Golden Pizza in Northampton

Actually food was good now because I try 2 years ago was good was not good but this they improved there delivery time and food quality do I highly recommend golden pizza

2 hours 15 minutes for my delivery. In that time they rang me once to say there system's crashed and that was after I rang them myself and I was told the food was out for delivery. Very bad in communication and some of the food was burn so bad we couldn't eat it. There prices are good but I guess its like the saying goes. (You get what you pay for) I will never order from there again.

Ordered a kebab from here asked for no chill and just burger sauce and when it arrived it had chilli sauce on it as well as burger sauce and the person it was meant for it allergic to chill and when we called to try and resolve it the staff where rude and they hung up 7 times

Disappointed, the food was bland. Garlic mayo watery. Banoffe pie frozen. Shame!

I got my food after 30 mins late. Really disappointing.. I don’t want to give a review.. so bad..

Order said it was ready for 3:15-3:35 so I had waited until 3:50 and I went back on to check when it says it has been delivered it had already said been delivered however I did not have my food so I had called the place and asked them what is going on with my order? She said it would be with me soon so I waited another 20 mins to my surprise again it still hadn’t turned up so then I called again and a man answered and told me it will be another 5 mins so I waited patiently for 15 mins and it fin

hasn’t arrived when phones that said waiting on driver! couldn’t make head nor tail of if it’s still in shop or it’s with driver it’s monday night. tuesday morning hardly like it’s going to ram full busy and you could have the decency to update just eat with something like running late or delayed. your not even that far from delivery point. so infuriating. it’s a pizza.

hardley any cheese on the bread

All the food was very nice and hot, but the wrap let me down. I expected some salad or something with the chicken, but it was just chicken by itself in the wrap which kind of ruined it

This is the second time I have ordered from here and the food is lovely! Last night I ordered a few food items and 4 cans of Pepsi when the driver came there was only a can of rubicon which i was absolutely fine with but there was only one. He said he was going to find a shop and was going to come back, I of course did not expect for him to actually come back with the drinks but a while later he did! So food and service 100% from me! Will definitely be ordering again thank you!

Delivery was 1hour and half, had to chase them but was abrupt and unapologetic on the phone, Food was mediocre, one pizza was okay the other was burnt and tasted off

Food was cold, meatballs and the bacon was burnt wasn’t happy with order

Garlic mushrooms was good and the strawberry cheesecake, staff I spoke to on the phone was polite too. All in all a good service I received.

Do not order . Missing items.

I called to chase the delivery, only to be told they don't have enough drivers and that it will be with me as soon as possible. Delivery was then over half an hour late and almost completely cold when it finally arrived. Only to then find items missing. I will avoid ordering from here again in future. All they had to do was update the delivery time and update the order, not send a dispatch notification and leave me waiting over half an hour over the suggested delivery time. How many deliveries was the driver handling, before delivering my food, no wonder the food was so cold.

Every time we order here the orders wrong I’ve just waited three hours for my order so rude and kept passing us about on the phone there was a fight going on the shop when I ordered and the lady was screaming at everyone and then when I come to give us the order they went to a different address set out the door and chips are wet from the condensation because it’s been that long The company is saying a different name millennium they haven’t give me a VAT receipt They are rude we order the order a 10.10pm and Received it 22.57pm Some of the order was missing then they said they would send it out I called them again at 2344 The woman answered a past nine for some man who was rude he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the remaining items Bought a can that that was missing but not the chips or the other can they sent a wrong can for then he went back to get the chips then Had to direct good driver because he went to the wrong addresses And told us he was outside when he wasn’t We received this at 12.50am but the shop shut at 12 am the chips were cold and wet

Food never came and I cannot get a refund

Delivery was 5 minutes late . But I bought a nice pizza , onion rings, chips , chicken and drinks for 15£. I see alot of bad reviews but its a good bargain

They sent the wrong size pizza. So when I called they didn't pick up. They don't even exist on Google maps. They are frauds. They make a name up for a takeaway and then sell from another. I ordered 18inch pizza They sent 16inch. I just wonder if northampton council is aware of this and the food and safety standards. I will report to northampton for being frauds and selling food under a different takeaway name. Ohhh and I will also let just eat know about this.

Worst pizza I ever had. Cheapest ingredients and poor quality. Nothing like on the photos so false advertising. Disappointing to say thr least

Didn’t deliver any food, tried calling many times and didn’t pick up. Terrible.

My Food arrived late, when it did finally arrive, the order was completely wrong & when I called for them to fix it, they refused to send my full order and would only send part of my original order. Following this when I finally got around to eating the food was disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, much better options close by

This place is a joke only 2 of my items was delivered then I was told it was being sent out I waited a hour to then be told it had been delivered to then be told they are shut and I can have the food tomorrow I asked to speak to a manager and the man on the phone said he was the cleaner and couldn’t do anything! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! These people are complete liers and take your money for nothing!!!!

The pictures indicate proper stone baked Italian pizzas. It's fair to say these were not Italian pizzas and just standard stuff you get from a cheap pizza place. The delivery was late and nobody answered the phone when I called to chase and then again when I tried to complain.

"Pizza deal 12" did not bring a quarter of cheese burger, 4 pieces of garlic bread, 2 regular chips and a portion of donner, the food was cold !!!!

Ordered 1/2 pounder chicken burger meal deal and recieved a 1/4 pounder with no can of drink. Kebab meal came with no chips or drink. Food tasted nice but was cold Couldn't phone to speak to anyone as delivery came after closing time.

Really upset about their service. Waited over an hour for the food . The app says it has arrived but it hasn’t. I try calling the number but someone keeps hanging up. Really poor service

Driver left the food on the rubbish bin and when I called the restaurant they said that this is how they were trained. Avoid with all costs

If you can find another Pizza deal on the Menu? My food arrived, but missing half the items on their deal. I called the driver, who told me to call the restaurant. No answer. After multiple attempts they finally answered. I explained that I was missing x4 garlic bread, x10 onion rings and x6 chicken wings. The restaurant assured me they would cook it straight away and send it... 40 minutes later, no food has arrived. Now the restaurant is shut and I've had no choice but to request a full refund. Oh to add, 990ml doesn't equal 1.5litres, which you advertise on your Menu! How on earth you got this order so wrong is completely unbelievable. Avoid this restaurant!

My bestie ordered us both pizzas and they arrived an hour late, undercooked and greasier than a teenagers hair after a month without showering, this place should be avoided by anyone who values their health.

The most pathetic burger i’ve ever tasted in my life. It wad literally just a patty between a bun. Plain dry and tasteless. Coming to pizzas, the chicken had a stench which gave me undercooked impression and the entire pizza was ruined. The base was partially burnt. Not at all happy with the food. Delivery was quick though but whats the use of a swift delivery when your food tastes absolutely trash? I’m sorry for harsh comments but i just couldnt resist.

For using this restaurant my first time, I was quite pleased with the delivery time and quality of my pizza when it came although I didn’t check closing times and was delivered 20 minutes after they stopped doing deliveries, I did try and phone them when I realised and it did take 5-6 attempts to get through, I mean that’s what phones are for, but when I got through he was genuine, positive and let us know what was happening. I would recommend.
