Subway in Northampton

The worst place ever. Do not order from here. I ordered a vegan patty sub for my mother and they gave me nothing but the patty. I ordered again because they might have got the orders mixed up, but nope, they gave me the same thing. I called up and asked if I could come in and they can give me a free replacement and they started laughing and I asked for a manager and all they did was say “he’s not here, call on Friday” and hung up. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Gluten free is good but staff don't change gloves so contaminated. Same for vegi orders

I'm not quite a sub person, but the ladies in the shop are nice. Was working in the area and thought lats have a sani. Thanks

I spent £40 in this store and my order was wrong I couldn’t even eat it the food was cold, never going to order from here again! Have to go through just eat to get a refund and when I said about it being wrong the woman was rude and said she can’t do anything about it when there the ones that make it. Don’t order from here cause your food will be wrong and cold. Disgusting 0 stars.

Food very good quality and excellent staff

Placed order, it arrived late and stone cold and with missing items! Rang store and the staff couldn’t be bothered to fix it!

Food served in subway store is really delicious and worth the money and effort.

Very filling and pretty good quality food. I don't know why they advertise that it's halal, I don't need someone to shout prayers to some god before they slaughter an animal, doesn't change the flavor of the food at all.

I am very disappointed with this store, Firstly they have just had a very nice refit but have changed the food items which don't taste nice at all. I went in for a foot long sausage and egg sub with grated cheese and toasted, The original pork, round sausage is no longer available so instead they give you what they call a sausage patti which is made of turkey and has very little flavour compared to the original pork sausage, Then I asked a few questions about some of the other meats which didn't look right at all. I was told the ham is now turkey ham not real pork ham even though they already have turkey slices in there selection, Then I saw a very dark thing that looked a bit like bacon and was told this is turkey bacon. I was told this is so the store can be fully halal, I feel that my choice of foods have been taken away while being sly about sliding in turkey options that don't taste good in there instead. What has happened to choice ? I am now boycotting this store due to its new management decisions to exclude traditional pork eating people from their menu. I must admit though that the staff working their are very nice and friendly.

Not always friendly and ask for a subway to be made to your liking but don't get it that way better of going to the other subways.

I went to get a quick sub this evening and the customer service was abysmal! Looked like 1 boy trying to run the shop. No greeting, very slow, I think he was high he looked so spaced. No selection hadn't replenished the stock, even the payment was wrong but I just wanted to get out of there. I've never left a review like this but this should be reviewed.

Amazing place, good staff, friendly atmosphere... food tastes amazing, also bought 24 cookies 🍪 they taste fabulous 😋

The Subway I visited is open later than some of the other sites, and this is why I went to this place. The food was very good, and price was reasonable for the things that I had.

Advertising the new pizza sub, but stopped doing it? Wth? Then why are they advertising it? Cleanliness an issue here, tables aren’t cleaned, rubbish all around on floor. Guy who was serving me smelled of bio, got a whiff over the counter. Very slow service. All needs sorting out. Wellingborough Road is a prime location.

I ordered from Deliveroo for myself and my daughter. I DID NOT receive all the items I paid for, even though I asked the guy specifically if said items were in there; I tried calling the store and the phone does not connect through. And then Deliveroo said they will be in contact with me in 48 hours. I’m not happy that I have paid for things that never arrived, and can’t get ahold of anyone to get them to correct it. Money lost!

Gives you exactly what you asked for. Reliable and prompt service no pressure selling or up selling. Simply put you order it, you get it. What more could you ask for? That being said a wider menu would be nice and a larger selection of sauces would be complained about. However the selection of each is ok and allows you to fill up at very little cost. Bigger menu and better selection of sauces and you have 5☆'s
