ve specified I wanted that. WHAT?? Every standard burger comes with at least salad and they didn’t specify this type on the site when ordering. In the middle of expressing my disappointment they hung up on me. Shocking customer service and the food was cold and terrible anyway. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a cheeseburger over the counter.The burger, and roll was totally burned...I asked for another, they said nothing wrong with it... After some very unpleasant verbal abuse from the staff, they gave me my money back. I said i don't really want a refund, just a cheeseburger and bun thats not burnt please... Took 22 quid off me in August. We waited 2 hours for delivery then got a call from another takeaway to say that Grillers was 'closed' that day (this has happened before). We asked them to cancel the order. Still no refund and unable to get hold of anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF THEY HAVEN'T ALREADY BEEN CLOSED DOWN!

Very disappointed tonight. Ordered at 17.40 order finally arrived 20.50. This was after contacting them twice. The second time to be told their website wasn't working then I told them they'd taken my money meracously found order and it would be delivered in 20mins. Half an hour later arrived and most was cold.

Very bad experience . I was waiting for my order about 1 hour but I didn’t receive the food. It’s suppose to delivered by 30-40 mins when I called the restaurant they said no drivers available it’s gonna take more 20 mins and they cancelled it after few minutes .Im really disappointed .

Used these some years ago was very good but what a mistake gone down hill, had 2 pizzas and two kebabs the meat in the kebabs looked like it was yesterday’s over cooked ,spoonful of salad not we’re putting on and just about see the chips , what a waste of £29 you should be a shame taking that money for the rubbish you sent out Going back to millennium down gold street decent food

Didn't get half my order! Paid £14.45 only to get chips and curry sauce. My drink and the £6 garlic bread didn't arrive. Absolute pisstake, at least the tub of curry sauce is big enough to drown myself in.

Quarter way through my chicken kebab I realised the chicken was raw. They also forgot my chips but that's the least of my worries.

Ordered a meal for a family members birthday, ordered at 16.40 and was advised 55 mins which was fine. Called at 18.00 to be told it's just leaving and we were the first delivery. Bearing in mind we live 10mins away from the shop and it's a Sunday evening so traffic was not bad. At 18.30 called again to be told it's 3 mins away. Eventually after nearly 2 hrs the food turned up stone cold. Everything had to be microwaved and one meal was inedible. The cat has food for a week and we won't be ordering from Grillers Northampton again.

Thank you for our 41st wedding anniversary meal, it was disgusting and absolutely ruined my evening because of your food, my husband has dementia and this could be our last year my husband will remember as he would have forgot most of all of tonight by tomorrow night but the food was disgusting the steak was hard, very grisly forget trying to cut the steak it was just to had and cold it looked like someone had just thrown it into the foil trays, no bone from the t-bone steak 2 tiny mushroom and the salad was a joke. Just thanks for my lovely anniversary meal with the man I love and losing to dementia great memory I have as he only remembers things that happen for no longer that 5- 10 mins now. We went to you as we have before the the meal was lovely so I thought I would have so memories tonight yes but the wrong memories. THANKS

I waiting 2 hours for my first and last ever order

This is suppose to be a ‘Donna Chicken Pitta’ ....Full of different bits of bones and full of different bits where the chickens cooked and not cooked, so much chicken skin and smelt absolutely foul!Literally will make your skin crawl, please do NOT buy from these. Chips were stale and cold as well. Joke of a company! Wouldn’t even give us a refund either when complained. Scummy restaurant!If you wanna become a veggie eat from these guys, I’m sure they’ll put you off!!!
