Subway in Northampton

This is easily my favourite subway and it's all because of the dude that works on a Thursday afternoon, he's such a nice guy, always happy to help and go the extra mile to make sure youve got what you need, I feel like he's such an asset to the company, you need to make sure you're looking after him he's wicked! Makes me want to eat subway more! Food always great aswell.

It was like someone had just got it out of the fridge

The food was cold, nice but not the best

Not only did you take over 1 hour to deliver it was also stone cold

Ruined the order by putting the extras into the wrong sandwich. Which now can’t be eaten as allergic… useless

Food was fab and super fast delivery

but as usual due to living in a flat the delivery person is telling me to come down brother more insulting when I'm not his brother and actually a disabled female. Had I wanted to go down I would of prepared myself and got in my car and went and got it myself.

ordered a 12inch bacon and cheese that was mostly cheese , it seems the bacon had disappeared 🙃. it was lovely but it was almost like the bacon had been forgotten

Very good food, staff is lovely. Definitely would recommend for a quick pick up.

When recieving the food it was stone cold even tho I asked for it to be toasted and then when I spoke to the branch I was met with an initial nice women but then I was transferred to someone else who was much more rude and completely disregarded what I was saying and wasn’t trying to rectify this issue

The salad was not added, wrong pack of crisps and no cheese in one of the subways

Very dull and boring and the staff barely look at you let alone talk to you. I felt I was made to feel awkward and the speed in which they served people was very slow. The quality of the sandwich wasn't great either.

Good was late as driver at the wrong address and had to hand me my food through the bushes as a result! Absolute joke that delivery drivers cannot read addresses.

Bad traffic, no one’s fault and driver was very apologetic. Knew traffic was bad which is why I didn’t drive out myself

Sandwich was good but not at all what I ordered. Paid for double cheese didn't get it. Asked for ham and turkey breast only was given turkey breast. Asked for honey oat was given plain wholemeal

Ordered pigs in blankets. Got chicken bites. Ordered cookie got a plain donut. Ordered cherry Pepsi max. Got Pepsi max. Could definitely improve!!!

Small hiccup with one missed item but soon resolved!

Second time I have ordered and specifically asked for not toasted. Second time I have received this toasted. They clearly do not read the notes even when marked in capitals so this should not be missed. Shocking this has happened twice. Then when you try and complain they say there is nothing that can be done. Avoid this subway!

Would have been higher review, but they forgot an ingredient, even though it was listed on the order. Other than that, good delivery time.

No meat in my salad. I ordered a footlong meal deal. I didn’t receive my drink crisps or cookie.

Cheesy bites was cold when I was here and the foot long was all fell apart when opening

I asked for 2 toasted and none if them were toasted and the presentation of the food that turned up were not great had to re build it myself

One sub had no cheese in & wasn't toasted The garlic bread had no cheese on They was freezing cold

The crisps were not the correct ones. The wrong sandwich was toasted, there was cheese on both when I only asked for one sandwich to come with cheese. Hardly any salad.

Delivery was fine but order itself was missing lots of items

This was by far the worst example of food that I have ever had. It was inedible. Utterly disgusting

Outstanding customer service, fast and efficient with a friendly approach. What a great Subway, I'll use this frequently. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Asked for no peppers was full of them

Only got the sandwich nothing else paid £16 for a tikka sandwich absolutely laughable!!!!

They didn’t have the ingredients required but called me to ask alternatives. Then offered suitable substitutions and provided something extra for the inconvenience. The note was a nice touch and made me smile. Thank you!

Arrived at the collection time, only to find that my food hadn't even started being prepared yet, despite there being no-one else waiting (had to wait in the shop for another 10-15 minutes; the guy in the shop took much longer to make a sandwich than I've ever seen in Subway before). When I got home, I found I'd been given the wrong drink and the cookie was missing.

You didn't complete my order you missed things off

Ordered the breakfast sandwich and it didn’t even contain the whole breakfast, missing the hash browns then it was delivered cold wrapped on tissue and in a paper bag

Ordered salad crisps and a drinks Got a box of the ends of an iceberg lettuce. No crisps and no drink. Worst subway I’ve ever had

Everything fine with the driver, people working in the shop clearly don’t take care into making the order. Things burnt, missing and mismatched.

Terrible experience with Subway - one sub not toasted despite this being indicated on the order, so stone cold and completely different taste to what I usually order; and the crispy chicken bites are advertised as 9 pieces but only 6 were included in the sealed box. Won’t be ordering again. Delivery was excellent, but sadly does not make up for the poor quality of the meal.

Food was fine but I ordered and paid for a footlong and only received a 6inch. Bit annoying.

It took forever to assign a courier. My Italian BMT only had Ham in the footlong. No other meats at all. The wrong Pepsi was delivered. We only had 1 cookie delivered and both packets of crisps were missing. I phoned the branch and they tried to blame it on them being really busy. The tone of voice from the worker was she didn’t care at all and if I wanted it sorted I just go through Just Eat. This is not the first time the order is wrong with items missing. Definitely will not order from here again.

I went in person to order my sub and it was exactly how I wanted it! Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that my sandwich was definitely closer to 4” than 6”

Delivery driver couldn't find me do left my delivery on my doorstep. If he voildnt find me he left it on who's doorstop? Can't contact you complain.

The food was never delivered. I left a request to bring the food to my door as I am disabled. The status says delivered but I received nothing. My door buzzer never went off. The driver probably ate it. It wouldent be the first time!

I ordered a foot long and got a six inch! wrong drink aswell not happy

I have never known a Subway which consistently gets your order wrong or misses items off! Not sure why this Subway finds it so hard to read the order and package in the delivery bag what has been ordered!

My nachos didn’t turn up I would like a refund for this item

Did not receive order of gravy and nacho order was wrong. I have not received refund for non delivered gravy as I did not access to report earlier. They knew they didn't send with order so refund should be reported by them when they do not forfil order

Order arrived in a decent time which is all thanks to the delivery driver. However the food from subway was incorrect, items were missing, sent a completely different drink, and the 6inch vs footlong seemed to have all been swapped around and mixed up. Did phone the restaurant however there was nothing they could do, didn’t seem overly apologetic by it. Wouldn’t order from here again. Now trying to get a refund through just eat themselves.

The crinkle wedges were ot cooked properly. The driver was at the resturant for ages! No fault of his.

Rang me up 35 mins after placing the order to tell me to change my order as they didn’t have what I wanted. When it arrived it was completely different to what had been asked for. They gave me 2 of the same cookies when this wasn’t on the order. They didn’t deliver 1 of 2 drinks. The shocking thing is this is not the 1st time this has happened from this subway.

Wrong food delivered to Wrong place

Food came freezing cold, didn’t come with any crisps when we asked for chilli heatwave and chilli sun bites, it come with a chocolate nut cookie when we asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies. We wasn’t happy with the order at all. The only good thing was the food was on time that was all, and this was the first time ordering with you aswell

I never received my order when I phoned the restaurant Harley at the store said it’s not their problems it’s just eats problem. Then hung the phone up I have been unable to contact just eat to cancel the order after the call

Ordered a salad, was missing the spinach,mixed peppers and black peppercorns. All of these were on the order receipt.Basically just cuecumber,lettuce and beef. Another item in the order had both peppers and spinach in their sub so I know you had the items. Just Eat refunded the salad.

Ordered 2 BMT’s with cheese but neither sandwich had cheese. I ordered three drinks and three packets of crisps but only received two but still paid for the missing items.
