I am disgraced and disappointed at the terrible customer service and astronomical waiting times for food i didn’t even receive. This has been my worst zie zou experience to date. The food was taking ages and when it was half an hour past the expected time for delivery we called in to inquire our order of £130. The customer service was dreadful not a word from the person on the other side of the phone was understandable and not helpful in the slightest. After now 2 and a half hours of waiting we were finally told that our food was deliver, however it was no where to be seen. The man “helping” us then informed us that the food had been delivered to a completely different location despite the correct location being on our order. We received no food and no reassurance that our £130 would be returned to us. This was a dreadful experience and i would recommend it to no one if you actually would like to get food that you pay for. DONT ORDER HERE !

I was disgusted by my experience with the delivery. The food is always good here but the delivery and customer service I received really let it down. I called the restaurant multiple times to ask where my order was, I was told it was 5 minutes away every time and they were reluctant to talk to me. My order eventually arrived and one of my items was missing. After being told it would be sent out immediately my replacement didn’t arrive for another nearly 2 hours. I was told again reluctantly that it was 5 minutes away and it wasn’t. I was then told it was outside just to find out it had gone to the wrong address. Once it arrived my replacement which was meant to be a chicken and halloumi wrap had no chicken in it. This was an awful experience and has massively put me off. The staff ethic seems to be extremely wrong and no one was keen to resolve or apologise for my issue. At one point I had the man on the phone almost shouting at me saying it was outside (it wasn’t). Staff were careless and let it down as the food is always lovely.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. HAD MY DAUGHTERS DOWN FOR THE WEEKEND AND AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I DECIDED TO TAKE THEM HERE AS A TREAT. HOW WRONG WAS I.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. WAS GREETED BY A YOUNG MAN WHO LOOKED & SPOKE LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE. WE SAT DOWN AND AFTER 15 MINUTES HE CAME OVER TO ASK WHAT WE WANTED. WHILST WE WAITED A LOVELY FAMILY BEHIND US SAID DID YOU GET HIM TO READ THE ORDER BACK TO US AS HE HAD MESSED THIERS UP. WISHED I HAD LISTENED TO HER. 6O MINUTES ARE GONE WEVE HAD NO DRINKS NOTHING. I ASKED ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF WHATS HAPPENED TO OUR ORDER AND HE WENT AND CHECKED. 10 MINUTES LATER HE TURNED UP WITH 3 OF THE STARTERS AND NOT 5 AS REQUESTED. IT TURNED OUT THE ORIGINAL WAITER HAD NOT ORDERED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE,SURPRISE SURPRISE. IN THE MEAN TIME THE TABLE BEHIND US SAID SHE HAD WAITED NEARLY 60 MINUTES FOR HER DESERT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES WHICH AT THIS POINT SHE HAD HAD ENOUGH AND PAID AND WENT. LOW AND BEHOLD 5 MINUTES AFTER SHE LEFT IT ARRIVED AT HER EMPTY TABLE.UNREAL. OUT OF THE STARTERS THAT DID TURN UP,BOTH WERE LUKE WARM AND CHEWY.NOT NICE AT ALL. WHILST WE WERE EATING THE STARTERS THE MAIN MEALS WERE BROUGHT OUT MUCH TO OUR ANNOYANCE ESPECIALLY AS WE HAD'NT EVEN HAD THE OTHER 2 STARTERS TO THE TABLE YET. HE DECIDED TO THE MAINS BACK AND KEEP THEM IN THE HOT CABINET. 10 MINUTES AFTER THIS THE OTHER STARTERS HAD STILL NOT ARRIVED WHICH AT THIS POINT I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. HE ARRIVED AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM WE WERE NOW LEAVING AND PAYING FOR THE STARTERS THAT ARRIVED (DISPITE HOW COLD & CHEWY THEY WERE) AND THE DRINKS. HE SAID WE COULD HAVE THE MAINS FOR FREE AS THEY WERE NOW COOKED AND HE WENT OFF TO BAG THEM UP. IN THE MEAN TIME A LOVELY YOUNG COUPLE HAD HEARD WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SAID THE FOOD THEY HAD WAS NOT THE BEST AND THE SERVICE EVEN WORST. SO IN TOTAL IN THE TIME WE THERE 5 SETS OF CUSTOMERS WERE FUMING AND UNHAPPY AT THE SERVICE & FOOD AND WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN INCLUDING US. I CAN EASILY SAY THAT THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TO AND REST ASSURED I WILL BE TELLING FRIENDS & FAMILY TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF THE PLACE.

Ordered food 2 & a half hours ago. Ordered at 11:30pm then rang to see where it was at 1:30am! A colleague told me he spoke to the driver and it’ll be 5 minutes and it’s now 2:00am!! We rang again to once again be put on hold and now they’ve just kept us on hold & ignoring us. Vile customer service. Tramps.

After placing an order at approx 8pm, after paying uber priority delivery food was delivered at 8.35. After food was delivered phoned the restaurant straight away that a whole burger meal was missing. Apparently the kitchen sent it in the bag, yet the bag delivered certainly wasn't big enough to fit another meal in and was not tampered with as suggested by the restaurant blaming uber. The restaurant reluctantly offered to send another meal out as a replacement by one of their drivers. After 4 connected phone calls with over 100 attempts to get through on the line, 2 1/2 hours later food is still not delivered. On the 4th call, after being placed on hold to locate where the driver is, the girl managing the call re answered for me to hear " oh f**k the customer is still on hold" I had been left on hold for over 13 minutes! I can honestly say I am disgusted at the service, whether it's ubers fault to start with or the restaurants, the restaurant took ownership and left us without a meal for over 2 hours from when they said they would re deliver. Upon re delivery, can only say disappointed. Disappointed in re heated, tasteless chips, and a cold burger, Definitely won't be orderly from here again.

I have been coming here for a while and loved it, but was really disappointed about what happened tonight. Myself and 2 others came for shisha, food and the Amir Khan fight. Poor customer service from female floor manager - she was reluctant to give us a booth, and was too ready to kick us out once we settled down. I accidentally pulled the pipe too hard which caused the coal to fall. She took the pipe away and asked if my sister was still using the second one, we said yes. She treated us like school children that had spilled water everywhere. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened. When we asked for the pipe to be brought back, she said we had to pay for another one. Which we could not do because THEY ONLY TAKE CASH and we had run out. Super inconvenient. Also it was an accident and I apologised and helped, despite my jacket being burnt. 10 minutes later she was asked us to move again, because there was a bigger party coming in 30 minutes before the fight began. Okay… why is that a reason for us to move? We came first… Any other time I’ve gone to a bar/pub for a sports event, once you’ve got a table or booth, it’s yours! This was the last straw. We just decided to leave. We were made to feel we were not important and our money wasn’t good enough. No apology or understanding from her when we decided to leave, she just walked away. Really upset with the way we were treated considering my boyfriend and I have been coming here for 2 years. She needs to be retrained on customer service and how to treat people.

All food came hot and tasted amazing. Lady that took my order was so polite. My dessert came wrong, made a call and was quickly sorted by the manger/owner. He delivered himself allowed us to keep the wrong dessert. Replacement was exactly what I wanted.

We had found zizou lounge on just eat and had used it once for a dessert. The dessert was okay, the waffle was cold when arrived but tasted nice. We then decided to try it again a couple weeks later and ordered over the phone. After an hour and a half our 2 waffles arrived and they had got the wrong toppings on our waffle. We then rang back up and they said they would send out the correct waffle. I gave them my mobile number and waited again. Another hour and a half later it was now 11pm so I rang up and told them we don’t want the waffle now can we please have a refund. They stated that they tried to call me (they didn’t) and as we had paid by cash they would send someone out tomorrow with our money. I was happy with this and put the phone down. The next day it got to 7pm and no one had been round with our refund. After ringing they said that their driver hadn’t been over this way so they hadn’t dropped any money off. Bearing in mind we live 10 minutes away I thought this was a bit strange but gave them another day to drop our money off. 3 days later and 3 phone calls later still no refund. They instead said that they will put a voucher on their notes and we could have a free waffle next time we order. After losing all patience I agreed to this. Last week I rang up to order a waffle and get our free waffle to be told that I needed to still order a minimum of £15 worth of food to get my free waffle. It’s all been a massive palaver and we won’t be using them again. Bad customer service.

Such a shame as food is normally really good, but never ordering again. Staff accuse you as liars after offering stuff they dont have the authority to offer, manager will say they call you back 5 days later no phone absolutely disgusting customer service. Whats even worse is during the pandemic when businesses needed loyal customer we provided them with that and this is how they repay their customers. This business need to think of what they want to be remembered for.

This is a takeaway I used to hold in high regards untill my last order, unfortunately my last order was a complete shambles, the mild chicken wings and chips ordered turned up as a piri piri chicken wrap and piri piri chips and this was just the start. When I rang up and complained they apologised and offered to send me out my original meal with a complimentary milkshake and I could obviously keep the wrong meal as it would take half an hour to to get me my meal. When my original meal arrived it was wrapped up in plastic so it was probably sat around for awhile came with no Complimentary milk shake and it was clearly not mild chicken wings it was more spicy than that meal had ever been, so my boyfriend wrang back and was blantenly lied to that apparently they told me they couldn't send out a milkshake that's why I was told to keep the wrong meal as complimentary making out I was a liar!!! My boy friend was also told he can't speak to the manager as the manager was out for delivery... Yet the manager was able to tell the server they can't send out the milkshake. Mistaken had happen but every business at these time have to treat customers with respect especially repeat customers. Very disappointed in the customer services.

Waited over 2 hours for desserts. Food arrived cold and soggy. Rang them straight away to explain, and was told if I wanted replacement desserts quicker than this, to order elsewhere! Spoke to the "owner" who was quite rude and so unprofessional and even hung up on me! So phoned again, was told I'd receive a full refund, which I never had! Every time I called to get it sorted, conveniently there were 'no managers working' even though he'd spoken to me hours before!? Absolutely disgusting customer service! Thought I'd give them a second chance after being so late last time. Definitely will not return or recommend to anyone! Just awful.

I order a dessert one lonely night and to get the minimum of 12 pound delivery which I think is awful I order some chilli cheesy bites. Instead I was greeted with a full chill in my cheesy bite which looked like a baby frog. 10/10 would recommend to my hamster.

This is easily my favourite subway and it's all because of the dude that works on a Thursday afternoon, he's such a nice guy, always happy to help and go the extra mile to make sure youve got what you need, I feel like he's such an asset to the company, you need to make sure you're looking after him he's wicked! Makes me want to eat subway more! Food always great aswell.

We have visited a number of lunchtimes over the past few months and have found the experience consistently disappointing to the point where we no longer visit. In general the staff work very hard and give excellent service although are overstretched even when guest numbers are low. The main problem is the constant unavailability of menu items even though the menu has a limited range. You could excuse unavailability on the odd occasion but we have found this to be a repeating issue where the coffee shop resembles "A pub with no beer". The food has always been to a good standard and the staff do try but the management of the coffee shop needs reviewing.

Absolutely horrible place. Now I understand that it is a Morrisons cafe so we really were not expecting high quality food and oh my gosh did we get a disappointment and a half. First of all we order on the machine which was fine we sat down with the number and then a staff member came over to us and told us to wait there he will come with our drinks, not even a mintue later another staff member came over and told us a completely different thing they told us to go get any drinks we want and do it our self’s, well we couldn’t do it ourselves because there was no cups. Next problem we ordered a meatball sub and then we were told they had non well first of all why is it still available on the machine if u don’t have it why offer it and then have to change what u want, they basically said you have to choose something from here but we can’t heat it up even tho what’s why we chose the meatball sub because it was a hot option. The food came and pretty much everything was cold except one dish. They forgot things on our order and didn’t even say sorry for not having things that we ordered. The tables were dirty and they just didn’t seem like they cared or knew what they were doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone even just for a drink !!!!

Upon arriving there weren’t many people in the restaurant. We ordered 2 portions of mac and cheese, a child’s chicken nuggets and chips and a cold sandwich. All the hot food was stone cold. I spent 10 minutes searching through the utensils pot to try and find a clean set. The hot drinks from the hot machine were cold and the mugs were dirty. The staff were rude and when giving them our dirty plates he slammed them down on the table and walked away. Overall, not worth it, never coming back

I had orderd fries it took him 15 mins just to make fries and the man was eating his food whiles making other peoples food and without washing his hands when I received the fries I told him it’s cold and soggy he did nothing about it I took a taste and it was absolutely disgusting the oil was old and I asked him for a refund he told me go get out and not come back again
