Great pizza, but this place is so unreliable. You never know if it's open. Byt still, best pizza in Northampton.

I ordered a pizza 19:10 and have it delivered 21:30. That is a bit to long. I love the pizza but hey 2.5h wait, sorry guys but that’s a big red flag.

Best food I’ve had delivered in years

1st time I ordered, it went well and good food. At 2nd time, the order was cancelled, with no reason given and not even a call. We realized only when we went to check why it was taking so long. Sorry, but you lost a potential regular customer.

We’re really sorry to say that we did not enjoy the food and I have stomach cramps from it this morning. The pizza base was soggy. Garlic bread was chewy. The potatoes and wedges were black and overcooked. The chicken dish had too much herb and the cream was artificially thick. None of the food tasted fresh. We were so excited about finding a good Italian take away, but will not order from here again. We wish you luck though as you have great reviews from others.

I order from a few different restaurants pizza delivery they were about 4.7 stars restaurat based mostly on pizzas and they cant be compared to pizza from Andreas sorry but this Adreas still have best pizza from Northampton!! Keep it up

I ordered a rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce, but the meat that arrived bore more of a resemblance to a thin shoe sole and tasted probably worse. It was surrounded by a huge amount of green beans that had more lumps of garlic mixed in than a French man could possibly carry around his neck. The peppercorn sauce had never seen pepper but had plenty of sugar in it, tasted more like savoury custard. However, the server was very polite and attentive but he obviously didn't know what a rib eye steak should look like or how such a thin piece of meat could possibly be cooked medium rare. My meal was reduced to half price but I don't think this was good enough as it was inedible.

Over priced and food not up to expectation

I was sure I'd already posted a review about Andrea's. It's our go to place when we visit Northampton three or four times a year. A reasonably small menu (this is a good thing) of Italian standards and a few more original dishes served in generous portions - we never have room for a pudding - in a pleasant environment. The owner is hardworking but always has time for his customers. An independent business well worth supporting. New ownership, as at August 2023 but the same chef and menu, so standards are maintained.

Really good Italian style pizza. Staff a little green and bit unsure on service but really nice. Nice place to sit in as well!

So far so good. I visited first time now, but I was amazed at how nice and professional the service was. Food was good and reasonably priced. Only drawback was that chef prepared side order together with the main dish, which was a bit odd. Otherwise nice place to dine in.

It was a great first experience so far. The pizza was delivered earlier than expected! It was the closest to an authentic Italian pizza I've tried in Northampton! The delivery man had a big smile on his face which was a plus. Easy to order from their website. Very pleased 😄

It's one of the best Italian pizzas restaurants in Northampton.

Dinner arrived half hour late. Upon numerous calls to the restaurant it was always line busy. Lemon cheesecake was a warm mush. Tiramasu was served warm too which wasn't nice. The pasta was overcooked and mushy again. The sweet potato fries were stone cold. The ragu was tasty and the hawaiian burger was nice too. Oh, and they forgot my piri piri sauce! Overall very very poor.

They don't know what a fillet is... Received the whole sea bass... I mean with head and bones and other stuff that fillet wouldn't have... Also didn't get a part of the order... Would not recommend and won't order again...

Excellent relaxed Friday Lunch for two .. Shared a really delicious 15" Super Andrea's Pizza with onion rings side. Gorgeous, and plenty filling 😊 Nice, properly cold drinks. Lovely atmosphere. Very happily tipped £5 for appropriately attentive and excellent friendly service. Highly recommended 😊👍

We brought a voucher from "But a gift" for a 3 course meal and glass of wine for 2. My Husband rang and booked a table and said we have the voucher. Which we had used before in the past... My Husband and myself went on the day and was told by 1 waitress it was only for person, we said no it isn't, then was told it was only for a main each, again we said no it isn't, check the voucher. Then we were told ok well you can only have ceryain things and pay extra for anything else. My Husband said there are only a couple of things to choose, why should we pay extra for the meal when we have already paid? She spoke to another lady, she said I need to ring my Husband ( the owner and the man my Husband booked with) by this time it was getting embarrassing and we were fed up. The Manager she rang came in and my Husband spoke to him, he told him everything and the Manager said well there's nothing I can do, my Husband said...Well your not honouring the "Buy a gift voucher then" My Husband said we will have it back and contact Buy a Gift..He threw his arms in the air and said oh well , bye bye. Very rude staff in there. Never had any problems a couple of years ago, we used to love it in there.

Booked a table today for our 1st anniversary, it was fantastic. Lovely food, friendly and quick service. Small little family run restaurant, will definitely come again at some point!

Visited Andrea's 9/4. The restaurant was quiet so we were seated and offered drinks straight away. We ordered a bottle of wine, 2× caesar salads , which were amazing, fresh ingredients and a tasty dressing. Also ordered meatballs and pasta which were also delicious. Value for money. Would definitely visit this little gem again.

The welcome, the food and the price were all outstanding. Best Italian meal I've ever had! Recommended.

Fabulous burger 🍔 - I only popped in to avoid Rail Station bland food and was really impressed / surprised by the Quality - proper light and fresh bun, - crisp salad, - tasty and juicy burger with - a bucket load of well cooked skinny fries. Almost enough to tempt me back to Nottingham again 😉

Came here to celebrate my 70th birthday with 13 family members and my partner. Parking available very close by. Out table was well laid out and we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Excellent menu, offering food for all tastes at good prices. Good selection of drinks. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Went last night to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Booked table via their website booking form but didn't receive any confirmation so telephoned to confirm. I should have taken this as a warning not to go! On arrival there was one other table there, just finishing their meal, so on that basis you'd expect fairly swift service, alas no. Ordering was fine. 3 of our party had bottled drinks, which we're fine but 2 had draught Morretti - for a premium lager this had very little taste to it and was quite watery- not what you expect for £5.50 a pint. The starters arrived and were fresh and tasty, we thought we'd be in for a good main meal! Pizza was very mediocre, considering it was an Italian restaurant you'd have hoped for much better. 2 of our party ordered ribs, these were OK but generally quite salty. The other 2 in our party had burgers - one grilled chicken and one beef. 2 beef arrived, due to the waitress rushing off and lack of staff available to see about this it wasn't until over half way through our meals that we were able to say about the error, by which point correcting it would've meant everyone waiting on that person to finish. We were willing to overlook the error and just eat it but the burger was grisly and cold so we returned it and stated the order was wrong. The other burger dripped fat onto the plate when bitten into. Chips, which were at an extra cost, were all very salty, even the sweet potato fries, which left an unpleasant sensation in your mouth. Upon receiving the bill we had been charged for the wrong order so queried this, the waitress had to check that it was OK to remove the item from the bill! A new bill was issued, but no apology for the error or any goodwill gesture in that our family celebration was spoilt. In short - poor and slow service, questionable authenticity of the draught lager and under par food quality. Andrea's prices lead you to expect a good quality dining experience that falls massively short. You'd be better off eating at a fast food chain!

Absolutely disgusting. When you call to order no one ever replies and when i tried to go to the restaurant the staff were rude and didn't care at all. The food was okay but it took ages for it to arrive even though they bearly had any customers.

I found this place by accident one very cold and wet day whilst waiting for my car to be fixed. They were lovely, and the breakfast was great too and very reasonably priced. I have plans to go back and try out their evening menu

Went with a table for 7 and was extremely happy with the food drinks and service. Portions were a very substantial size and everyone finished everything. Will definitely be returning and looking forward to it.

Awful business! Order elsewhere! First time we ordered they took my money, said they didn't have the order and wouldn't refund me... nor did they fulfill the ordered. I had to speak with a manager the following day and ended up waiting a week for a refund. Second order (gave them a 2nd chance) food arrived over an hour late, stone cold and soggy - I threw it in the bin and ordered a mcdonalds. I requested a refund which got rejected, no reason provided. Of all the takeaways I've had, this is the worst by a long way! Find another place to eat and save yourself the hassle.

Lovely quaint place it does a day time menu and more upmarket evening menu. I dropped by during the day service was quick staff were polite and food was enjoyable. They also deliver. I will be going back to try the evening menu

Wrong drink massively over priced and the pizza is way over priced had a 10 times better one from Iceland for £1.50 absolutely shocked I've wasted my money on this never never ever again don't waste your money

A fantastic little restaurant with a great menu and quality food at a very reasonable price. Was very quiet when we ate there a couple of Saturdays ago so needn't have booked. They've been doing a lot of take away since covid but the come on people, get down there and have a lovely dining experience, you won't be disappointed

Visited on a Friday evening at about 8.30. Restaurant is small but nicely done out. Not very busy and we hadnt booked. We had a sharing antipasti starter which had loads of food. Also 2 types of bruschetta. Both were delicious. We then had a couple of pizzas and a carbonara. Food was really tasty and plentiful. With one round of drinks the bill was approx £80. So reasonable. Cant understand why it wasnt busier. Would definitely recommend.

Service was beyond immaculate. The waiter was working alone serving 3 tables, my table was a table of 8, the other a table of 7. The attention and thought he gave was more than expected and this man deserves a raise if you ask me (whoever was working Wednesday night at about 7pm). Food was incredible; well cooked; beautifully presented and very tasty, so far the best Italian restaurant I've been to and the prices are worth it! While there were some mistakes probably some miscommunication because of the amount of orders, they were resolved very quickly and by no means would they being my star rating down because the food and service was so good it made up for it. Service - 10/10 Food - 10/10 Atmosphere - 10/10 Higene - 10/10 Would I go again? 100% with no questions asked.

we ordered pasta carbonara and chicken risotto both dishes completely without salt, pepper no spices the pasta floated in cream and there were not many additives to both dishes, for such money I expected something better

Covid prevented us going out for Valentines, so I ordered a 3 course meal to the house. It arrived at the exact time I booked it for, and all 3 courses were perfect! Food was amazing, and lots of it!! Highly recommended this restaurant, both in terms of quality and quantity, and will certainly order from them in future. Thank you for giving us a wonderful hassle free evening x

I have ordered 2 pizzas from this place and they were disgusting. I have ordered from them before and everything was fine but with time the quality of food and service have declined. I have e-mailed them directly for a refund and they have not even being sorry or anything. I have e-mailed them over a week ago they came back saying they cook it fresh .. and ingredients weren’t fresh ! They have not being in contact since. I had to chase them up and still no e-mail this used to be very good restaurant and I would now not recommend it to anyone now ! It is complete waste of Money. The customer service is awful if I would order this in restaurant I would just walk out with no eating it , as we haven’t eaten it at home but unfortunately there was no way of returning the food ! DO NOT recommend it !

This was a lovely surprise, just booked a table short notice after reading reviews and we had a lovely time. The food was lovely and so much choice, took us 20min to decided what to have. The owner was very polite and checked up on us which was a nice touch. The portions were large, the starters could of been mains. They have large sharing pizzas too which is good value. So highly recommend this place for tasty food with lots of choices and great value.

A group of 4 of us have just had a 3 course meal at Andrea's. Me and my husband have been a few times before. But it was the first time for our friends. And they were just as impressed as we have been! We sat in the outdoor area and felt like we were on holiday. Pleasant music, gorgeous food and our waitress was amazing. We will certainly be returning and I'm sure our friends will too!

Placed a large order today for my husband's birthday. Order was double checked on the phone and I felt comfortable knowing there was great attention to detail. Food arrived in time advised and was nothing short of impeccable. Very hot and full of flavour. The extra touches were much appreciated and we will definitely be ordering again or visiting soon.

Ordered the half ribs and quarter chicken for pickup, pleasantly surprised to find these on the menu of an Italian place. Both perfect to my taste - chicken nicely seasoned and moist, ribs not excessively sweet with a good flavour. Will be returning!

We had a really lovely family meal here. The food is excellent, all freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. I didn't pay so not sure how much it cost but from looking at the menu it looked to be good value. Will definitely be going again.
