We have visited a number of lunchtimes over the past few months and have found the experience consistently disappointing to the point where we no longer visit. In general the staff work very hard and give excellent service although are overstretched even when guest numbers are low. The main problem is the constant unavailability of menu items even though the menu has a limited range. You could excuse unavailability on the odd occasion but we have found this to be a repeating issue where the coffee shop resembles "A pub with no beer". The food has always been to a good standard and the staff do try but the management of the coffee shop needs reviewing.

What a terrible experience. This certainly ranks as the worst Pausa I have ever been in. Ordering the food was taken by a chashier who gave the impression that she had no interest whatsoever in the customer. Communication didn't exist, no conversation, in fact her whole attitude suggested a complete disregard not only to the customer but also to the very job she was carrying out. A visit to the toilet was the final straw. Absolutely disgusting is the only way to describe it. One urinal out of order and full of urine. The printed note advising that a plumber had been called had been annotated by a previous visitor asking how long it took to get one. Add a sink which was also out of order and criss crossed with tape. I think the time ahs come for the management to find a local plumber and get these disgusting issues resolved. Considering we were there for food, its a pity that this is th final item on the review. My wife had the quiche whcih she described as excellent - tasty, ample and well presented. I had the big brunch bap, a large bap containing sausage, bacon and omelette - a feast for the hungry. All in all a visit which I doubt I will repeat, mainly due to the issues which any coustomer oriented organisation would want to eliminate. Food great, but staff and facilities leave a lot to be desired.

I’ve noticed an issue with your tracking system. It often says an order is ready when it’s actually not, which leads to unnecessary waiting around. The parking situation also makes waiting difficult. However, If I’m 2 mins late the store keep ringing and ringing.

The food is good, but everything else gets worse!!! One lady at the till who was taking money and orders plus bringing the food out!! Firstly the electronic order point said most meals were not available (but they were), then when we did order the food and drink we found we had to clear a table! One coffee machine was empty (more lack of staff) the hot water machine was out of order! When I asked two ladies for condiments they said we don't do them any more, but you can buy mustard in the store!! When I pointed to sachets on a dirty table they said oh! I have a taste card and a Morrisons card, they don't have a barcode reader at the till and said we can't give you the 25% discount because we don't know how.... What a bloody shambles!

Upon arriving there weren’t many people in the restaurant. We ordered 2 portions of mac and cheese, a child’s chicken nuggets and chips and a cold sandwich. All the hot food was stone cold. I spent 10 minutes searching through the utensils pot to try and find a clean set. The hot drinks from the hot machine were cold and the mugs were dirty. The staff were rude and when giving them our dirty plates he slammed them down on the table and walked away. Overall, not worth it, never coming back
