Walked in tonight. Normally get get a reasonable service. Ordered a medium donor, I was asked if I wanted chips. I said no just the door. Got served, walked out, thought that was fast didn't get asked about salad or sauces. Opened the box to discover just diner meat. Went back and they said that is what I ordered. Gave me some salad and a dry and crusty naan. I have been using them since they opened. This will be the last time. Their food and service has gone downhill over the last few years

This place is very rude and problematic, all I ever did was ask them for a couple sauces and salad and they couldn't get it right. They served me cold food with no sauce or salad even though I asked. I asked to speak to the owner/boss considering I'm a regular customer and someone called "Jay" said I wasn't allowed to speak to anybody else but himself. Jay told me he has been working for 14 years and that he would not have an issue with getting my order right yet he did. Please stay far away from this place

Deliver wrong order, send driver back to restaurant, restaurant didnt bother to repeat making new order and canceled without calling. Avoid.

What a joke, they set up on just eat and deliveroo as Greek Gyros, we ordered from them and didn't get a single correct item turn up and the food that did was cold and under cooked When I called, they said...take it up with Deliveroo, I did and Deliveroo confirmed that Greek Gyros and Prime Kebab are the same place No collection option, because of course you turn up and it's Prime Kebab. I suspect they are just trying to undermine the Greek place down from them Despicable

Prime kebab has really great deals and very good food. Although the boring atmosphere inside, its worth the wait as the food comes loaded with goodness and warmth. Recommended for an after work lunch.

Wow your menu is expansive. -3.5 - nice, quaint, average but good. -Came here for a really small quick bite -Bought 3 spicy wings for £1.80. Nice and fine. Will come back for more in depth one day ;). Edit for May 2024: I got the meal box of fries, drink, and 7+ chicken I believe. For around £6.99. The fries were basic, drink was good, but chicken was really basic. I mean 5/10. I was expecting more taste or at least a bit of spice. But it was really basic which surprised me. I thought it was better.

Surprisingly tasty kebabs and pizzas and would definitely come back. Service (mainly by the manager) is top tier to me, but visibly to other customers. Being able to sit down 10-15 people inside plus outside is a bonus in those cold or rainy evenings

Absolutely disgusting behaviour over the phone. I phoned up because some of my Oder was missing so I contacted them to get this resolved and was basically told the food was sent out and the driver has probably eaten the missing stuff just contact uber eats and speak with them as manager said nothing we can do, the food that turned up was burnt, over cooked and was just horrible and ended up in the bin. I would totally stay away as clearly have no respect or a clue what they doing.

Don’t buy from them I bought £10 chicken and there were worms in the middle of the chicken……. I called them and went to show them but they won’t even listen .. food was very cold

Went there on lunch while work8ng on the roads ordered 7 inch pizza it took 45 minutes and it was cold in the middle doe was not cooked in the middle and the man was rude to me when I asked him why 7 inch pizza is 4 .50 and the 10 inch is 16.99 seemed like a big price jump had to throw the pizza away big waist of money would not recommend this place !!!! Absolutely awful place, gave my boyfriend a raw chicken burger, called them about it and put the phone down called them many times for no answer, have videos, times and my order history with just eat, will be taking this up with health and safety as he has food poisoning

This is my go to place, seen it go hell in a hang basket, over the years, service is pants, new rude manager, no new menu, he feels he is doing us a favour to offer us any good deals.food 6 out of 10, over all service with food 4 out of 10. Not happy.

Chicken Delight Pizza (Halal) is really good for the Asian taste buds as it didn't have a generous amount of green chillies topped up. I don't know who told the people here in UK to add green chillies to give their pizzas the Asian touch.

Admitted to sending wrong food, then told us to just eat it because it’s good. Rang back to say they defiantly don’t like it because it’s not what they ordered and is completely different, he goes on to say that there’s no way he’s refunding because it’s not wrong and he has to pay staff…. So now my sister has no dinner because what they sent wasn’t what she ordered (which he admitted he did on purpose because he believed what he sent was better) and no refund purely because he didn’t want to. Disgusting honestly.

80% of my lamb shish was essentially sinew and inedible. Horrendous - no updates on delivery through just way either. Tbf chips were ok

I asked for a meal deal that was displayed on the window, and was told it was only available at certain times. I was told it mentioned the time at the bottom of the display, yet there was no time on it. Chips themselves are most probably the worst, I've eaten in a long time.

Absolutely disgusted with the service we had on the 16th Jan food took 2 hrs to get to us we ordered through the shop by telephone Food delivered was freezing cold 2 hrs later I rang to complain And was Informed my Order would be sent our again via a re delivery 11pm went to bed hungry no delivery of my food Called prime kabab on the 17th during the day and they apologised and said a Credit Note would be place on my telephone number £23.97 this can be used for my next order I called yesterday 3rd feb to place my order using my credit note bearing in mind this had been taken out of my bank account on the 16th January I was informed that I had to speak with the day manager as he sorted this out and to call him today on the 4th February I called and was informed that the manager was not in but the owner would be in after 5pm Tonight I waited and called The manager who spoke with me was the manager who told me to call the day manager He was highly verbally abusive over the telephone told me not to call them Again I stated to him that they had Charged me money for food that was not fit To eat As Ordered two hours previously I was informed That I would have a credit note I said I was informed That the owner would be in today after 5 pm and he just shouted at me and told me to never call them again and the owner was not in I would like to put a resolution to this as we have used prime kababs for years and feel frustrated that the a member of staff (manager) can treat a continuous customer in this abusive manor I would like the owner to call me

Brought two kebabs last week were delicious,fully packed with meat and fresh salad ! Although should’ve ordered extra sauce.

Absolutely right place in Northamptons for the best chicken receips ...Amazing there taste...and cost effective..price is reasonable...😋😋.I would give 9.6/10.

Have kebab deal from here . Its the best in town . 2 kebab with chips and drink for £15. Thought little expensive but quality of food and freshness is awesome 👌.

I ordered mixed kebab. when I opened the meat was not fresh. they used lots of sauses to kill stench. when I back I gave I'm back this sh..it . the owner was boorish and doesn't give my money back. keep away from they!!!

Ok, shop was a little grubby and in need of a good clean. As well as replacement glass for door and front window. Guy serving was quite friendly and prompt. Ordered a combi kebab, with naan bread and chips. Chips were amazing 🍟😋. Kebab was surprisingly tasty aswell. Salad consisted of one slice of cucumber, half slice of tomato and a few onions, a bit disappointing. Chilli sauce was ok, but no real bite. Good price and a good sized portion. Would use again if in the area.

Replay to Google_ Chrome19 unfortunately for me, I'm the delivery driver.  the truth is different.  my duty is to ask the name of the person who ordered.  for safety reasons to make sure correct person gets there order and policy company.  your reaction was insisting that I give you the food on the grounds that it is the house with your number.  I asked again who ordered.  The answer was "probably ex-husband".  I asked what his name was, and the answer was "I don't know".  and about the delivered food, I handed you 3 packages that you took without any problem, and after 5 seconds arguing with me, you dropped 1 package.  this has nothing to do with me.  If you think it was unfair for you to do my duty as a delivery, why don't you say about how you threatened that I will have an accident next time.

Food is dry. Service us rubbish and the driver us abusive. He threw my order on the floor when delivering my food,. Not the first time either. I call owner he backed up his staff. My children slept with no food. No refund either...

Feel abused. Driver threw food at the door when delivering. Kids slept without food as owner took sides with his driver and would not refund. Terrible service. They don't know how to run a customer focused takeaway. Really BAD SERVICE. THEY SHOULDNT BE RUNNING A BUSINESS...

today I stopped by prime kebab to have a bite to eat, halfway through my meal I found hair in my burger and chips and was immediately disgusted, the chicken tasted like plastic and the garlic sauce was just wrong in many ways, but apart from that the chips were okay

Don't go near this food store, stay away from it, they are miserable, if you order online I don't give you all the products you ordered, the food is not fresh I don't know how to cook it is not juicy it is dry .. for your own good stay away please

I can only comment on the pizza which has been great everytime we've had it! The 2 for 1 offer is great, and I'd even go as far as saying I'd eat here first before one of the big name brands. 4 star only because I don't know what the other food they serve is like.

TERRIBLE FOOD & TERRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY! Ordered for delivery... After 1hr food still hadn't arrived, called and Was told due to being the weekend the food will be late but they will ensure its freshly cooked give "30% off just eat voucher for next order".. I tried to be understanding so I accepted the vouchers and waited. when the food arrived (an additional hour later) it was cold and bland. I hadn't noticed at the time but the vouchers were already expired 2 months back in march. When I called the restaurant up a week later to explain what happened but they claimed there is nothing they can do about the vouchers being expired and I wouldn't be able to get the 30 % discount.. after 20mins of back and fourth, trying to explain that they gave me the ALREADY expired voucher so they should honour it! I gave up... So not only did I wait 2hrs for cold low quality bland food! I don't even get the competition I was promised! If you love your family keep them away from this place..

Don't get me wrong food is great, customer service sucks, bad attitude,no way most of the time going the extra mile, unless you have the good fortune of a guy in a good mood! We used to go very regularly due to the bug. Now we tend to go the Lubertubs pub insteed, unless they have issues with the kitchen, another story.

I have completely re-edited this review so my previous paragraph has gone I have had to retype my paragraph a month later after ordering from this restaurant again so I can't delete the pictures EDIT: second time ordering from this place I brought popcorn chicken which came in a kebab box with loads of tiny tiny bits of popcorn chicken if that's what you would like to call it now popcorn chicken is supposed to be popcorn size and these were like little crumbs very poor in taste again this isn't even me trying to be critical or find a fault they would just so terrible I ordered the triple burger which was undercooked with bits of bone crunching in my teeth this time round 2 I thought the chips were rubbish however the other person eating this with me thought they were lovely I don't know what to say some people say this is bad some people say it's good I say avoid every takeaway Northampton I have reviewed many many takeaways in Northampton and I have found them very poor

Delivered on time food stone cold, phoned to complain to be told he would tell his boss tomorrow, no offer of replacement hot food, for the £22 i had just spent, but his boss would ring the day after, as you can guess no phone call at all, i would avoid this company like the plague, the boss still has the opportunity to csll me and i will update my review.......

Asked for cheesy chips, but cold uncooked chips arrived... Called and they sent out chips swimming in mayo and still uncooked! Won't be using again!

We ordered 3 donner wraps and a pizza, which were disgusting. First of all, wrap didnt even look as a wrap, food was simply falling from a package as it wasn't wrapped properly in tortilla rolled around the filling , just slightly banded as it would be pizza. Secondly, veggie were sliced in too big pieces for a such tiny wrap and differ from the pictures on their menu on Google ), mayo was missing full stop. I am really disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Wings were more pink than the pink panther. Appalling behaviour from Prime Kebab. Wings were not cooked and bright pink inside. This place needs to improve their health and safety of food preparation as I'm sure serving pink chicken is illegal. Luckily Uber Eats gave me a refund after I sent them photos. But have a look at the photo and judge for your self.

Lamb Kebab wrap was amazing ans hit the spot perfectly! Definitely recommend.

I ordered 3 pizza from the shop for almost £40 and on one of them there was no base on it, i called the guy and he just hang up on me. So if you guys ordering anything, make sure you get what you paid for.

We went here to get my daughter some cheesy chips, but she upgraded herself to a chicken nugget meal (£2.99). It was freshly cooked for us, and it fed us both! It came with a can of pop, and there was about 12-25 to choose from. She went for Cherry Tango, a solid choice. The shop was spotlessly clean, and all the food got polished off quickly!

Small lamb kofte in a naan bread; was actually fairly large and pretty decent.

I've had food from here a couple of times now one order was completely messed up and my most recent one was delivered nearly a hour later than stated food was cold and not nice at all and there phone manner is shocking i was told food would be a couple of mins 10 mins later still no food partner called and asked about food was told the same then they did arrive but the food was stone cold Very disappointed

Ordered some chips and they were over fried, chewy and very oily. Didn’t bother to put salt and vinegar on even though they said they would. Won’t be going there again.
