Just ordered 2 x kebab £29 :50; freezing cold when delivered 20 minutes late . Bloody disgusting 😤

Order a much box bearing in mind I only got the menu today and on the menu, there’s pictures of brothers chicken and the reality of it. It’s not worth the money.

The worst kebab I've ever eaten or tried to eat complete waste of money felt immediately sick salad well there may as well not been any everything looked like it been sitting there for days.. don't even get started on the kofta tasted like an old sock.. very disappointed for £10 too robbed.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We order from Northampton Best Kebab on a regular basis but today the delivery from UBER has unfortunately let you down tonight. Understand its not your fault but the food was cold, please investigate as we were probably the last drop from this driver so appreciate that he may have multiple orders to deliver,but the lack of temperature suggests he didn't put the food in a' takeaway heat bag' maybe do an audit on your delivery drivers if they have heat bags, as this tonight has ruined our normally wonderful takeaway meal

Horrible, just horrible. Poor quality meat (even for kebab meat!) oven chips doused in oil. Tasteless and the place looks disgustingly dirty too

I'm giving it a 3 only because the kebab meat is amazing! Never fault it when I come to here. But today was a bad experience. The miss daisy burger was suppose to come with salad,pineapple and sauce, which I asked for but didn't get. Also the mixed kebab chicken meat was pink! I will go here again as I love there donor meat but that's all I will get.

Worst kebab of my life . They microwaved my chicken Donna !!!. Chips were undercooked and the place is disgusting. Staff are dirty and hygiene in the kitchen was non existent. Stay away and let the business die as it should !

Don’t know difference between 12 and 15 inch pizza , you are paying for 15 and you are getting 2 twelve and one 9 inch , very long delivery time , and pizza tastes horrible . If you wish to waste money , just through them in the bin , don’t waste your time for that low costumer service kebab place .

Should be Northampton Worst Kebab .... ordered a couple of times from this lot . Always like to give places the benefit of the doubt , but they certainly have had last order from me ... firstly the order takes forever to arrive, allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours for your order ! Food is cold ! Plus they like to miss the drinks off the order . Burgers arrive squashed and mushy , and chicken wings are a joke , basically wing bones wrapped in chicken skin ,dry and nuked ! Avoid , there must be better places in Northampton for a kebab or burger

I ordered at around 19:00pm, the website told me that it was processing so I gave it around a hour and a half to call and mention that I still hadn’t received my order. The man on the phone said to me ‘Yes the order at *my address* is two minutes away’. Twenty minutes pass by and I decide to call again to ask where my food was since it’s been a lot longer than mentioned. The man then told me that my order wasn’t there? I understand there are technical difficulties but he said my address? When I was asking about my order I maintained a level head but he got progressively aggressive on the phone. I decided to give up and go to to another place, it would be much better if the customer service was less rude towards me and in all honesty I wouldn’t be writing this review now. It’s not worth going here…

Food was really nice considering the bad reviews I had read, food was abit late but still arrived warm! Ordered 2 kebab meals & only one of the drinks turned up which was Abit disappointing but other than that food was really good

Not as good as normal chicken was cold today ! There is never enough salad in the kebab and I have to order extra however chef please note that NOONE wants pineapple in a salad and why was there no lettuce sort it out or after all this time I may have to find another best kebab house 😬

We have actually had maybe 4 or 5 takeaway kebabs delivered from here and all have been 5 out of 5, best kebabs evere tasted, the chips are a bit sweaty, but that's not the takeaway fault, as we have it delivered the heat of the chips makes them sweat a bit, but once put in a airfryer for 5 mins they are perfect, LIKE THE KEBAB, Can't fault nothing, keep doing what your doing and we keep coming to you, 5 out of 5

food was late as always, the chips were cold and horrible and about half way through the meal my wife found a bit of METAL and a random coffee bean in the food!!!

Ordered 4 pizzas for family and waited long time for delivery to come and phoned up twice and got told a few minutes and still waited for food to come so far over an hour highly recommend you avoid using this restaurant again and lost good custom from us

Name is correct. Litterally best kebab in Northampton. Ordered from here for 2 years now since living in Northampton. They never seem to fail. Chips are great and go perfect with the meat. The portions are great and the price isnt to dear at all. Delivery time is always spot on and 9/10 early. And the kebabs are beautiful. Great job guys keep it up.

absolute disgust with food and service.. there menu is very different to what they bring you.. when phone up and explained my complaint to food also being very cold was shouted out and hung up on. place shouldnt be open and run by unprofessional people.

Ordered via Foodhub at 18:45.... still no food at 21:15, so called the restaurant. They advised the food was 5 mins away... no apology or explanation why they were running so late. Still no food at 22:30 so after taking a while to get through to Foodhub, eventually spoke to them, and they tried to contact the restaurant. They got through to them and "apparently" the restaurant missed my order.... so why did they lie when I rang them? I gave these guys a second chance after I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and after waiting 40 mins for the food, I received notification that the restaurant was closed even though the order was accepted. Anyway, refund is being processed but I'm done with these guys and will never use them again if this is how they treat customers.

Rang this takeaway for the first time today and spent a decent amount of money, only to receive the complete wrong food, so my wife rang up and tried to sort it out without any joy, as the man on the phone said my wife ordered what was collected,but on the phone the man read back our order and it was what she said, we ended up spending £33. One of the wrong items on the order was a chicken kebab, which should have been a lamb doner, but during the call to sort it out the man said it was her fault and was quite rude, and my wife wouldn't have ordered it for me as I can't stand chicken. So in the end I ended up going back to change it, only to be met with awful service again. I was brought up if you made a mistake you said sorry but not from best kebab, they just blamed my wife,. So personally I will not be going back there and also think they should change the name of their shop,

Unfortunately, I waited over 150 minutes for my order, I called to cancel my order. but they didn't accept, I told them I would give them a bad review, but they told me not to do it, because they will give me my money back. It's been over 14 days, but no money returned to me. SHAME

Just had two large chicken doner and fries and it was lovely. No complaints at all. Arrived quicker than they said, was still a good temperature and all good quality. Good job

My friend introduced me to this little gem of a place the burgers are better than MacDonald's and bigger as well .The two guys that work there are great as well would recommend it to anyone else passing by 5 stars

Took 39 minutes to get a burger..... I was the only customer in there.

My friend and I ordered takeaway for lunch. We were told it would be at our building by 1.45pm. At 2.30pm I phoned to ask where it was. I was told the driver sat outside our massive building and rang and text the wrong number to get hold of us. Instead of coming into the building like a normal delivery service he drove off and never attempted to deliver the food. The rude man on the end of the phone refused to re-cook and deliver the food as he classed this as there attempt to do everything they could to deliver the food. Even though they never tried to enter or the open building I worked at. They also refused to refund the money we paid. When I asked to speak to the owner they said he would ring back in 10 minutes. After 35 minutes I rang back as no one had phoned. The owner refused to give us our money back also. I’ve read the reviews and the 3 star EHO rating and it seems like we had a lucky escape.DO NOT EAT HERE THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING.

I popped in on the way home last night, and as always, there were polite and friendly serving staff, but they charged me TWELVE POUNDS for a tiny 9" pizza that only had two toppings. TOTAL RIP OFF. That's just two pounds less than I usually pay for a massive 18" pizza, with delivery from another company

I ordered the buy one get one free pizza deal. I guess you get what you pay for. Both pizzas were average nothing special. They weren’t very nice or very bad. I was very drunk when I ordered from here. I usually enjoy all food when drunk but didn’t enjoy their pizza’s for some reason. Not for me though and I won’t be ordering the pizza again

I was in Northampton for this years Record Store Day, arriving around midnight. and decided on grabbing a kebab from Best Kebab. Ordered a large mixed kebab £7.50quite a large kebab with plenty of meat, but the chilli sauce instead of being hot was sweet, and not what I would expect on a kebab.Overall a basic kebab but filled a gap late at night.

Only ever eaten here when under the influence of too many alcoholic beverages, but the food is okay enough. Whether I’d feel the same if sober I’m not entirely sure but the staff are polite and the service ultra fast.

Great food never had an issue, fast delivery, good clean environment, some staff not a word of English but we both get by with the help of pictures and pointing our fingers, pizza is made fresh to order along with much of the menue on offer, good value for money.

Scored 1 on the most recent hygiene inspection. Stay away. The area is rough and so is the food, take out BUPA before you give it a go.

Been ordering from these for a few years, normal service is 1 hour for delivery and chicken is hit and miss. however today only half the order came, told 15 minutes for missing bits after 30 I called them told driver 10 mins away doing other deliveries first (how shocking when You have already made an error already messed up the order) so 40 mins in and called again told driver 10 mins away 50 mins innthey stop answering the calls. Driver arrives after an hour and no clue of any of the issues. Shame as he was great and even said I could t believe it as he is the normal delivery person. Off to zees we go

Fast hot and delicious reasonably priced

Bad service, asked for salad on a burger got nothing, asked for hot chilli sauce got sweet chilli instead, chips were limp barely warm undercooked, never using them again!

Food arrived in 45 minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you for the great service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! First the delivery driver rang for my husband to go to the car to collect the food as he was obviously not willing to find which house he was delivering to (delivery is NOT free so have to pay extra to have it delivered in the first place). He was then shown which house was ours when my husband went out to his car to collect our ‘delivery’. One whole kids meal was missed out of our order so 2 meals had to be shared between 3 children. When the driver returned to bring the missing food (an hour later) he rang my phone again, as we were unable to go out to the car to collect the food he left without delivering the meal. Disgusting customer service! Have not received the meal, not had a refund for the missing food that was paid for or even had a phone call from the restaurant to explain or apologise.

Shocking food that was not even touched it was that bad. Dry meat, stail pitta and stone cold. More or less no salad, sauce delivered in split pots. I placed the order at 20 past 4 and I was told in 25 min it will be delivered.At 20 past 5 I called the restaurant to ask about my order I've been told the shop is busy and it takes time to be pacient in 10 min I will get my delivery.At 6 o'clock I called to cancel my order and went out to get something to eat and when I got back home at half past 6 de delivery man was in front of my house having no idea about any cancellation. Do not order food here it's horrible, thrown together, burnt and has a bad after taste, took 2 hours to come, called the shop and was told "I would rather my driver throw the food in the bin then give it to you"!! Worst shop ever!!! How they got good reviews on hungry house is beyond me

Terrible experience. Ordered food at 5:45pm, was initially given the delivery time of 6:33pm. That soon changed to 6:45pm - ok perhaps they were busy. After chasing the order twice - both times being told only 10 mins, the food finally arrived shortly 8pm by which time the kids were starving. When we opened the food it was lukewarm, very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Order was missing sauce and the chicken donnar kebab was pure fat! To boot the order was 45 minutes late on top of the estimated delivery time! Won't order from here again
