We ordered a meal for delivery on 28th November 21. After 75 minutes we had still not recieved our order. I called them to be told it was out for delivery, as it was getting late I said I didnt want the order and would like a refund. The colleague got flustered and said he would pass me to the Manager, I could hear her in the background on the phone to another customer saying there order was on the way. When I spoke to her I said that we no longer wanted the order and would want a refund. She was very abrupt and said it would take 5 days and put the phone down. After 5 days no refund. I then completed an online form on the website. I was advised that the franchisee would be in touch within 5 days. Oh surpise surpise nothing, I then sent a direct email to Domino's demanding my money back eventually got it back 11 days later. Shocking service, shocking customer service honestly dont order from them. Papa John's and Pizza Hut deliver far quicker and there food is a good standard. I will never consider Domino's again.

Usually food is ready and delivered fast, but this last time I had to wait to hours for one pizza and some cookies. Definitely not ordering again from central

We called our local Dominos to order a Pizza and was told that they will not deliver to us as we are not in the correct area, we live 1mile away and it’s a 5 minute drive from them they would however deliver it to my daughter in Rothersthorpe which is 5 miles away and on country roads. We were told to call the town centre one which we did and they said that we could not place an order for 2 hours as they were very busy and it would then be a 2 hour wait which meant our pizza would not arrive until at least 10 o clock at night. I think this is very poor service and will not be using them again

We ordered pizza at 8.30pm on NYE, expecting a longer than usual wait due to the date. The food never arrived and the store were ignoring calls all night, can only assume the staff gave up and went home. Dominos took the money but did not deliver. Awful.

Called with order told 40 mins wait maximum 1 hour 20 mins later they called us and said we thought you were collecting despite requesting postcode for delivery. They said then that they were on the way. Still didn’t get here called them again for them to apologise that it was going to be another hour! Forget it crap service.

After travelling back from holiday decided to have a Dominos rather than cooking Easy to order on line Arrived very quickly Hot tasty pizza We chose our own toppings,good choice of veggies.

Ordered online.... very easy to preorder for later Had a discount code so saved a few quid!! Pizzas were delivered on time.... piping hot and were absolutely delicious. I love pizza but always think it’s a very expensive take away... but for £57(with discount) we fed 12 hungry adults with a couple of slices left over for breakfast!! Without the voucher it would have cost over 80£.

Arrived in town late and needed something after a long flight.... Not a big fan of pizza but gave it a try. Should have gone to bed hungry instead. It's domino's, it's pizza, it's not rocket science. when you put your own toppings on a pizza and specifically say no mushrooms why do you add them? Waste of money and checked it in the bin. Should've had a curry instead.

Staying at Hotel Northampton and their room service stops at 9:30 pm. Asked front desk for recommendation of a place that would deliver and they suggested Dominos. Got build your own pasta in a bread bowl - sausage, onion and cheese, brownie/cookie dessert and spinach and feta cheesy bread. All super delicious. Was delivered to my room in about 30 minutes. Really hit the spot and plenty of leftovers for tomorrow!

I tried to order in 2016 and to be honest it wasn't the best experience in my life. But I ordered it week ago with my friends and it was so delicious and beautiful so I decided to order it by my own as well today and it was perfect again. They had no goats cheese and called me to ask what I'd like instead very politely. Perfect I'm very happy. Will order in a future.

The delivery staff was an old man who clearly hasnt been trained in cuatomer service....no greeting etc. The pizza was burnt and totally crispy and dry. Absolutely awful for something costing nearly 20 pounds. Never again.

I ordered a pizza for collection from this store a few weeks ago and after spending far too long having to spell my order out for the person taking my order I should have guessed that I was about to have a terrible experience. I was told to collect my pizza in 20 minutes and I arrived on time only to be told that my pizza hadn't even been put into the oven yet. After waiting for well over an hour I witnessed one of the workers actually drop my pizza so the whole process had to begin again. Finally after almost 2 hours of waiting I was given my pizza and got home to find out that they had actually given me completely wrong pizza this time with toppings I didnt like. I called the store to complain and after growing increasingly frustrated with them they agreed to attach a £20 voucher to my mobile number for next time I ordered from a dominos store. I wish that was the last of it but it isn't. I then called to order a dominos again today only to be told that there was no voucher and the managers did not have an explanation for this. Instead they repeatedly said; "There's nothing we can do." Long story short these guys can't take an order, cook an order or distribute an order at all AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!

I ordered a large size pizza from the Northampton central store and received a medium. Contacted the store and spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude. He told me that it was impossible for the pizza to be that size because he made it (narcissistic or what?). The issue was not resolved since he said there was nothing he could do about it, bare in mind I had already measured the pizza and also, from just looking at it was very evident. But that's not all, to make matters worst there was a strand of hair across two slices of the pizza. This was by far the worse customer service I have ever received. Absolutely disgusting. Unhygienic and unprofessional, what a bad combination.

Ordered for collection for my daughter and I, my pizza was delicious but my daughter asked for a BBQ sauce base and was given tomatoe. Good offer bogof but doubt we will be back because of the mistake.

This is not the first time we have ordered from this Domino's however every time we do we either have to wait well over 1 hour to hour and half tonight we pre ordered at 18:00 for 19:45 it is now 20:30 still nothing called them 3 times to be fobbed off finally came at 20:40 missing extra dips food was cold!!! When I called Domino Tom said it's impossible to get someone to drop the dips for at least an hour I'm absolutely fuming how these idiots get it wrong every time I think head office should pay attention to this venue as they are losing customers fast!! Email to head office will be sent we will not be ordering again from this branch

Que ha sido un tiempo desde el pedido a partir de dominos pizza y no de nuevo. La orden fue colocado en línea en 17. 25, fue 18:30 y decidimos en el restaurante llamado Northampton central que llamamos para 3 / 4 minutos antes de una respuesta? Debido a la demora me ofrecieron un 10 libras restitución de 2 / 5 días. Cuando por fin llegó la comida a las 18:48 estaba frío, falta el cohete y chili aceite y la corteza de las cosas que pedimos era una base normal. Luego intentó llamar de nuevo pero no hay respuesta? De hecho, el teléfono sonó justo fuera dos veces.

Como alguien que come un montón de Dominos sabía lo que podía esperar. Esto era muy pobre en general. El chico de recepción clasificar las órdenes pero la comida era demasiado hecha y no bien juntas. Los buenos precios sin embargo con la comida ofertas disponibles. Acepto que podrían haber sido mala suerte con mi comida. Sin embargo, era también muy grasienta hasta el punto de tener que era incapaz de comer un frío de porción

Un buen lugar para pedir una pizza. pizzas elaboradas a base de ingredientes frescos, sabor agradable y puede tener muchas opciones de coberturas y el servicio de entrega es excelente.

dominos pizza's are always nice. but we mostly use to got there midnight to get that 5 pound hot chocolava cake. the 20 pound deal for two is also nice. good place for take away food and home delivery

Fast service easy app on the phone loved it would have loved the pizza to bit more cheese needed to make it perfect pizza but to much base showing but will return when hungry and need food fast

taste like pizza to me. dominos is dominos, can go wrong with pizza but its nothing special. part from this one didnt have the rustic pizza like the other dominos i went to. but still good enough

quick and simple what more can i say, pizza is pizza, its great driving food. quick service the one in town is great
